I used to use this takeaway after the Bantock Balti closed and it was just about OK but no great shakes. Went in tonight and ordered a Tikka MAIN and some pappadums. Came to nearly a tenner. Got home and opened lid and there were 8 TINY pieces of chichen. Phoned to say they had given me a starter, but they said no the amount was correct!! Told them I'll NEVER be back again. Wasn't even tasty and pops were not fresh. Absolute RIP OFF. You have been warned!!

Was told this was under new management and I would love the food, by the guy who picked up the phone at Curry City. The previous owners of Curry City did not rate very high on my Indian food list, sorry to say these people are even worseSuch poor quality Indian food around Stoke-on-Trent, it seems to me they have totally inexperienced chefs in most of these places now.My food at Curry City - Both meals contained chicken, both tasted fridgy , both sauces were hard to eat, very unpleasant one had no real flavour just incredibly sweet, sugary coconut thick bland sauce, the other just over spiced and acridNot recommended

felt I had to submit a review when I realised that Indian Gossip as a restaurant does not exist any more and the food came from a takeaway in Wandsworth. The food was so late that we drove up to Indian Gossip and it is no longer there. this was also confirmed by the driver when he bought the dishes that were missing. This shouldn't be allowed as there is no way to trace where the food is coming from surely this is wrong. Food was really not good

-Decent Zinger Meal & Samosa / chaat - Flithy hygiene standards - Jalebi is good, but all other meetai avoid, very dry, old, tasteless! - Most staff were pleasant, but one girl with a lot of spots and body odour was rude! Asked a question and she gave me a funny confused nose in the air look. I told her you’re rude, and she looked even more confused lol. No knowledge of customer service and basic etiquette is lacking. Trading standard’s will be giving them a visit soon. Been going there since a child on/off for 30 years, it’s a shame to the previous elders who ran this place with respect, standards, and a sence of pride.

Very rarely will I leave a review but having been recommended by a friend and having thoroughly enjoyed my meal it's well deserved Starters Lamb Tikka and onion bhaji, the lamb was thick and juicy with plenty of tasty onions in as well, the Bhaji was big tasty and crispy and not at all greasy. The bhuna was a proper bhuna with a think sauce and plenty of chicken. The pilau rice, something that can be overlooked, was light fluffy and had nice fresh flavour. My pashwari naan was soft and sweet but with the lovely char you get from a hot oven. Overall this was one of the best Indian takeaways I've had in a long time and will absolutely be a returning customer! Can't comment on atmosphere as it was a takeaway so I'll just give my living room 5*s
