The Tawa and Grill Hut in Angus

The food has never let me down but when I seen my other half just dig in the way she did I just knew it was love at first site the chops are amzing but the tawa for me is the one form the wings and there sauce to seekh kebabs where spot on but boy oh boy she was sure surprised when she had the fish on on tawa she had no idea but it sure juicy and nice and flaky and chicken tandoori was so nice to to nans and chapati and saloon which means curry was sure sexy sexy that kinda feeling iam loving it and to wash it all down we had a mango lassi which she loved and fell in love with that I guess this my go to and wins it lovely women who owns this this joint and hands down she wins it for it me what little hidden gem this place is she has me coming back again and again and again

Amazing restaurant with good quality food. Large portions, great price and nice atmosphere. They seemed a little overwhelmed so the service could be better but im sure that’ll improve in time once they get used to their popularity.

The Worst Food we ever had, Daal (Lentils) was the worst, had a bad smell, and was expired. I have called and reported this, the person apologized and promised, he will take care next time labla labla. I would not recommend to anyone Muzzammil

This place is a little gem, me & my partner went on the off chance and wasn’t disappointed, we got Tawa for 2 it was lovely, my girlfriend isn’t keen on lamb but she loved the lamb Karahi, very well presented, very clean and the service was great the gentleman was so helpful talk us through the menu, also he made us feel welcome and relaxed.. we paid the bill and tbh we questioned it because we thought it was too cheap.. FANTASTIC VALUE FOR MONEY KEEP UP THE WORK.. 100% we will be back

Where do I start? Ordered ‘jumbo’ tempura prawns which were far from jumbo in size and looked like the tempura prawns you get at at the supermarket frozen section during the Christmas period, utterly disappointed, the mix grill starter was the only semi decent part of the meal however the portion size seemed quite small for £13, ordered the sizzling chicken steak with fries which was £10 and it was not a steak but two small pieces of chicken chucked on top of a few chips, would not recommend to anyone and will not be going again
