The best restaurants serving Indian food in South Somerset South West

We have always been huge fans of Indian food, we moved local to Narberth and had tried most of the curry houses nearby but had never been truly happy, after visiting Masala’s tonight I think we have found somewhere. Service, quality, authenticity where more than the usual,so happy we called... looking forward to visiting again to sample different dishes. Well worth a visit

Absolutely excellent food, nice setting. Friendly, helpful staff. As a group we tried a number of different dishes, all of them well cooked, wonderful flavours. The star of the show being the honey ribs. We were made to feel very welcome and comfortable. We had a very good experience, warmly recommend this restaurant. So well worth the money.

We recently discovered this fantastic Indian restaurant in the heart of Langport. Clearly a local staple, we ate in the restaurant and were treated well, and the food was very tasty.

Always good food and always willing to adapt the menu if there is a change on the menu. Sometimes the bhajees are a tad overdone and then cant be eaten but TBH its not that often and we do try and mention if we had an issue. The takeaway is def worth the money and while we only have 1 Indian restaurant now in Wincanton, this has always been the BEST.

Staying in the area on business. Didn't seem to like a table for one. Told me to dine elsewhere. Rude.

Table refused as they don't know basic laws about assistance and guide dogs.

Absolutely banging, awesome curry, always throws in poppadoms,mint sauce and some salad, real good portion sizes with good size naans tried the tikka kabab with keema naan and it didn't disappoint. Keep doing what your doing mukta

Great food and great service every time

Our favourite local Indian takeaway. Never had a bad experience there.

Unfortunately waited over 2 hours after ordering to receive our food. The food itself was very good when it arrived just a bit cold and Tom the Delivery driver was great and very helpful.

Recent meal here. Dined in. The meal was ok, definitely not the best, but also not the worst Indian food I have had. The chicken in my curry was a little dry and hard, bhaji overcooked. It tasted nice though and I ate it all. Fairly unfriendly staff on duty, whilst attentive it felt like I wasn't particularly welcome. Atmosphere not great.

The Veg Rica was enjoyable, but the Tandoori Chicken lacked flavor and tasted like it was made with old, not-so-fresh chicken.

Curry’s are consistently excellent and good value. Staff are friendly and wine is not overpriced

Placed an order at 18:27 which stated it would be here by 18:55, spoke to the restaurant at 19:10 who told me my order had left the restaurant and would be 10-15 minutes. Then spoke to the restaurant again at 19:35 as still no sign of the food. Got a call from an unknown number at 20:15 from the delivery driver who told me he had just picked up my order and would be there within 10 minutes. Food arrived at 20:25. Just 1hr and 58 mins after placing the order. Terrible service.
