Paid a lot of money for very small portion asked for a large ... got a kids size portion mixed kebab had only couple of bits of each meat including donner. More pitta than meat.

We got a pizza as a take away dish. Ordered at the store, waited about 15 minutes (exactly as promised) and then we left with a very tasty butter chicken pizza. There were waiting chairs in the store. Gladly again.

The curry itself was very bland, it was a ceylonese korma which is usually very tasty. I had the vegetable option and it had oven cooked potato wedges, peas and carrots. Sauce was curdled, carrots clearly frozen and wedges?? Poppadoms weren't fresh at all. Sorry but very disappointed. Had from here before and it was amazing.

Strangest pathia I’ve ever had or seen. The oddest colour and lack of taste

This was my last chance to get something to eat tonight as I live rural with no shops open and no food at home. I called 25 mins before to ask and explain the situation, I don't have much time as I'm rushing for the bus home and asked repeatedly would it be ready on time. When I arrived 30 mins later to ask to pay, the woman just laughed and said its still being made and found the whole situation funny. I'm autistic and this was genuinely the only chance I had at getting a meal tonight and I made them promise it would be ready on time, I'm really hurt and gutted. Any takeaway in town would have kebab and chips ready in time in this situation, I shouldn't have put my trust in them. Really I can't believe how I was being laughed at like this was all a big joke.

Food was out of this world ,I got chicken tikka chasni,rice,hot wings, portion chips.then I got a txt message something wrong with order.so delivery was l8r.just over hour.only 10 mins from town .

Order never showed up my boyfriend had to end up going to the shop and getting our order absolutely ridiculous had to wait 30 mins on drive as driver said he was on his way up drive and still no one turned up

I have been using Soni for a few years now. It's in a different league to all its competitors for miles around. The range and choice is wide and the quality of the food is always excellent. Online ordering is easy and estimated times of readiness for collection are dead accurate. Highly recommended.

Late, cold and wrong order. You can't order what you want: you order the curry on one hand and the meat on the other, hope for the best . I ordered pasanda and Rogan Josh, chicken and lamb, hope for the best... I just got chicken... Spoiled for choice, eh?

For a set meal of two the pakora was definitely too small, and only three little chicken chaat drumsticks was just ridiculous. Apart from that the food was tasty, but definitely feel a bit cheated on the price for what we got.

We ordered several different dishes and everyone was very happy with their choices. Two vegetarian friends who have lived and travelled in India said these curries are the best they have ever tasted. The lamb dishes were also wonderful, and the house specialty venison cooked in red wine with spices was fantastic! There was a bit of a delay but it was a large order on a Friday night and was well worth the wait. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Finally decided to give Soni Spice a try: you know how it is, it's hard to breakaway from the usual haunts for fear of a letdown. Not one bit of it! We all agreed, this is probably the best Indian takeaway meal we've ever had in Helensburgh: Absolutely gorgeous, fresh and tasty Chicken Tikka & South Indian Garlic Chilli Chicken, accompanied by crispy garlic naan and pakora selection. As of now, this our new go to! High recommended!

First time ordering from here so played it safe Ordered a Chicken Tikka Massala / Pilau Rice / Onion Baji / Keema nan Although I'm all for authenticity it was not like any other CTM I've ever had.. full off peppers and a thick spicy sauce And the baji were really thick and gloopy More than likely will not be trying it again 😔

Fabulous food, but a very aggressive and rude lady to deal with if there are any problems. I would have given five stars, but she totally ruined the meal experience with her attitude. I don't want to get food from here again through Just Eat, it's not worth the aggro when your food doesn't turn up and she verbally attacks you because it's all "your fault".

Soni Spice has become our absolute Number 1 choice for Indian takeaway food. We don't do it often so we want to know we're going to enjoy it and we've had consistently good food here every time. My son and I usually get a meal deal for two and that takes care of two meals each as the portion sizes are generous. If anything, it tastes even better the next day! Thank you Soni Spice!

Ordered on Just Eat and food was ready to collect on time. Could do with a tidy up outside to make it more welcoming but don’t let that put you off. The food was great and we would definitely go back if we were in the area.
