30p for a bag to deliver the food in is ridiculous

Terrible shop. Rejected my order no contact. Shocking i paid just eat and euphrates rejected it. A phone call stops all this bad reviews. Now i need to pay 2 times for my dinner. Thanks for that.

starter and main excellent. naan breads very heavy, chewy, glue-y. Would not order again due to this. it's a shame as everything excellent

Order was incorrect and had to wait for collect item to be delivered. Had ordered a plain burger and a cheese burger was delivered. The person the item was ordered for cannot eat cheese

One of the best curries I've ever had (gurka tikka korma). All food was fresh and piping hot on delivery. Absolutely delicious.

The food has always been great, however due to the insane increasing prices including charging £5 for a price marked bottle of Irn Bru at £1.79 we won't be ordering again from you guy's. After 6 years it time to find somewhere else.

Ordered a curry it was watery , was also giving the wrong curry , garlic nan was really thick not much flavour , chips were meh , it’s been like this twice now when I have ordered , use to really enjoy this place , delivery was really quick , wouldn’t of minded waiting for the food to come half decent , it’s shame use be one my fav places

I decided to try all the curry restaurants. Note to self a restaurant whose menu tries to have something for everyone doesn’t know itself! Surprised to find Bombay aloo was potato and scrambled egg!

We love this take away! Order here regularly and have never had a bad meal. Fastest delivery in Carnoustie as well! 😊 Highly recommend.

Fantastic Indian take away! Loely tasty food, freshly cooked as our order was still really hot when I got home! Brilliant value for money and my orders are always ready when I go to collect them! Extremely friendly staff and sometimes free popadoms!

Never received the order. Driver got lost, didn’t follow directions I put on and had the cheek to get annoyed with me! Called shop and asked for it to be cancelled. Still waiting for the refund….

Absolutely awful! 7 bits of overcooked/burnt chicken £13.80! - large tikka kebab! Would hate to see what the small one is like. Used to be our go to takeaway, but standards have dropped as has the quality, and prices have shot right up, very disappointing, definitely not worth it anymore.

chips and cheese was very poor. chips looks and tasted like been cooked a number of times. everything looked like last night's leftovers. not be using them again

Mixed calzone. One of the most tasteless calzones I have had. Mostly cheesey no sauce. Very dry

Chips are dry and skinny, cheap fries not tasty and totally flavourless, avoid them!

Euphrates is our go-to kebab/curry place. Food is always lovely and as with most Indian restaurants, very generous portions (probably too much for one person). We ordered tonight and delivery was within about half an hour. As above, we find the portions huge so tend to go for their snack meals. I got a curry snack with garlic chilli masala and rice and my partner got a chicken tikka kebab with chips. We then half the two so we get a bit of everything and also got a garlic cheese naan with it. The food was excellent and very filling. In terms of price, it has gone up a little over the past few years with cost of living increases. You can definitely get a cheaper kebab in Carnoustie although probably not as nice. There’s other curries that compete, but pricing is probably similar. One criticism is if you order donner chips and cheese, you get the option to add a sauce free of charge. This isn’t the case for chicken tikka cheese and chips which feels a bit odd and unfair. All in all, it’s a good takeaway and that’s why we keep going back.

Asked for chips and curry and it was 6 pound they took 20 minutes and it was a complete mess and not very good

Everything was amazing, chips were a bit soggy but think it was because they were in the bag along with the heat and moisture so not your guys' fault, outstanding food as always

I order chips and korma sauce waste of money I did not injoy it some of the chips were hard the korma sauce was to thick and it never tasted like korma will not be going there again I had to bin it and I wasted bloody 8 pounds on rubbish and there staff needs to smile a bit

Fantastic meal yet again, the Jaipuri chicken is so tasty and great value for money

we drive from dundee just for euphrates so hopefully that speaks volumes for it. donner is always super flavourful and the mixed wrap is bliss

Can honestly say that my meal was one of the worst I've ever had....and due to recent price hike the most expensive per gram. £16 for a over dry kebab with two authentic pitta bread straight out the packet, my local shop tastes better...value range obviously! Oh.. the garlic bread is amazing....amazingly priced! £5 for 4 yes 4 slices you can pick up for 65p at any other value retailer. Expected something nice and tasty but got something that when I eas 18..blind drunk would still ask for my cash back.....thanks for the experience. ☹️

Great food, great service, early delivery

Waited 1.5 hours on a Friday for delivery. Phoned to ask when delivery was expected. Response maybe Sunday and no you can't cancel. Ridiculous customer service
