The best restaurants serving Indian food in St. Helens North West

The guy was talking like we're not welcome, and he was like pushing himself to welcome us. When we were done, I wanted a vat registered receipt so my company could reimburse me for it and the guy said no one can give me that and he gave a piece of paper with price written on it and then when I complained about it he gave me a recipt that stated that the bill was not paid. never recommend this restaurant

Had a fabulous family 60th birthday meal tonight, food was fantastic and service excellent, got a lovely piggy bank for my birthday, well done Diya, highly recommend.

Wow what a place, the order was 45 minutes later than they said I can accept that but they did not deliver it to me but to someone else and I had to go collect it and it was so warm I had to wear mittens to stop the frost bite, you would think they were taking there time to get everything perfect but I mean why give you everything you ordered when they think 90 percent of things you paid for is acceptable and why would I expect to get everything I order and paid for that would be stupid. The taste is like nothing else you have no idea how good cold rock hard chips are it's worth the trip to your dentist just to have that experience. Cold curry and naan like it's a day old is the absolute best and I would love to tell your about the chutney tray and poppadoms bit I did not get them either so I am only speculating that they were amazing! If you was cold curry with cold rice and rock hard fries two and a half hours from now this is the place for you.

dont get a takeaway from here balti was like a sweet n sour Chinese the lamb was gristle (im still chewing it) rice was like 2.2 bullets (hard) only thing good was the nan bread

Lovely food, can't argue with the prices, only ourselves in the place. All round good experience for the price.

The best in St Helen without a doubt. Great food and friendly service. Special call out for Yasin who's looked after us and made it a great experience.

Nearly two hours to get delivery. I'm.a regular at spice inn and Ajmeer Tandoori before the fire. Shocking service.

food was good, but much spicier than expected

We love Indian food and this restaurant certainly didnt disappoint us. We didnt try the starters but the main courses were great. The naan bread was tasty and huge. Big portions. What a great find. We were only in the area for 2 nights. Would definitely go again if I was that direction again.

Our favourite Indian restaurant of all time. Been coming for 18 years and the staff are all like family! Special shout out to Ryan and Mr Ali! As you'll see from my other reviews we eat A LOT of indian food but no matter where we go, nothing compares to the high quality dishes served here. I'd recommend to everyone.

I rate this takeaway as 1 of the best in a 10 mile radius . Growing up and going to school in Rusholme Manchester around around the curry mile and spending a lot of time both working and holidaying in INDIA,i feel i can class myself as a connoisseur when it comes to knowing the diffrence between an excellent curry and a poor run of the mill one.
