I recently visited Namaste Restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Here’s a breakdown of my observations: 1. Service: • The staff was very slow and inattentive. After serving the food bowls, I had to explicitly ask for plates, which should have been a given. • When I requested some food to be packed, they simply handed me a box and left it at the table instead of offering assistance. • There was even an instance where an elderly customer had to stand up from his table and ask for the bill because the staff took too long. 2. Food Quality: • I ordered veg biryani, which smelled like it had been frozen and stored in the fridge—not fresh at all. • The chicken starter was good, but that’s about the only positive note. • The dosa was decent, but the accompanying sambhar was served cold. I had to request the staff to warm it up, which is unacceptable for such a basic dish. 3. Beverage Options: • The restaurant doesn’t offer any cocktail options, which was quite disappointing for a place like this. Overall Experience: The restaurant needs significant improvement in terms of customer service and food quality. The inattentiveness of the staff and the food made the experience far from enjoyable.

Don't book online. Booked a table via the website which was confirmed on the website but I didn't receive an email. Emailed them to check, only to be told they were fully booked. If that was the case, why was the website showing availability and why was I able to book. Good job I checked, or I would have been none the wiser.

Very plain and lacking any sophistication, but the food is just fab and it s very inexpensiveWeve been several times. The Everest and Base Camp curries and sweet and sour curry are just splendid and the Naans super.

These less than fine fellows charged us for apparently free and unlimited rice, which they to begin with claimed would not be in the bill, although this could be attributed to Connor sign, who did stink a little maybe they need to buy more cleaning products
