Really lovely restaurant serving large portions of really tasty Indian food. Restaurant was quiet compared as most people seemed to be eating in the various Woodstock pubs, but feels like an underrated and hidden gem. As a vegetarian, I'd highly recommend the options here. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, and service was quick and efficient. Really enjoyable evening and would definitely go again.

After an initial wait in the lounge to be seated, service was very good and quick. Atmosphere was also good. Not the tastiest Indian meal I've had though, despite having the waiter's recommendation, and the rest of my party felt the same. That said it is obviously very popular & as with most places in Hertford you need to book at the weekend.

Cold, moody miserable staff and bland food eaten while being watch buy the staff all stood at reception area, very intimidating. Not visited for a while and thought we would give it another go. Big mistake. The staff are just rude and don’t know how to smile let alone delivery customer service. Food was bland and the room was freezing. Will not be back

Arrived yesterday evening. Check in quick and easy, except being advised to wait for someone to take our bags, which we did ourself. What I would say is, the staff are excellent, so hard working, whoever the management are, they need a large rocket, period. This place feels nice but the attention to detail is shocking. So we arrived on April 01st, who is the joker?! Queues of 20 minutes to get a drink ffs. Complained but didn’t really change anything. A la carte restaurants shut, nice one. Low and behold, today, the ice creams, 25 minute queue to be told no strawberry, vanilla or chocolate. I’m not rude but i did stop the server from chatting to his buddy as there were 25 people in the queue behind me. Joke. Overall £500 a week for here is good value, don’t expect anything more. Right on the beech.
