Thank You, Tarana, Lingfield... 10/04/2025 Have not eaten at your restaurant since UB40 played at Lingfield races, and how you looked after us, following that experience was second to none. A few years later we stayed, again, in Lingfield and our 1st choice was your two restaurants. This time, we came with my 16 year old, son, and he loved the restaurant, food, and especially, your staff. From our point, years later, everything is still fantastic, so well done you all. Unfortunately not a patch on the same order that we’ve previously had from the restaurant. One of the dishes seemed to have no spice and it took approx 90 mins to arrive. Not sure it was worth the wait.

Wanted delivery but app error. Phoned restaurant. Superb no worries bring it to you. Best curry, flavour amount excellent. Thanks for another good product and service.

I am not a curry eater, but I am glad I did go. I had the alternative menu and asked for the steak. It was fantastic. Though I asked for a steak knife, I really didn't need it, for an ordinary knife cut it like butter. The group all said they enjoyed the evening and the food. I know some establishments that would benefit from lessons from the chef. Regrettable, there is only one negative comment: I am disabled, and the seats were low, with no arms. In such cases, I used the table for leverage, but this proved unadvisable as the table was not sturdy enough. With the help of my fellow dinner guests, I was able to rise.

A very long wait for food...to the point some people came in after us and were served before us. Just seemed like we were a problem to the staff.

Average food , small portions, pleasant initial waitress , rude and unapologetic waitress/owner who addressed the unacceptable wait times. Our experience echoes that in previous reviews about rude service and long wait times in not a hugely busy restaurant. We won't be returning.

Came this place by accident and I must say, I doubt you will find as good food or service to such an agreeable price anywhere else.

This was our favourite Indian restaurant 5 years ago, but it's gone downhill since. The food is still nice, but there seem to be issues with almost every order. On a couple of occasions, the Korma was way too salty. This time the food took over an hour to arrive and it was cold. Also we found a hair in the food which put us right off. It's a shame as we used to love ordering from Tamarind Spice, but now we probably won't be ordering from there again.

Lamb curry didn't have much lamb in it. It wasn't very tasty either. Porato wasn't porato, it was something else. The pashwari Naan was weird and not what I expected. Food was warm, and it was good portion size.
