the chips are the worsed chips ever they are left to go stale then re heated and the food was stone cold and to top it off the driver was so rude walking over the grass just to cut a few steps out how rude I will not be bringing my custom or recommending anyone to this place ever again!!!!!!

An incredible Indian dining experience! The mixed grilled platter, chilli chicken, and butter chicken was very tasty. Great value for money, and the revamped decor adds to the welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend trying this place out ! Oh plus the staff were very friendly too !

Had takeaway from here a few times and food is all ways spot on.

Portions far too small, stale salad, some of the food was borderline uncooked on inside so had to leave some of it.

Ordered a takeaway so can only comment on that side of things. If you want stomach cramps and bad toilet problems the next morning then this is the one for you. Also car park is now run by company so charges apply.

Lovely food. However think the place could do with a decent cleaner. Tables and high chairs all sticky and caked in grease and chairs not wiped over as full of food down the back.

Mixed grill tasted like it had been warmed up in a microwave and the paneer was just rubber oh well at least the bin got fed.

Barely any mint sauce and chilli sauce for the poppadoms, no onion salad and all the poppadoms were crushed into pieces. Curry’s rice and naans we’re lovely though. Very disappointed with the starter side of the order

Just had a delivery of Sheesh and Naan wraps which were cold and soggy, portion sizes are small, ordered from here years ago and thought they’d changed but standards are the same, the previous time they’d missed items off the order and arrived 2 hours after saying it was going to take 45 minutes.

Brilliant place to order from. Food is always fresh & the delivery drivers are always friendly too. They certainly keep me fed!

What can i say, absolutely blown away by the food I have just eaten from Curry N Grill House, I have only ever eaten the Chicken Wraps from here and they are a 10/10 so I decided today to order a curry as well as the wrap and it did not disappoint. Chicken Madras with Fried rice, it was spicy but the flavours that were going on in my mouth was like a firework display unbelievable. The staff as well front of house all the way to the chefs big thumbs up from me and my family. P. S The best staff member was the guy who I phoned to congratulate them on the amazing food - he deserves a pay rise haha.

This is the first bad review I've ever left! But ordered from there tonight. My Madras was nice....but my partner ordered a chicken tikka masala and he can normally eat anything and he couldn't eat this....he actually chucked it away which he never does as he loves his food. Really disappointed

Had a beautiful meal tonight,service was fantastic and waiters are very warm and welcoming...what spoiled it for me was being charged £4.40 for two glasses of soda and lime...most pubs give this drink complimentary..very disappointed and soured the evening...

Friendly staff and good atmosphere!

Had a party here over the bank holiday weekend and I can’t fault the place, food was amazing and we were even given the opportunity to come and set up the function room the night before. Staff are very polite, friendly and helpful especially Aryan, they all went out of their way to accommodate us. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who wants an easy and hassle free function with delicious food. All our guests were also very very happy especially with the food and some even took a contact number off me for them in case they ever want to book here. Well done to you all keep up your wonderful hospitality. GREAT JOB!

We always order from here and the food has always been great however, today the korma had no flavour at all and the masala tasted like soup from a tin for some strange reason.

Just had food delivered and it was freezing cold will not be ordering food from this place again.

Great food everytime we go, flavour & spice in every dish

Ordered for delivery, mix grill no fresh probably cooked earlier in the day or yesterday, the Tikka was leg/thigh meat when it should be breast, lamb chops were soggy and probably mutton not lamb, the wings lord knows looked like they were cooked last week. Will never order from there again.. the neighbors dog got an upset stomach 🤣

Use to go quite regularly a few years ago. Not been untill now 02/22 thought we'd revisit as we use to have fun here.. Sorry to say just had one drink and left. Just didn't get a feel for the place. There were tables that had not been cleared. Staff not rude but not friendly either.

Visited the Cross pub a few times lately but doubt I will be going again that often. Everytime I have gone in whether it early or later, it has been really cold in there, no heating on. When asked to put it on got told that they didn't know how to light the pilot light on the boiler. Then when asked again I got told it had been put on or someone must have turned it down. But the fact it never ever felt warm all the time I was there I beg to differ....

Odered by phone delivered it was all cold large mix grill chicken wings like they were cooked yesterday the chops still had blood in them chips were freezing and like rubber and nan bread cold I only live 3 mins away.

Ordered take away last Thursday it was one of the worst mix grill was lot of water in the mix grill bag instead of sizzling onion,curry’s were ok,all sauces were missing when I made complaint guy on the phone just want to get rid of me he said sorry Thankyou, attitude wasn’t very good, not ordering from here again

Ordered at 19:25 - ETA for food 45-60 mins. Just eat says my order was delivered at 19:50. Still waiting for my food at 21:05 (at the time of this review). Live less than half a mile from the restaurant, told twice the foods out for delivery in the space of 20 mins. Yes the weather was bad today, however main road from restaurant to my house is completely clear... Also assured food will not be cold...

OK place but not like it used to be xx shame they got rid of there best barmaid...

Normally the food from here is delicious, but on this occasion it wasn’t! The chips and naan bread was cold, the chicken curry had hardly any chicken in it and was lukewarm. And the mixed grill wasn’t up to it’s usual standard even though that was hot! Overall disappointed really!

our family have been going to this restaurant on and off for years but havent been for a good few months. my god the service is woeful. the actual place looks dated the staff dont make you feel special theyre more concerned about the just eats. we was 4 of 6 people in the restaurant and after taking our simple order they then became poor. firstly no onions to have with poppadoms asked twice and still the bloke forgot them. then they bough nan breads out and 3 meals no rice had to wait 5 minutes sitting waiting to catch his eye in the end i went to counter and said any danger we can all eat at the same time. 3 of the 4 were the same meal so hardly a hard task. no forks so had to ask for them. as always the food was very nice and cant fault the taste but the dining in experience has long gone from that place. was going to book a table for 11 for a birthday later in year but after the 30 mins i spent in there i changed my mind and well go somewhere else more attentive. felt a bit sorry for the lacky bringing food as i think the chefs cook what they feel like when they like. so sad how downhill its gone wont be going back again after all those years.

Prices are average for food and drinks. They have also started selling some new cocktails 2 for £6 which were decent too. The grill house is kind of split into two halves. Restaurant at the back and pub with pool table at the front. They also have a decent sized garden with a smoking area and a few benches. It does get busy in here on a weekend, so call and book a table in advance if you plan on eating. Will definitely revisit sometime soon. They do have a new parking system, so be sure to enter your registration in the machine when you enter the building.

Ordered for the first time ever this evening an I am so disappointed. People had told me how nice it was here so thought I'd give it a go. When food arrived the Naan that we did have was cold. The food wasn't what I consider hot (temperature). Then I realised I had 2 missing Naans. I called to inform them withing minutes of the delivery driver leaving and was told I would have them soon. My husband and son had finished their meals and me and my daughter were left with stone cold chips and a nearer enough warm korma and the Naans still weren't here. Very disappointed...
