We really enjoyed our Starters but when the Mains came out we firstly questioned the waiter & he said it’s what we ordered, Tikka Masala was one of the worst I’ve ever had & Chicken Bhuna wasn’t much better!

It’s ideal for an impromptu meal out, the staff were absolutely lovely and helpful, and the food came out quickly -and off course the food was delicious !

Another fantastic meal. Can not fault it at all. Service is second to none very welcoming and attentive. Would totally recommend

We visited midweek as we had a bad experience previously and wanted to give this restaurant a second chance . The food was ridiculously hot 🥵 vindaloo +++++ Despite being described as medium . Three pieces of chicken and the rest was onions. Who can enjoy a meal of mostly onions ?? We have tried our best to support this business but never again .

Got a takeaway from here twice while staying in the area for the week. They got everything right on orders for 15+ people and threw in a couple of free glasses of wine. The service is great, delicious food, highly recommend!

Super meal - staff are attentive but not intrusive. Food tasty and the portions are exactly the right size. The seafood was fresh and firm and a generous quantity.

We were greeted by Sk what a gentleman, he and his staff looked after us well all night, we had popadoms then onion bhaji and prawn puri all fresh and full of flavour, followed by 3 fresh and tasty curries, we will be coming back soon

My Wife & I booked a table for 7.30pm last night, as soon as we entered the restaurant the staff were exceptionally helpful, the menu was very informative regarding the large choice of meals available, When the meals arrived they were hot, not warm like some restaurants we've been too, the manager we spoke to was very helpful & his staff were definitely providing exceptional customer service skills, We couldn't fault one thing about this restaurant, absolutely superb service from beginning to end & because of this we will definitely be calling again as soon as we can, even if we use the takeaway this restaurant is definitely one to remember, for exceptionally good quality food & 100% customer service give the Balti Palace a visit as you certainly won't be disappointed.

Went tonight 13/4/2024 for a takeaway. The food we had was amazing (eaten alot of curry 55year old) Eaten curry all over. This is far the best BIC ever. The front of house staff were friendly and polite. We will see you very soon to eat in the restaurant. We just need st arrange babysitter.

New Head Chef, I visited this week and had an amazing experience. The decor is beautiful. The menu is varied and the Head Chef Sk personally introduced himself and helped my choose a dish of the menu. Called in for a takeaway recently. Always had reasonable food either dining in or as takeaway. Not this time! This restaurant has either changed hands or management or are employing chefs that know nothing about North India cuisine. Worse they could know how bad they are and are cynically exploiting the unsuspecting public. I ordered the Shashlick Bhuna and a Lamb Naga. Both dishes where sickly sticky, loaded with bright red colouring, non descript and devoid of any discernable Indian spicing. The amount of sugar used would induce type diabetes if eaten regularly. The Shashlick contained mainly large pieces of barely cooked onions and tomato as filler with very little meat. The Naga was mainly sauce with minimal pieces of boot-leather tough meat. I suspect the chef was using poor quality stock sauces which was embellished with copious amounts of sugar and food colouring. Considering the cost of the food, it was the most disgusting, poor quality food I've ever paid good money for. Please avoid, even if you are not a curry consœur. It's just terrible, poor value, inauthentic and as non-indian as it gets.

We have been using Balti Palace for nearly 6 years regularly until a few months ago. Today we decided to order a delivery and give it a go again, however, the food quality was not very good good, soggy food, item missing from the order and the food did not taste very good compared to my previous orders in the past. The increase of price and very poor quality of food I won't order from here again, I will order from the other Indian Restaurant in Eccleshall.

We use Balti Palace weekly for takeaway and it's always very good. We booked our Christmas Dinner here for the first time and we were very happy with the food, the service and the experience. We will be back through the year and probably next Christmas Day.

I’m so disappointed with this takeaway after using this restaurant for many years Over the last year this restaurant has gone down hill rapidly. The service and food quality has taken a serious nosedive. After ordering a takeaway and turning up promptly, I found there was a 15 minute wait for the food which I can actually live with, but what I find totally unacceptable is on arriving home half the order was missing and the food that was there was extremely poor quality. After contacting Balti Palace, the person on the phone could not be bothered to the fact that half the food was missing and the food was of a inferior quality. As a local business, we would love to support it, but if this is the quality and service that they want to provide we will not step foot in this place ever again, and we advise others to consider their options when deciding to have a takeaway in Eccleshall!!!!!

The food from this establishment is absolutely amazing and super fast takeaway delivery service !! I have ordered a takeaway twice now since recently moving to the area from Birmingham and I can honestly say the food is probably better than I have had from some of the top Balti Houses in the Balti Triangle .Keep up the excellent quality & service guy’s, you have earned yourself another regular customer. Ordered takeaway at 7.30, at 8.30 we had still not received our food so we called and were told that the delivery driver will be leaving soon! At 9.15, still nothing so we called again and were told he would call the driver and tell him to come straight to us next and he would call us back in 10 minutes. 9.45 and we have still received no call and no food! Trying to call them and they are just not answering. It has been over 2 hours since we ordered, absolutely shocking! If you can’t provide a service then don’t try and fail at it!

Ordered a takeout.. Was told they would call back to take order after 5 minutes.. It's been almost half an hour.. No one called back.. If u can't make an order.. Pls just say.. As we hanging on a piece of string here.. Not good.. Next time if your busy.. Pls just say that!!!

Visited friends in eccleshall, they invited us to have Indian, we went to balti palace. The staff were fantastic really friendly, helpful and the food amazing, the best Indian I've had. If I could give more than five stars I would.

Now if I could have given it zero stars I most definitely would have. It should have given us a hint that the other Indian Restaurant in Eccleshall was heaving on a Friday evening and this one had two people dining, but we tried it anyway. The popadoms were excellent, so high hopes for the rest of the meal. My wife had cauliflower banji, which though wasn’t what was expected was ok. My tandoori chicken arrived, beautifully presented but when I attempted to eat it, I found it totally dry and inedible. After informing the waiter it was over cooked he returned it to the kitchen only to return saying the chef says that’s how it should be. Now I’ve had enough tandoori chicken to know that it’s always a little charred on the outside but tender and succulent on the inside. At that we just walked out. We have never, ever done this at any other restaurant in our lives. Disgusting service and appalling food. We will never use this place again and I advise others to avoid it as well.

Received a recommendation from a member of staff whilst staying in a local hotel. It did not disappoint. A comprehensive menu was backed up by friendly service. Our food was competitively priced and of very good quality. Good surroundings without too much distracting background noise.

We booked a table for 4 for 8:30, two day prior & received email and text confirmation. Upon arrival they were not ready for us & told us to return at 9, we did and despite there only being 3 tables occupied we had to wait until 10:00 (yes - TEN!!) for our starters! Just before 11 our mains arrived. We asked if they were short staffed and received a very patronising response that you have to be prepared to wait for quality!! This was ‘bang average’ food. They must benefit from having something of a captive audience. Avoid!

Good curry, speedy service & friendly staff but might want to check the receipt that you give to customers before handing it over... "Wankster" seems like a bit of a stretch for a surname 😂
