We went to this restaurant last week. A person in our group went to the toilet but fell down a step, Which only had a thin strip of hazard tape but no sign about this step, The lady fell onto the floor below this step, She was unconscious for a few minutes, This step is Dangerous needs more lighting in this area. A lady came up to us telling us she has seen this happened before,

Beautiful food, very fresh flavours, possibly the best Indian food we have ever had. Staff very polite and helpful. Will be going back, soon. Can’t recommend this highly enough.

Went to our reservation the boys there great that served us and the chicken tikka garlic garam masala was without doubt the best Iv tasted!! the Mrs got a tikka masala also loved it the cheese and onion naan was 10/10 thanks for the great food can’t wait to get back

The Butter Chicken at The Rupali palace is a true masterpiece of Indian cuisine. The tender, juicy chicken pieces are enveloped in a rich, creamy tomato-based gravy, infused with the perfect blend of spices. I just loved it.

We turned up at the restaurant without booking a table and we kindly asked for a table for 4 (2 adults and 2 young kids). We got such a dirty look from a member of staff and he clearly huffed to check if there was any availability, the place had a lot of tables. We walked straight out as we felt so unwelcome we had to leave. We will never enter this restaurant again.

The food has never let me down but when I seen my other half just dig in the way she did I just knew it was love at first site the chops are amzing but the tawa for me is the one form the wings and there sauce to seekh kebabs where spot on but boy oh boy she was sure surprised when she had the fish on on tawa she had no idea but it sure juicy and nice and flaky and chicken tandoori was so nice to to nans and chapati and saloon which means curry was sure sexy sexy that kinda feeling iam loving it and to wash it all down we had a mango lassi which she loved and fell in love with that I guess this my go to and wins it lovely women who owns this this joint and hands down she wins it for it me what little hidden gem this place is she has me coming back again and again and again

Stopped off for a coffee didn't have anything to eat but looking at the menu it looks fantastic

I used to rave about saffron, always said they were the best Indian In arbroath but the last few times have been Very disappointing I think they don't realise what our tastes are you never get the same meal of your choice the same twice, we can really tell the difference. I THINK THEY GJ E US THE SAME SAUCE in every meal and add something to make us think its different ,and their prices are going up every time we order, we won't be going there anymore if this doesn't improve, don't. Ose your your good reputation

Order food from just eat. Order says time of delivery. It arrives over an hour late, 1hr 20 mins late. Taste is very bland and food was not as hot as usual. I have ordered here many times before and everything is usually good. So I asked for a partial refund for late delivery and cold tasteless food. As expected I got nothing. You charge £4 for delivery that's all I wanted back,I wasn't asking for it all. I will tell everyone I meet to avoid this place as there is no communication from shop saying they are sorry and food is going to be late . Not even an apology. Terrible service

Ordered a curry it was watery , was also giving the wrong curry , garlic nan was really thick not much flavour , chips were meh , it’s been like this twice now when I have ordered , use to really enjoy this place , delivery was really quick , wouldn’t of minded waiting for the food to come half decent , it’s shame use be one my fav places

Amazing food! All curry’s are 100% gluten free and taste amazing! We ordered from the wrong place, so the staff were very helpful. 5 out of 5.

Delivery on time as usual. I always look forward to the food from here but I was disappointed, the curry was just watery sauce and cold. I must admit this is a first. My food ended up in the bin.
