Great food but atm if you order online it is more expensive than phoning or ordering in shop 🤔 until new menus printed out.

Foods good Won't be back they demanded that we paid cash even though they have a card machine Woman who served was very rude they obviously want to hide money from the taxman I'll be reporting them also to HMRC

Really nice food. It feels expensive compared with some other places but you see a difference in quality in the food. The rice for example has some great extra herbs in it and the meat was large tasty chunks

It's not the first time i have been here, but probably the 3rd. I was tempted in by the £5 collection only pizza deal. Hands down the best pizza in helensburgh. Absolutely delicious, not greasy, fresh. Incredible. Tonight we got a kebab wrap and it was absolutely outstanding. You could taste the quality, absolutely zero grease and again a great meal. Also 2 mix pakaras, the lads said its the best ones they have had in a long long time. Highly recommend, but not just for the outstanding food. But the service is second to none too, caring, friendly attentive and helpful.

Had a donner pizza and masala fries for lunch on market day and saved a fortune not buying overpriced market food. The pizza was first class, and the masala fries really hit the spot. Paid £8.50 for both so the warden was happy. Nice friendly staff who smile which I'm sorry to say is sometimes hard to find in helesburgh.

Ordered from just eat from Helensburgh to garelochhead with the wait time of 30-40 mins. Delivery took 1 hour and 20ish minutes and food was cold. I have given 2* purely because the pizza was good, though had it been hot it would have been better. I don’t know how, but the pakora was dry.(and cold) I am annoyed as the taste itself was great, but couldn’t eat it. Ordered a “premium chicken burger”. They need to remove the premium. It was soaked in sauce and had on tomato and one slice of lettuce on it. Chicken burger again was dry. Husband got a curry and said it was ok. I am sure had it been hot it would have been better. Again, chicken in the curry was dry. Rice was lovely! Chips were stick together and cold, could not eat them at all. The delivery driver on arriving was very pleasant as was the lady I spoke with on the phone when I called to see where the food was. I feel they should remove the option to deliver to Garelochhead as in my opinion, when food is delivered it should be hot or at least warm (especially when it comes from a thermal just eat bag) I would love to try again when i am next in Helensburgh though for £58 for the above food… a bit pricy to risk it.

I ordered 10 pizzas for the local branch of Enable. The volunteers had put on a night for adults with learning disabilities. The staff in KoolBa to go in Helensburgh are so helpful and polite especially Michaela. The pizzas we had were fantastic. Made from scratch and what a difference that is. The people that had them loved them and asked where did we buy them from as they would go there in future. We have used KoolBa to go a few times personally before for other food and it all tastes so fresh and flavoursome. We would highly recomend going there for take away food.

First time ordering and we would definitely recommend. We ordered a cheese burger, chicken burger, chips and mozzarella sticks. All delicious 😋. Definitely will be back to order something new off the menu. A+

Absolutely recommended for anyone who loves delicious Indian food. The selection is huge and initially put us off a bit. But all the dishes are clearly presented online and ordering online was problem-free and very easy. As promised, the food was ready for pickup after 25 minutes. We had chicken wings, chicken tikka saag and lamb balti. Everything was excellent. The meat tender and everything was spicy without being too spicy. Price/performance is absolutely right. Definitely give it a try if you're in Helensburgh. Thank you for the delicious food :-).

Portion sizes are getting considerably smaller and the prices are increasing. Quality is also not the same.

Delicious food and fantastic service! We’ve enjoyed many takeaways from Khoolba and cannot fault the food. Everything is prepared from scratch and the staff are so warm and friendly. Our particular favourite is the Keema Matar Curry, we also love the pizzas, Pakora and the chips are the best we’ve tasted in Helensburgh 😋.

3 delicious decent sized homemade fresh pizzas , with a great crust (even the fussy one ate) 🍕 chicken pakora and dip also fresh 😋 abit spicy for younger ones but spot on for us adults delivered within time frames, and still hot. family of 4 , 2 adults to kids and still left overs 5☆'s from us

Got dinner kebab wrap. it was overcooked dry meat and while salad was good it was not an enjoyable meal…… left most of it. I went at 5.30 and suggest had either leftovers or outer first cuts, either way there was no moisture in meat which was dry and unpleasant. Would not use them again.

Quality of munchy box for the price was shocking. Mushroom pakora wasn’t even in a pakora batter. Chips were soggy as everything else was dumped on them and the kebab meat was burnt. Never heard of any one putting pickles in a munchy box! Heard good things about this place but never again

Kebab meat was too thick and just tasted like rubber.There was also some random sauce on top of my kebab meat. The garlic mayonnaise tasted like a gone off yogurt. The bhuna curry tasted like it was straight out of a jar.

Great food - has a more “home cooked” style to it. The chicken is always very good quality. Portions are generous. The online ordering service is very good and they are prompt with their orders.
