Took friends of ours here on the 12th of April, food excellent, service fabulous especially Ibby, hope I've spelt it correct, 11 of us enjoyed poppadoms, main meals and drinks for approximately £36 each, all the meals were hot and came together, so organised, takeaways fab as well, do not miss, all of our party enjoyed the meals and commented on the staff and food

Never got what i ordered. What i got was illuminous red and covered in grease. The bread was like tough cardboard. I know its a business and you want to make as much money as you can.wanting to do takeout and run a restaurant just ends up in disappointment for more customers. Any takeout or restaurant can go downhill within a couple of weeks.. Sort it out its not good enough. Sean

Food is average at best, not really much better than a takeaway. Chutneys are definitely watered down, not what you’d expect in a restaurant. Curry sauces are very sweet and packed with food colouring, not very authentic, far too processed. We were seated upstairs, it was very cramped, especially once all the drunks from the pub across the road come in. It’s not the restaurants fault but a load of loud, obnoxious drunks from across the road do not make for a great atmosphere when dining with family. Service is not great, especially if you ask to take uneaten food home, in which case, they just throw some boxes and bags at you and tell you to pack it yourself, this has never happened to us in a restaurant before, we will not be returning.

The dine-in restaurant was full on Sunday so we had take-out. First cash Only, I won't comment on how the shop operates to earn more income, but it is a bit inconvenient for customers. The boss lady said that the Tesco cash machine nearby seemed to be broken, so she asked me to transfer the money to her account; secondly, I waited for about 35 minutes for the takeaway, which was within expectations because there were many customers and takeaway orders. I don't think the waiting time is too long, but the car was parked across the street. The shop called and said the takeaway was done. The food I ate in the car after crossing the street was already slightly The temperature was warm and the fries were soaked. As for the food, I think it might be because of the takeaway. It wasn't hot and spicy enough, and the crispy taste was not crispy enough. I believe it would be much better if you dine in. However, the skewers were delicious. The beef, chicken and pork belly were all delicious. But the most disappointing thing was that I ordered two skewers of bacon prawns, and the prawns in both skewers were not tender. Finally, the long-haired lady with glasses who collected the money was very busy but very polite. On the contrary, the lady with short hair and glasses should be the boss's wife. Maybe she was busy? hot? Her attitude is not as good as that of the long-haired girl.

At one time I would have given this restaurant 5 stars but it has changed. We went last night and it was very disappointing. Our chicken tikka masala tasted like it was made with tomato soup. The sesame prawn starters were overcooked and our peshwari naan bread was burned on one side. The standard of food is not the same. The restaurant was half empty which was unusual as we used to be lucky to get a table on a Saturday night. Other diners must have had a similar experience.

(Ordered for takeaway!!) Ordered 2x butter chicken and one garlic nan and a cheese nan. Garlic one came fine, the cheese one was barely melted and they used the cheap pre grated cheese which explained why it didn't melt. The cheese came just on top rather than inside the nan like ive always had it. The 2 "butter chicken" that i ordered were SHOCKING. They came with carrots and kidney beans which they shouldn't have and it tasted like a mix of a vindaloo (spicy), rogan josh and a chicken tikka masala. Yes i know it gets done differently everywhere you go but that was by far NOTHING like a butter chicken. I even asked for it mild in spice and when i received the order, it was even labeled "butter chicken". My partner doesn't like spice so his full curry just got binned. Honestly i didn't like it and half of mine got binned. Considering as they're Indian's, it's a bit embarrassing messing up their own cultures food. Will not be ordering from here again.

I rate this takeaway as 1 of the best in a 10 mile radius . Growing up and going to school in Rusholme Manchester around around the curry mile and spending a lot of time both working and holidaying in INDIA,i feel i can class myself as a connoisseur when it comes to knowing the diffrence between an excellent curry and a poor run of the mill one.
