Came here for an evening dinner on a Wednesday and was really supersized at how busy the place was! The food was lovely and staff were great, everything was well presented and good choice for wines and cocktails too.

Worst customer service I’ve had in a long time! Wanted a gift voucher for a sizeable sum £ - won’t post, done have a digital one and won’t even send me an email confirming the spend £ and use by date on!! Apparently can’t do any of these - voucher was to be part of my parents Christmas present - the lifetime loyalty value you’ve just lost from the phonecall just now is beyond belief all because of your abysmal customer service.

Great ambience with the warmest of welcome and impeccable service that was prompt and attentive. The food was fantastic and portion size was just right. Lovely dinner and we will be back for sure to sample the other menu items.

Good food, friendly service. A bit quiet on the night but it was the day before payday on the run-up to Xmas. Usually busy.

Food superb as is the service. It was a little cold but we were in early and I like more traditional music rather than ambient- but this is very personal

Dined here last night for the first time. Wow. What an experience. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Nothing was to much trouble. The attention to detail in the service gives it that fine dining experience and the atmosphere and decor tie in lovely with that. The food is out of this world and wouldn’t hesitate in returning. Warm welcome on a chilly food was excellent service was excellent could not recommend this restaurant enough.

I love this restaurant everything about it is fabulous and can’t recommend enough. We bring our friends and they all love it. Well worth a visit, it’s in our top 5!

Fine dining at its best. The dishes taste like no other curry I’ve ever tasted. I asked why this was so different and was told it was because they use finest mixture of spices to make authentic curry. I’ve had lots and lots of curries in my 55 years and nothing comes even close to their authentic tastes. Complimented by wonderful surroundings. Such a treat for us. Like I said in my opening statement… if you want to taste authentic curry, then this is fine dining at its best.

The service was wonderful. Food was great and pricing very reasonable.

I know it’s a big claim but the butter chicken at Blanc NRI is the best curry in Staffordshire. Service impeccable as always. Keep it up!

Absolutely lovely food. Went where with 6 of us and it was lovely. Only downside is say is the tables at a bit cramped when there a few of you. Will return 100%.

Its a nice looking little place with good parking and nice atmosphere but a bit small inside and dark. Waiters are polite and smartly dressed. The food is not all that though, just dressed up nicely. Portions are small and menu very overpriced for what they offer. You are charged for Poppadoms and condiments separately at a silly price! A TINY bowl of Basmati rice at £3.00?? come on! at least give a bigger bowl for that price! Not for me and wouldn’t recommend to my friends as their wallets would take a hit.

5 out of 5! Bhapi was amazing guiding us on what to choose on the menu to suit our palete. Good wine most; lots of options and price points. Don’t let the location put you off ask the staff to arrange taxi and benefit from their preferential rates!

First visit. Will not be our last. Great staff very attentive. Great food in a great environment. Will be back

Amazing, stress free experience! We hired the private dining area for our wedding ceremony, the manager was so helpful and made the whole experience stress free so we could enjoy the evening! Food has always been 5 ⭐️ here, the atmosphere was amazing and our guests enjoyed it thoroughly 🙌🏽

Flawless. A great example of what a professional restaurant should be… creative, daring, high quality, detail oriented and attentive. Lucky to have this on our doorstep.

Incredibly dark and difficult to read menu. Food quite nice, nothing special, but quite overpriced. Restaurant was empty but staff not very attentive and forgot to bring drinks over twice. Toilets were quite dirty too - particularly the cubicle. At the end of the meal, we received the bill and we were charged £21 for 3 glasses of orange juice and lemonade. The first was ordered at the beginning of the meal and came in a really large glass, the second two came in 300 ml glasses. Told us that they charge for two drinks for orange and lemonade (£3.50 x 2) - never informed us that this would be the cost or that they do this until we received the bill which I think is purposely misleading and untrustworthy behaviour. Clearly pulling a fast one as staff were incredibly rude when asked about it and quite defensive. Didn’t see it as unreasonable either charging more for orange and lemonade than for a beer. Food nice but nothing amazing, rude staff and overpriced. Wont be returning primarily due to the staff.

Since the maharaja in hurst street b’ham closed we have not found this level of Indian food until now Blanc Nri have achieved this and having visited recently can now say “Best Indian food available in Staffordshire! Many thanks ,will soon return on a regular basis

We’ve driven past a hundred times.. Finally made it in, and we were not disappointed. Great Menu, lots of options, all knowledgeably explained by the courteous team. First Indian restaurant experience for our 10yo, who had a ball too. We’ll be back!

Another absolutely amazing meal and lovely evening at Blanc NRI. I don't know where to start totally recommending this Indian restaurant. The food is absolutely fantastic and authentic the whole restaurant is immaculately clean and the staff work so hard for you and are amazing polite and friendly. This restaurant is not i repeat NOT a chicken Balti and chips establishment it is Indian fine dining and if that is for you and i must say as well reasonable prices then it's the restaurant to go. Both my wife and myself thoroughly enjoyed are evening there and will be returning very soon.

TENTEN. late night out with the lads on sunday and was met with the best service you’ll ever get. ray went above and beyond to let us feel welcome and the food was even better. run to blanc nri stafford not walk because them lads really do have something special going on. food is worth dying for. butter chicken and lamb chops was my fav!

Loved our meal @blanc nri . Food was amazing I had prawn starter which were the best I've ever had - on a steaming plate for a bit of wow , my partner had the seabass which was equally as delicious. My lamb bryiani was so nice very nice garlic nann and lovely potatoes , my partner had a chicken tikka dish - no chilli warning on the menu and it blew her head off and had to ask for yoghurt to cool it down - so my warning is to ask if you don't like it spicy We didn't have any cocktails but they looked amazing . We throughly enjoying our meal and would 100% recommend

To start with the staff we're really welcoming and friendly, but the food was exceptional. I opted for the Malabar prawn starter and my wife had the salmon, both were delicious, I would put the prawn in the top 5 meals I've had in 50 years, all together the food was amazing, the mains were excellent too. If you looking for a nice Indian I would definitely recommend they go above and beyond for there customers. The staff are so helpful and polite and the food beautiful every time.

Lovely atmosphere and excellent food. Blank is a step above the norm, the staff are superb. It may be slightly more expensive than usual but you get what you pay for. We will definitely return.

Incredible incredible food. Top top Indian restaurant. We come here all the time and they never disappoint. Very professional service. Parking out front. My favourite dishes are: Tiger prawn Labab and chicken tikka labab. One of the best restaurants in Stoke, hands down.

Blanc is fantastic. The quality of the food is excellent and one of the best Indian restaurants in Staffordshire in my opinion. The service is always efficient and the atmosphere is relaxed. Any dish in this restaurant is top but try the chicken chaat on puri as an appetizer. It’s great!

A lovely restaurant with really helpful and polite staff. A word of warning though, I had the Railway Curry which had a rating of ‘one chilli’ on the menu. If it had been any hotter I couldn’t have eaten it, it was definitely not mild. Very tasty though!

Amazing food, favourite place to dine

Went on spur of the moment, party of 5. The service was excellent, the food was delicious and we were thoroughly satisfied. This was our 6th visit and we have always been satisfied.

Stayed in Stoke for 3 nights on a visit. Had food in several chain pubs and wanted something different so we looked on the net for a local restaurant and the Bkanc NRI came up with good reviews. Food was excellent. Genuine flavour, not just the regular curries restaurants churn out. It was very enjoyable and, we felt, very good value. I would recommend a visit.

Delicious. My wife has a nut allergy and the whole menu is nut free so perfect for us. Will be back soon

Been a few times, however, the food or service wasn't as good on our last visit, and the portions are tiny especially the rice. Was always a special place to go, something different, but they need up their game with so many curry houses in the area

Exceptional food and service. A thorough delight. Interesting and authentic dishes, beautifully prepared with Incredible depth of flavour. Some of the best Indian food I've ever eaten anywhere. Highlights: Aloo Chat Puri, Lamb Shank Biryani (exceptionally good), Lamb Kadahi Khurchan.

Just had the most amazing curry I have ever had fantastic from the popadoms to the desert .I had chicken lollipops for starters and my husband had crab cakes then we both had the king prawn curry it was amazing . The service was so nice made to feel special Taj and Bappie were so nice and helpful when we were choosing our main course they couldn’t do enough for us . Very relaxing and awesome place to eat. The staff go above and beyond to ensure your visit is yhe best it can be. Food is second to none and I had the best Pina Colada's I've tasted in years. I will surely return and recommend to friends and colleges.

Staff here are rude I don’t know if they want a picture or a pair of binoculars so they can look at me and my partner closer or what but they seem to just stand there and stare at you. We were the only ones in there and we just felt like they wanted us gone only thing that makes this a 2 star is the food.

Stunning food and the best service we’ve experienced in a long time. Blanc NRI has a perfectly sized menu to appeal to all tastes whilst ensuring everything is freshly cooked and timely. Lovely setting and it’s great to note how busy this out-of-town restaurant was on a Thursday evening. Cannot fault anything. Taz and Bhatti (unsure of spelling) made the evening exceptional.

The restaurant was cold there no heating on a winters night in February. We had to use our torch’s on our mobile phones to read the menu. The area was so dark no electric lights. The waiter ask me if I wanted a double or triple measure of alcohol when ordered my gin, I found this quite insulting. My friends plate was removed from in front of her and she had not finished her food!. The service charge of £25.00 was not paid due to the above and NOT advising us of the charge before we ate.

So first time we've been tonight really really impressed staff kind friendly helpful polite and courteous food amazing full of flavour beautifully present piping hot defo going back . 80 pound for 2 that's poppadoms starters main meals with rice and garlic naan full to the brim .

Busy, modern style Indian restaurant. Staff very pleasant and attentive. Blanc is a bit out of town so no other amenities (it used to be a Little Cheff many years ago). Restaurant was too cold for me and we did asked to move tables which helped a little. I had chicken Madars which tasted amazing, though hardly any chicken in it. Cheesy garlic naan bread 😋 and rice 😋. Would definitely recommend and will be going back.
