Bhajis in Cheshire West and Chester

Wow Bhajis you are back,!!! after cold poor food, heated up naans, we decided to try again Food was delicious 😋

Onion Bhajis were great, the papadoms were good, but the curries were by far, the worst that I have tasted in over 40 years of eating curries. Scorching hot, with no real flavour to either of our meals, just left us with burning mouths. I will' never ever use Bhajis ever again. My weekend was ruined with a bad stomach and indigestion .

Butterfly prawn- hard as rock, dry and tasteless Lamb chops- tough, chewy, sugary I felt like a dog chewing on a bone, fatty and oily Chicken curry/ beef curry- sugary tomato paste with a slight kick Only decent thing I ate was the rice

Owner swore at me when i called and asked about daughters order, he claimed driver left it on doorstep of the house absolutely shocking

Authentic lovely food and delivery is spot on (the man in the red car). Curry is amazing, consistent and this place never fails to deliver. Probably one of Chesters best take away.

Best Indian you can get in Chester. Tried several dishes and each has been a belter. Dhansak is up there. Would recommend

The food was delivered early however we were delivered someone else’s food. What bothers me greatly is that when I rang up and they said my food was with driver and he would deliver it and I was to package back up the other food and the driver would take it. Was this food that I opened and closed up again given to someone else or taken back to the take-out and destroyed. Wishing I had put a note in it saying this food was delivered to someone else wrongly first. Now wondering if ours was opened by someone else and picked up again.

Phoned before hand as partner is vegan. Very helpful with choices. Food was very tasty, hot and there was plenty of it.

I have been trying different foods from the menu and they have all been delicious, not greasy at all, would recommend.

We had the set meal for 2, it was cooked beautifully and to our specified taste. Everything was fresh and was still hot on arrival. Thank you, would highly recommend and will definitely reorder again and again. one of our favourite in Chester.

Food turned up late, which I would not of had a problem with, but the two currys were cold, ordered a chicken chaat the puree bread was rock solid, can't see myself ordering from here again!

Delivery was late. Quite overpriced.

We actually collected. The restaurant was busy so we asked If we can collect instead and they were really accommodating and food was ready within 15minutes! Food delicious as always :) You see my husband don’t like Indian and I was craving it so I had Indian and we ordered him something else from different restaurant :) we both absolutely enjoyed our meals :D

Good service but the curry was a little watery. Naan was good though.

Delivery was a bit last. Both naan breads where burnt. Food really wasn’t worth the price, we won’t be going there again.

Food was okay, it’s been better on previous orders. The onion bhajis were not fully cooked. Also, you would hope after giving the delivery driver a small tip, that he would bother to shut the front gate. I’m assuming he would have heard all three of our dogs when he knocked on the door. Just lazy behaviour!

I have ordered and enjoyed from Bhajis previously. The food was ordered for 18.30 and I as notified it would be late @ 18.45 - no issue with that. The food arrived at 19.30 again not an issue but the food was brought in a cool box and was cold. I am not keen on re-heating take away food but I had no alternative.

Ridiculous delivery time, over 2 hours since I ordered and over an hour late. This should have been flagged in the estimated delivery time before I ordered if the restaurant was busy.

We were notified when we placed the order that our requested delivery time was unavailable hence the delay. The food was delicious and I would use baji’s again.

Ordered five different curries they all tasted the same sadly, just various takes on ketchup!

Let down by another takeaway so tried these guys out for the first time and the food was fantastic. I’d like to mark them down for missing the poppadoms off the order but they dealt with that immediately and free poppadoms with next order so no grumbles here. We will definitely be ordering here again!

Regular client until New Year’s Eve when order was refused despite pre ordering. Shocking service and couldn’t care less attitude.

Ordered at 1pm today for 8:30pm. Get a message at 8:15 saying the order couldn't be fulfilled. Useless. Never ordering from here again

Love bhajis, never had a bad meal from there, asked for a paneer curry which they did for me and it was unbelievable. Thank you bhajis! Please consider adding paneer as an option for curries

Meat was tough and unbeatable

Food was late but worth the wait, plus we received a text advising our order would be late so we didn’t mind.

Every single time excellent food. Full of flavour, hot. Everything can ask for. If in debate where to order, look no further. Can’t rate it highly enough. 5*

Terrible, food was cold when it came, chips soggy. Chicken in the curry overcooked. Ordered a pathia curry that is meant to be sweat but spicy, it was pure spice. Will not be ordering again barley ate any of this order

There was hardly any meat in any of the dishes other than that the meals were tasty. Just need more meat especially when u pay a lot for a meal.

After waiting nearly an hour and half for the food to come they then forgot our chips, nice curry though.

Food was good, however I found a SPROUT in the veg masala A Sprout!!! Otherwise all good though...

We stayed over in Chester and had a takeaway. We had a number of dishes and we were happy with all of them. The takeaway arrived earlier than expected which is a positive these days. Only disappointment was the naan breads but I think that is because I am spoiled were I live.

I have been a returning regular customer to this restaurant for years, it's usually really good food and reliable service. However, for some reason, this time they sent only half the curry sauce, but extra rice? Such a shame to receive what turned out to be a disappointing, very dry meal. :(

The both the chicken tikka masala and the prawn korma were more like soup, threequarters liquid very little else. With the prawn korma it was difficult to find the few baby shrimps that were in the liquid. The poppadoms were flexible not crispy. generally a very poor meal I will definitely never use this place again.

Food always great from here arrived within 20 minutes nice and hot and they actually have really good onion bhajis which I struggle to find which is a good job considering their name 😅 one question though why is there always sprouts in the veg curries?! 😂

The curry was very tasty and the food was delivered on time but the rest of the order was almost cold and not that good to be honest.

Lovely food as usual, food did arrive 50 minutes late than asked but they did call to let me know and were very Apologetic. Always order from here though and delivery is usually always fast so guessing they are extra busy due to covid-19 pandemic :)

Only just warm, the chips were wet with condensation and it was tasteless ... first and last time I will use!
