I ordered a mighty 1/4 burgereal which is supposed to come with Donner meat when i opened it there was none, I tried calling but they never picked up; and I asked for no onions and tomatoes but they put them clearly they can't read or just be bothered…

I ordered chicken meat, salad and chips, had hardly any meat, not very good value at all. won't be ordering again

Paid £16.90 for a mixed kebab only for it to be the smallest Kebab known to man and mainly was full of salad it was a complete rip off never again

Usually the best place around for kebabs, however we have been disappointed the last 2 times ordering and the last one we ordered was cold when it arrived which is a shame as it would have been really nice if it was hot or even just warm

This kebab shop is a hidden gem! The food is always fresh and incredibly flavourful. The meat is perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the portions are generous. The staff are super friendly and always make you feel welcome. I've tried a few different kebabs here, and they've all been fantastic. My personal favourite is the mixed grill – it's a feast! The prices are reasonable, and the service is quick. If you're looking for a delicious and satisfying kebab, look no further!

Food was not like it was described or the picture wasn’t even what was in the meal so I payed £16 for food which was rubbish quality and cold

Via takeaway, absoulute shambles, took 1.5 hours to arrive and ordered early evening before peak. When it arrived they hadn't included the poppadoms, that took another 30 minutes to arrive after we called them. By this time, the food was going cold and then found that I had no naan bread i ordered! Mixed Grill was full of oil, stomach is literally doing somersaults now, will never return, cab name loads of local Indian restaurants 100 times better than these

The food was UNREAL! The best place for a kebab in Telford, 100% wouldn’t go anywhere else! Fantastic experience every single time. The staff are incredibly polite and there’s always a lovely atmosphere at the front of the shop when you walk in. Smiles all round and the staff clearly enjoy their jobs. Adil and Koko were particularly great :)

Recently started ordering from this Kebabye and the food and service is outstanding. I'm not usually a big fan of chips, but their chips are always crisp and delicious, the meats are always tender and perfectly cooked. Service is a 10/10 too. Had a slight mishap with my order the other week and they sorted it immediately and were so polite. Most other take aways in Oakengates have really gone downhill in the past couple of years, but this place is smashing it!

always a good pizza from here. tonight we ordered our usual meal deal that should have come with a bottle of coke. the order arrived on time, piping hot food as usual but no bottle. driver said they never gave him a bottle and I should ring the shop. I didn't bother calling the shop cause I didn't want to go out to collect it. about an hour later there was a knock on the door and a different driver had turned up with my missing bottle of coke. excellent service

Cramped place. Had waiter coming past table as wine glasses stored in box next to us. Couldn’t understand what waiter was saying. Food was bland with not much meat. Got home and spent rest of night on the bog.

Sent my fella to pick up a two meat kebab in a naan bread, chicken and lamb Donna, with garlic Mayo and salad, he came back after being told no naan breads with basically two boxes of three meats instead of two (the extra meat being the extra burnt lamb cubes on a stick that we always avoid) that all tasted burnt and the same, it was all covered in this orangey spicy Mayo not garlic?? Salad was in the middle of all the meat and also un-salvageable, instead of the naan we got two pittas separately wrapped in a paper?? Ruined my birthday meal, if I had been there I would have told them to forget the order after I was told no naan bread but apparently my fella wasn’t told about there being no naans available until all the meals were made up?! Very bad and I’ve had to order a kfc as this food was inedible! To be honest it’s clear whoever served him wasn’t even listening to him when the order was being placed! Came here same day last year and everything was good, amazing what a difference a year makes!

On the evening of the 26th November 2023, I, along with two friends, embarked on a culinary journey at Bangla Pride in Oakengates, Telford. This establishment is renowned for its authentic Bangladeshi and Indian cuisine, offering a spectrum of flavours through its expansive and unique menu. Our visit, which began around 9:30 pm, was marked by the restaurant’s commitment to exceptional service and its dedication to delivering quality dishes. Our meal commenced with an array of appetisers, including a tube of refreshing Mint Sauce, a crisp Onion Salad, a tub of Mango Chutney, a robust Red sauce, and four light Plain Poppadom’s. Each appetiser set the stage for the main courses with their vibrant flavours and textures. For the main course, we indulged in a fiery Hot King Prawn Tawa, expertly prepared Madras Hot and without coriander, alongside two servings of Lamb Tawa, seasoned to a perfect Medium Hot and also without coriander. Accompanying these was a flavourful Tarka Dall, a comforting serving of Boiled Rice, a plain Haan, and a fragrant Garlic Naan, each dish complementing the other and creating a harmonious blend of tastes. To accompany our meal, we chose a large Water and two Cream Coffees, known as Floater Coffee, which provided a soothing finish to our dining experience. Notably, the staff at Bangla Pride were the epitome of warmth and hospitality. Their attentive and welcoming nature ensured that our dining experience felt like a home away from home. Each dish was prepared exactly as requested, showcasing the kitchen’s attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. As we concluded our meal, we made sure to express our heartfelt gratitude to the waiters and kitchen staff. Their efforts in creating such a warm and inviting atmosphere made our evening not just a meal but an unforgettable experience, one that we will cherish for a long time. In summary, our visit to Bangla Pride was a delightful exploration of Bangladeshi and Indian cuisine, made memorable by the restaurant’s dedication to flavour, quality, and customer care. We had the following: Starters One container of Mint Sauce Onion Salad Mango Chutney Red Sauce Four Plain Papadums Main Course Hot King Prawn Tawa (Madras Hot, no coriander) Two Lamb Tawa dishes (Medium Hot, no coriander) Tarka Dal (no coriander) Boiled Rice Plain Naan Garlic Naan Beverages One Large Bottle of Water Two Cream Coffees (Floater Coffee style) The friends were prepared the way we ordered it. The staff were very warm and welcoming. They made sure we felt at home. Poem In Oakengates, Telford, there is a gem, Bangla Pride, a culinary stem. A place where spices meet and blend, Where every dish feels like a friend. One evening, as the clock struck nine, Two friends and I, in mood to dine, Stepped into this abode of taste, Eager for flavours, in no haste. Appetisers first, a tempting start, Mint sauce, onion salad, a culinary art. Mango chutney, red sauce in a tub, Plain poppadom’s, our tastebuds to scrub. Then came the mains, a sight to behold, King prawn Tawa, hot and bold. Lamb Tawa twice, medium heat, Tarka Dall, a lentil treats. Boiled rice and plain Haan, simple yet fine, Garlic Naan, in its aroma, we would recline. Each dish is tailored, with no coriander in sight, Perfectly crafted, to our sheer delight. To quench our thirst, choices were made, Ample water, and coffee, cream-laden and laid. Floater Coffee, a duo, for a caffeine embrace, A gentle end to our dining grace. The staff, like stars, shone bright and warm, Welcoming, and caring, in every form. Ensuring comfort, like being at home, In their presence, our hearts freely roam. So, here is to Bangla Pride, a culinary treasure, In Telford, it stands, as a place of pleasure. With dishes so fine, and hospitality’s heart, A memory made, in every part. Really enjoyed it the lamb and chicken was so tender and arrived so early before just eat advised. Wish cheese was a little bit more melted. Feel the cardboard packaging isn’t quite as good as the polystyrene but nothing a microwave couldn’t sort out

Just had to throw 25 quids worth of food straight in the bin, doner meat was like frazzles, chicken wasn't cooked properly, and the pitta and naan were more like poppadoms, never again!!!

Friendly staff in this small restaurant which you can bring your own drinks as they have no licence. We found the Nan breads very good but mains a bit average but not bad excellent coffee to finnish and reasonably priced.

I travel to Telford once or twice a year for work and I try to come here because I can eat like a king while staying within my expenses budget. The food is top notch and service is fast. One thing I have noticed is that it seems busier now than in previous years. That's a good thing, but I would definitely recommend booking for groups of 4 or more people.

Highly recommended 👌 Great customer service, got a free drink, I eat in and then decided to eat the leftover later, they offered me a bag. Good communication, very talkative and nice service. Would defo come back here especially as I am from Birmingham would recommend it to others. I felt very relaxed and confident.
