Obnoxiously rude staff behaviour. Substandard quality of food. Don’t know how they are doing business in this era. Never recommend

We popped into here for some lunch, myself and hubby, we placed our order at the till and then sat down. My husband could see the front of the shop and his facial expression changed to pure disgust. I asked him what happened and he said he had just witnessed them microwaving the samosas that we had ordered and also a cup of masala tea that we ordered too. He got up to check and it was our order. Honestly, microwaving a cup of tea!!! We left without eating!!

Had a dreadful dining experience with our family at this filthy restaurant. The staff is nasty and dishonest, and the owner was just as harsh. In addition, the restaurant's toilet was closed and staff giving various excuses, but it is clear from previous reviews that toilets are always closed. Never recommend visiting there. Horrible restaurant.

The staff was very rude and pathetic .They didn’t care about hygiene and about health and safety. We go to eat some food but we got metal in our Halwa-Puri dish .But they didn’t care about it.It was very worst .

The staff are so rude I am not sure why this place is still open. They deliberately locked the toilets, there is no baby changing facilities my 1-year-old niece needed to have a nappy change and there were no facilities. The staff do not talk to you when you order, they don't even look at you. There is a chap with glasses, and he is soo rude it is unbelievable. You stand there for ages and they don't even serve you. Please don't ever go there again.

Terrible service. The worst. No common courtesy. No please No Thank You and food was 2 out of 10. Sorry wouldn’t recommend it. My wife was choking so I asked for water and the chap continued serving customers walking in off the street despite my wife coughing away. Final nail in the coffin…. CASH ONLY, told after we’d eaten so had to leave the wife whilst I walked to the cash machine.

El servicio de tío en el mostrador es muy antiguo y puede ser extraño.Los únicos artículos que compré aquí son dulces para llevar, Jalebi, Pakore y cosas saladas. No puedo decir sobre el personal y el servicio y otros alimentos, ya que nunca tuve la oportunidad de sentarme a comer aquí.

Best place in Southall for jabeli, always worth the wait, especially if they are making fresh jabeli; as for the restaurant, the food is microwaved.

One of the most tastiest jalebis and gulab jaman in Southall, majority of times I always come here to get these particular items and is always on point

I was a big admirer of Jalebi Junction however, it was a major disappointment. The place was dirty and the food was being heated in the microwave, not even fresh.Wont recommend it to anyone😐

He estado yendo aquí por años y ni una sola vez me ha decepcionado. Ahora recibo solicitudes para traer sus Jelebi para casi todas las funciones, en todo el Reino Unido.Siempre un golpe! !Una solicitud de Apon lo puedes tener caliente, y siempre fresco! !DEBE intentarlo, especialmente si pasea por Southall en invierno, nada como el Jelbi caliente para calentarlo o incluso detenerse para tomar un refrigerio rápido.

Visited on 6th January 2019. Ordered fresh warm jalebi, chana chaat, samosa, gulab jaman, gol gappey. What a amazing taste. Worth to visit and worth to try different varieties of dishes at reasonable prices.

Completa falta de atención al cliente. Fuimos en n 9 reconocimiento. Después de 5 minutos tuvimos que pedir los menús que dieron, pero otros 5 minutos y todavía nadie se molestó en venir y tomar un pedido. No estaba ocupado y había 3 empleados parados charlando. Nos fuimos sin pedir nada. Si puede soportar la mala educación y la falta de servicio para su comida, este es el lugar, de lo contrario hay muchos lugares con buena comida y buen servicio.

Llegamos sobre las 6. 30 y no estaba demasiado concurrido, probablemente porque de Ramadán. . . toda Southall parecía absolutamente desierta bar este lugar. Una cola de gente esperando decente para los dulces calientes preparadas fuera, he estado aquí antes, así que sabía la bondad fueron pacientemente esperando! De todas maneras, al principio pensamos conseguiríamos una taza de té y algunos dulces como mis amigos y yo desde hace mucho tiempo un ponerse al día. Nos recibieron de una manera muy amable, y para ser llamado ir más Jefe era bastante refrescante, ya que encontrar personal utilizando la terminología realmente mugrosa maquina irritante! Pedimos su normal Doodh pakistaníes, que es una Parti lento preparado té leche y café de cardamomo (que no era de este mundo! ). Teníamos una mezcla de dulces para ir con él y como un buen vino con bistec recomendó el camarero su preferido maridajes. Recomiendo disfrutamos del té con mi patinsa gramflour. Hobnobby bastante si me refiero y el Habshi Halwa. Su conocimiento de los dulces fue refrescante y bastante divertido, y tenía una historia sobre prácticamente todos ellos! Mientras estuvimos allí nos acabamos cogiendo hambre así que decidimos quedarnos a cenar, aunque estábamos de emprender algo más tarde. Le pregunté lo que sería tener por la ruptura del rápido y sin dudarlo me dijeron. . Un cordero con curry y Karahi Naans Chana. . Arroz. Quizás, no estoy seguro! Procedimos a fin de que y aunque tardó un poco de tiempo para cocinar, pudimos ver que estaba nuestro pedido ser cócteles preparados y fue absolutamente genial, una vez llegamos al lado de un descargo de responsabilidad siendo que podría ser un poco picante, ya que por casualidad añadió un poco más chilies! Nos encanta picante y lo que realmente dio en el clavo. Disfrutamos mucho y terminó dando saltitos a nuestra cena, sólo un descarado kebab de Helen, aunque como siempre y punto.De todos modos es 2 y estoy un poco borracho. . . Es un buen cruce Jalebi onu. Disfrute!

Do not go in expecting a good amazing service. The service is very late, quality of food is okay, it is basically precooked meals! Better off going to an actual reatarunt and pay bit more! However, fhey do service fresh Jalebiiiii!

The Mrs and I popped in for a Valentine's special jalebi.. had to get the mood flowing, we ended up trying the pink tea with jelebis and it was brilliant

Principalmente me fui a Southall solo para este jalebi. Y fue totalmente la pena. Normalmente es muy difícil conseguir frescos crujientes jalebi fuera de la India. Hay jalebies en Brick Lane, pero no era realmente bueno. Creo que para una libra 2 jalebies y tan razonable.

Fuimos para el almuerzo, samosa de cilantro y algunos pedimos los platos principales. Actitud muy informal del personal, lo que podría haber sido ignorado si la comida era la pena, pero este no fue el caso. Al final después de una espera de 30 minutos y un recordatorio, nos sirvieron sólo samosa y chutney por separado en vez de samosa de cilantro. Samosas eran frías y sin aderezos. Nos fuimos sin tener la red como no había señal de ellos y no podíamos molestia después de los aperitivos decepcionante.

Probablemente el mejor Jelebi en el Reino Unido. Si te preparaste para esperar en la cola de Jalebi recién hecho, no te decepcionará, no solo compres lo que hiciste antes, créeme, sabe mejor fresco y caliente y mientras esperas en la cola. toma un descarado kulfi del vendedor ambulante de al lado.

No voy a Southall con tanta frecuencia, pero cuando lo hago, no siempre por sus productos cruce Jalebi jalebis caliente! ! Tienes que probar este restaurante como es el único que hace justo en frente de usted jalebis. No tomar en cuenta el tipo de jalebis prefiere, como azúcar. Tan bueno!

Poor and slow service. Went for halwa puri and was told by one member of staff it's not on the menu and he walked off. Finally placed an order with another member of staff, order came and was told I didn't order halwa.

Visité el broadway con mi señora tuvimos que hacer un lugar de india y como estaba de compras en el Broadway tuve que pagar una visita a la famosa confluencia jalebi. He oído cosas buenas acerca de su jalebi's así que decidí probar la comida fue increíble muy recomendable. Personal muy amable y acogedor de 5 estrellas

Pasamos un tiempo estupendo en Jalebi cruce cuando visite Southall. Tenía un ambiente muy bueno y el personal era muy servicial y rápido. La comida era estupenda y estaba fresca (recomiendo encarecidamente la parrillada mixta! El más destacado), sin embargo el jalebi fue sin duda! El precio era muy razonable para lo mucho que comimos, volveremos con la familia pronto.

Visitamos aquí en numerosas ocasiones, así que pensamos que era hora me dejó un comentario para ellos. Sinceramente, el servicio de los hermanos pequeños corriendo el lugar resuena por toda la obra.

Fuimos para la pani puri puri halwa y. Tengo que decir que merece la pena la visita. Recién hecho y el sabor originales. La zona de estar está bien, pero el servicio estaba por debajo de lo normal.

Bien, tuvimos que venir a Southall encontrar algunos trajes asiáticos. Como hombre, no como un centro comercial, así que necesitábamos un descanso. Vimos Jalebi Cruce cerca de las tiendas de ropa que visitamos. Decidimos parar para comer mientras espera para la ropa para ser modificados. Pedí shish kebabs, pero traté shish kebab y ensalada y el aloo samosa de cilantro que era agradable. Para mí fue muy bueno para una escapada rápida, y la comida era decente. La decoración está bien, nada especial. El aloo samosa siendo honesto cilantro era increíble.

When making jalebis outside the shop thats when to go. Fresh and hot and unbeatable. Avoid going inside and buying as not as fresh

Warm freshly fried and dipped in syrup, crispy and melt in your mouth, with the option of no colour added. Yum! If you're looking for authentic Indian sweets this is it!

Wow hot hot jalebi in southall broadway was nice specially since its started getting cold, we really enjoyed the jalebi's but a little hygiene update needs attention, rest was good, will come back,

Overall an ironic experience. We went in had gol gappa and jalebi inside - which was great. We paid and went onwards for shopping. On our way back, my 7 year old daughter wanted to use the rest room quite badly and there was none around. Since we had eaten in there less than an hour ago, we thought it was allright. The waitress told us we would have to pay by the minute - which was the first I was hearing during our trip to London. Family friendly restaurant but not a family friendly attitude.

I went to the restaurant yesterday abt 8 pm being a diabetic i cant eat a lot of sugar but was craving jalebis so i decided to to get some i dint want a lot as i knew if i buy too much i will eat them all . Felt embarrassed ask for a small amount but the gentleman whose name was Adil served us was so good and kind i have no words to express myself .He made me feel important even though i did not spend that much in the shop and i left very happy . I just want him to know i appreciated the service and i want you all to know that these guys value their customers ... i sure will be going back every time i am in southall .. Best wishes xx sue

I came here with my mother and sis in laws while shopping in southall. The service was a bit slow but it wasn't bad. Food was tasty and portions were satisfying. I didn't pay so not sure about price but i think its quite reasonable. The place could do with a bit of a refurb. Would go here again.

These Jalebis.... WOW! I've been to India, I hope to go to Pakistan, but I don't think I will EVER try jalebis like these ever again. A Definite recommendation to those visiting Southall.

Having regularly tasted freshly made Jalebi in Manchester for years, it was worth seeing what Southall had to offer and Jalebi Junction was recommended.The Jalebi's are in both yellow and orange colour although it makes no difference in taste. However where in Manchester we would devour the box in minutes, here it was just OK and we left it there. The taste was not quiet to our liking.

I have eaten Jalebi's here for many many years and always is Fresh and addictive. You can actually watch them fry your jalebi's and dip them in the sugar syrup. Also they are very flexible with the portions, so if you just want a couple pieces or a whole box they can cater for this. Keep it up and hope this place continues to stay in Southall.

Was dying to go here and try there jalebi while i was in london and was not diappointed. Came here just to have jalebi after having a meal at another restaurant. jalebis were served fast and hot, felt like was just like in india, staff also helpful and quick.

This place is in fact a famous landmark on southall broadway. Jalebis are fresh and undoubtedly the best in UK. Trust me I have lived in Yorkshire and been to every single place in Leeds and Bradford. Service is unfortunately very ordinary. I have never tried their curries though.

Went there every single day of my holidays...food was fantastic, service was good and the best thing is about the jalebi they do. Reminded me Pakistan when Ate..... Will recommend to every single of my friends...

I've been to Jalebi Junction a few times now. I'm not a regular eater of Indian cuisine so this restaurant is ideal for me as the friendly staff will prepare small portions of whatever you fancy. We tend to choose random items and share the dishes as 'tasters'. The food is very economical and freshly prepared in an open kitchen area near the entrance. Jalebis are made freshly at the front of the store. The sweets are absloutely delicious and you leave feeling very full and satisfied with little damage to the wallet. I can recommend the Masala tea if you need to warm up after shopping in the lively and vibrant Broadway, a fantastic treat to the eye with beautiful clothing in fabulous fabrics displayed in the numerous shops with open fronts, always busy with a warm welcome. One day when my 'education' of good Indian food is complete I intend to tuck into a full meal at Jalebi Junction.
