Truly excellent thank you so much! We are a family of 4 so bought a selection of dishes. All great :) The lady serving was very chatty and friendly, assisting us with flavours. A gem of a place for a rural place like this. Enjoy!

Phils takeaway frozen curries are excellent, and Phil himself really accommodating. We were staying locally in self catering accommodation and had a curry on our last might - wish we had done it sooner, and we would have had two!

Visiting from England. Phoned a takeout order through for collection. They said to turn up in 20mins. Very friendly at the counter. Food ready and all there. On eating it...honestly THE best vegetarian curry I have ever had. The portions were large/huge and all was great quality. Can't rate enough. Cheers, Tom.

I ordered a takeaway from here and it was really delicious. Easily the best tikka korma I have ever had. Everything ordered was enjoyed by the family. Only negative was the chicken pakora is tiny strips and a very small portion for the money. But thats just personal preference.

The food was the best Bangladeshi food I have had in ages. The price was excellent for what we had. Staff were lovely We will come back here

Bought takeaway - mixed Pakora, Chicken Passanda and Lamb Madras. Ready in 20 minutes to collect. Staff very friendly and food was excellent and good value. Only visiting Cambeltown but would certainly use this place again 👍

Popped in here on the last day of our 5 day trip to Port Charlotte, just for a cup of tea and a cake, as we were having a meal later.Was surprised to see such a full menu, if we had known sooner we would have dined here. Instead, one night we had driven to Bowmore for a meal, as our hote reataurnat was fully booked.so tea, coffee and cake it was, and theywas lovely. I ended up coming back later that day for a baked potato.The facilities were clean, and the staff friendly (We visited during Covid-19).There were outside tables with a sea view and a large car park, as it is serving a campsite.If I am ever in Islay again, I will be sure to come here for a meal.

The premises were clean and we were promptly served however the food was bland and tasteless, balti sauce very watery. very disappointing

We really enjoyed our tikka masala, sag chicken and a Dahl. Amazing garlic and coriander naan! Very friendly and quick service.

Had a takeaway while on holiday on Islay. To explain why it dropped a star, the Pakora batter and Naan bread were disappointing. That is where the disappointment stopped. The cry itself was amazing. King Prawn Balti with their own special pilau rice. The Balti itself was beautifully and tastefully prepared, with prawns of the quality that one can expect on Islay. It was crafted very carefully with the right balance of fresh veg and spices. Their special rice too was outstanding. Well worth a try for a takeaway.
