I Called there and Owner Behavior was good

Great food. Good quality. Great price. Out first visit as we are staying in the area and very pleased with service and food- very tasty. Don’t be fooled by appearance of shop- a great curry!

Akram Uddin is ignoring all contact, owes me money for contracted work, opened the invoice and now is ignoring all contact made. Passed on to debt collection service. Any contractors asked to carry out work here - AVOID.

Is refusing to pay the invoice for a contractor. Ignoring all of my contact. Have had to pass on to a debt collector who will be stopping by soon.

Last night we ordered from masala and very mixed opinions. Kurma ok Butter chicken could be better Tika massala could be better Rita just strange To improve food needs to be hotter on arrival The order should be complete we were missing chips So might not use massala again Other than to say could you please improve Chips arrived about an hour after delivery

Without a doubt, the friendliest and tastiest Indian takeaway in town. We haven't ordered for a very long time, but they still remember us and go over and above, gifting us with a (very spicy) special as an extra. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Went above and beyond to adapt the food due to my Wife's food allergies. It was amazing. Food was cooked fresh and lots of it. Prices where very good with a 10% discount. Would highly recommend. Will definitely go back there again very helpful and friendly

Away for a family holiday in Dorset and decided to try Massala express for a takeaway. Have got to say that we received a top 5 star service. We were given extras to accompany our meals which was a nice surprise and it came in slightly cheaper than expected. The food itself was delicious, hot and tasty and all plates were cleared! Very cheerful and pleasant service from owners or person serving. If I didn’t live so far away I would definitely return for seconds! #veryhappycustomer 😄 and definitely would recommend this takeaway.

I ordered £25 worth of food, they have taken payment and not delivered anything, tried phoning and can not get through, never ordering from them again

Ordered curry for 3 at 1930 still not here at 2140. 42 calls, email, facebook and no answer. £38 for nothing. Will demand refund and never use again. Unacceptable

Ordered chicken shatkora (deep savoury citrus flavours, shatkora is similar to a grapefruit or lime) but this was half tinned pineapple. PINEAPPLE ! Way too syrupy and sweet, nothing like what I actually ordered. Inedible. Reviewed here because Just Eat edited my review, & upped the stars. 2 stars here not 1 as naan was nice & I'm trying to be positive...🙄

Oh dear. I ordered 2 hours ago and though I have phoned 50 times I can’t get through at all. Please don’t order from this restaurant. Now I have to get my money back. Grr. What a waste of my time. It’s now arrived cold and 2 hrs late. What a joke. Don’t buy from this place

Had 4 or 5 multiple dish meals from Masala express. The chicken Phall and the rogan josh dishes are excellent. Good overall quality and tasty spiced dishes. I recommend trying them.

This was the worst Indian I have ever had. My partner had lamb biriani and it was mushed up vegetables (carrots and peas mashed up) in a tastless sauce. There was no lamb in it. I had a lamb shizlick and it wasn't lamb, it was dry chicken again tastless and revolting, also I found a hair in my food which is very unhygienic. We had pillau rice which had meat and peas in it and again, it didn't have the aroma of Indian spices. The saga loo was cold and disgusting a very tastless meal which made us feel sick. All the side sauces were watery and tasteless. We were expecting a delicious and tasteful meal, to end a wonderful day but we were sadly disappointed.

Watched my mate get to his last piece of chicken to find out it was raw.

We had a curry with raw chicken, phoned up and offered a free meal next time. Won't be going back.

Highly recommended! I've ordered here quite a few times and each time was absolutely spot on. This evening I asked for a medium spiced chicken dish without tomatoes for my tomato hating husband and it was no trouble for them whatsoever. It was delicious and he was really happy with what the chef had made. I always have a chicken Shashlick and I can honestly say Masala Express make the best one in town by far! Delivery is always on time or early, the driver is very polite, the food is amazing and hot and its really good value for money - I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Good biryani, reasonable price, would order again without hesitation.

I ordered 3 meals hour later it arrived minus the rice when on return food was not very warm plenty big portions but a bit bland for my liking

Had a takeaway & paid £3.50 for delivery. It came in a reasonable time. It Was a yummy dinner - but cold when we got it, so had to reheat in the microwave 😒😒

As someone with an allergy, Massala Express accommodated for me excellently. They were out of my desired curry, but offered to make me one up specially to my taste. The curry was very well made and tasted good. Excellent service, and we received some free bhajis which was a great surprise!!

We ordered a takeaway from Massala Express via Just Eat. First of all full marks to Just Eat for a very simple and efficient ordering platform. Our order arrived bang on time and we were kept well updated on it's progress. The quality of the food was very good, well packaged and hot. All in all a very pleasant experience

Been eating all kind of curry's for 40 years and this was without doubt the worst iv ever seen and tasted ended up binning it all and making my own wouldn't recommend to anyone :-(

I asked for a curry that they didn't do (like a tool) as I was looking at the wrong menu. They were happy to make it for me and if I'm honest it was the best curry I've ever had! Great flavour and a really good price. Wish we lived closer! We will be back!

Not impressed! Orders a korma and they delivered chicken that was hardly cooked! And when I ask for a refund they said I had to ring some where else and I ended up in a game of chicken! Absolute joke! Will not be using them again

Had takeaway from here on many occasions, never had a problem, food usually arrives a little earlier and is always hot. Excellent food.

Always top class tasty food, pleasant staff, fast delivery and all for a fair price. I find it hard to believe that a couple of people left one star ratings, makes me wonder if it's the inferior competition trying to damage reputations. Hands down these guys do the best curry in town!

Disgusting behaviour of staff when delivering and poor food making me sick and have stomach cramps for a Few days

This is a very good Indian takeaway, with a good delivery service. The food is always tasty and hot.

Awful ordered through their website however order had not turned up after 1 & 1/2 when I rang to see where it was I could tell they had not yet started to prepare the food yet. They said they would send it out ASAP however when I called back after 2 hours and they said food had only just left. I explained on the phone I was not willing to pay full price to which they replied I was to pay full price this time and would get a reduction next time, not really good enough as I wont be ordering again. After 2 &1/2 hours it finally arrived I refused to pay full price and the driver resolved this and was very helpful however I will not be using them again would suggest going elsewhere.

Was told 45 to 60 minutes.. curry turned up after an hour and a half.. both curries watery and taste foul. Spent 20 quid and have just scraped it in the bin. First and last time ordering here. Never again.

Great dishes every time we get food from this place. The chargrilled tikka chicken is the best I have ever had. This is our go to takeaway and just thought you should know.

The food is absolutely delicious and way better value than any other curries in Yeovil. Delivery and collection times are always reliable and the service couldn't be better. Would definitely recommend!

good flavours and prompt delivery. All the currys we had were very watery! They had plenty of meat just I would have been happier with slightly less sauce and much thicker. We literally had a puddle of spicy water swilling about under the food. In complete contrast the tandoori chicken we had was too dry haha. The meat was strangely orange? As were the bharghis??? Not sure what happened to be honest. Hopefully just a one off - like I said flavours were good as were spice levels.....not sure I'd use them again as much better elsewhere in town.
