Jeet Indian Restaurant in Angus

Excellent food and service. Very friendly staff. Food is freshly cooked, we enjoyed some popadoms while we waited. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for an authentic Indian. Chicken tikka masala, chicken korma and the Egyptian kebab were all very tasty. Garlic and cheese naan was exceptional!

we are staying at the caravan site in forfar and decided to have dinner here tonight. Well what an absolute feed it was....started with poppadoms spiced onions and chicken pakora absolutely outstanding followed by chicken chasni and a tandoori mixed grill everything was cooked perfectly! we couldn't finish it all so brought the rest back for tomorrow night.

Just returned from having a meal here for he first time in quite a while . I had the Egyptian Kebab and my wife had the Chicken Maryland . Best meal we have had in a long time . Excellent service . Thoroughly recommend you give it a go if you are looking for a well prepared and presented meal . Should not have left it so long . M + P

Tried the local Indian for a takeaway whilst in the area. Went once sometime back and was somewhat disappointed. This time however the same owners based on this experience have turned it into a superb Indian. Food was an abundance of flavours, colours and tastes to match.

Excellent meal at Jeet in the middle of Forfar. It was a Sunday so quiet but the staff were very friendly and attentive. My wife and I know what we like at an Indian Restaurant and this matched up to the best we have had in a long time!

Family carry out. The curry’s were nice, but not exceptional, the garlic dishes were not garlicky enough and they forgot a rice. Also it is not clear on their website about which days the discount is available. Saying that, we really enjoyed our food.

I went to Jeet for the buffet night as I had many good reviews of it. I was not disappointed. The food is some of the best I have had in a very long time. Real depth of flavour, no over powering sense of tomato base etc, just really really good food. Staff are all very helpful and accommodating. Think I might be going there every week now. I can't convey how good it is. well done

Always a brilliant meal, best food in Forfar by far. Never had an empty drinks glass, very attentive staff. Will be back many times.

We decided to try to try the buffet on a Wednesday evening! The food was delicious, hot and good quality! Plenty of choices of starters and mains! Great staff and services! £19:95 pp excellent value!

A first class restaurant experience, quality and style, very good service and a lovely environment to spend a few hours in. As a Glaswegian I’ve got decent standards in Indian food and the Jeet is a good enough reason to come back to Forfar.
