First the good - the curry was excellent, with plenty of chicken and the and rice portion generous. Unfortunately that's where the praise ends, and most of the negatives were about the service. - the restaurant was only half full, yet we weren't asked for drinks for the first 20 minutes and then they eventually arrived another 20 minutes later - a full 40 minutes after we sat down - Very expensive poppadoms turned up after half an hour along with equally expensive pickles sufficient for 2 people - unfortunately there were 10 of us, so most of us had dry ones. Extra pickles were offered but never arrived. - After eating we sat for half an hour with all the empty dishes and empty glasses on the table, whilst the waitresses seemed to be busy chatting and polishing cutlery. - Not once we're were we proactively asked wherever we wanted anything, or whether we were enjoying our meal - we had to constantly try and get the attention of someone (not easy when they were busy polishing cutlery. In conclusion, the food was great - but there's a lot more to an enjoyable restaurant experience than the food...

Incredible food, flavours delicious and service outstanding. We absolutely love coming here and rave about it to anyone who will listen! The restaurant is always busy which is such a great sign and rightly so as everything is excellent, takeaway is busy too. Staff can’t do enough for you! Thank you.

Sorry to say not a great experience. Took 30mins to order drinks. Being a busy sat early evening that may be excused but main portions were disappointing - 3 king prawns don't make a main portion even if you fill a large bowl with sauce; charging nearly £20 for that mean a portion can't be justified. Friends had similar problems with small amounts of meat in their main choices. Oddly the starters were reasonably sized and generally tasty, making the mains even more disappointing. Sauces lacked punch and freshness. Service was brusque and certainly nobody wanted to know if everything was OK, hence the need to write it here. I'm afraid I'll be getting my curry elsewhere in the future.

Very plain and lacking any sophistication, but the food is just fab and it s very inexpensiveWeve been several times. The Everest and Base Camp curries and sweet and sour curry are just splendid and the Naans super.

Didn't have everything on the menu which was disappointing, the environment wasn't ideal literally like a ghost town and very quiet bar the occasional over heard foreign language, service we ordered a few starters and was asked if we were ordering any mains unfortunately we didn't as it was uncomfortable, glass was dirty so actually took the can of coke home, lastly the food was questionable some looked fresh, some looked as tho it had been reheated and i believe the rice was probably done in a rice cooker with some burning to it....
