Appalling services waited 43 minutes for a basic takeaway, 3 staff always argued when asked when is my takeaway ready I was asked have I paid.... no communication between staff at any point, food was ok nothing to shout about, but the services is appalling. At no point did anyone ask or inform takeaway on its way I feel if I had not asked after 45mins I would be waiting even longer. Better in Stone 2 mile away and services are brilliant.

I have visited many different Indian restaurants across the country and this one really is the most memorable. Amazing fresh food cooked to an extremely high standard, but for me the thing that makes it stand out is the welcome you get from the staff. I haven't had better service in any other Indian restaurant.

We have been many times before and always have great food, this time wasn't so great, food was bland, normally waiters will come along as you if you require more drinks they didn't ask and take away empty glasses or bottles. They use to give you a hot cloth to wipe your hands no cloth but you still got mints, Waiters I afraid not as friendly and made to feel uncomfortable like they were all on guard as though something would kick off or someone was going to do a runner. Don't think I would want to return.

Ordered a Cajun burger meal and wings on the side, when it came the wings were tough and no sauce but the worst part was the Cajun chicken burger. It wasn’t even cooked all the way through, it was still raw!! Korma chips were good but that doesn’t make up for the bad quality burger

Choose the Viceroy for my husband’s birthday and went on a Sunday as I knew it would be less busy . Everything from us entering the premises was lovely and staff were so attentive. This restaurant has a very unique way of doing their curries, the ingredients were so fresh and an amazing mixture of spices, definitely not the usual curries you get from other restaurants. It was such a pleasure to eat here. Staff were lovely & friendly and I was expecting the price list to be a lot more for the high standard of food & service so was pleasantly surprised how good it was when the bill arrived. Thanks to all the staff at the Viceroy ( Milford) for such a lovely night.
