My girlfriend and I come to this restaurant at least twice a month for our regular order of chicken tikka masala, pilau rice, naan and popadoms. Every time we have been the quality of the food is impeccable. The meat is always incredibly juicy and tender, the rice is fluffy and flavourful and the naan is perfect in every way. I cannot recommend this establishment enough, the staff are incredibly welcoming, always remember our order and ask about our lives. It is also brilliant value for money because the food you are getting should be served on a silver platter in a Michelin stared restaurant. 10/10 please visit miss bank express!

We have had 3 takeaways over the passed 4 months from here, so not a one off. We pick up always. 3 of use 3 times is of course 9 meals, often with a starters and mixing rice and breads. We are not part of the chicken tikka masala crew, but try various meals on a menu. Generally, it is pretty good, lovely staff, but lacking in flavour overall compared to the best in the area. Will go back in 12 months or so to try, but not a first choice for us now. Its not fair to rate on one great or one bad experience.

By far the best Indian cuisine we have ever found, how they produce such a range of dishes from a kitchen the size they have i have no idea. They put a lot of bigger restaurants to shame. Top notch, nothing else to say.

My father works there, and he makes some of the food for me and my little brother to eat! And the Chicken is just the best thing I’ve ever tasted! I’ve never expected just good spices and texture for just CHICKEN! Really amazing, no wonder he gets paid good money, the effort he puts is outstanding! If you are from St Helens or live in St Helens, try this! It’s a really good fast-food place to try from for special occasions.

Food is average at best, not really much better than a takeaway. Chutneys are definitely watered down, not what you’d expect in a restaurant. Curry sauces are very sweet and packed with food colouring, not very authentic, far too processed. We were seated upstairs, it was very cramped, especially once all the drunks from the pub across the road come in. It’s not the restaurants fault but a load of loud, obnoxious drunks from across the road do not make for a great atmosphere when dining with family. Service is not great, especially if you ask to take uneaten food home, in which case, they just throw some boxes and bags at you and tell you to pack it yourself, this has never happened to us in a restaurant before, we will not be returning.

The dine-in restaurant was full on Sunday so we had take-out. First cash Only, I won't comment on how the shop operates to earn more income, but it is a bit inconvenient for customers. The boss lady said that the Tesco cash machine nearby seemed to be broken, so she asked me to transfer the money to her account; secondly, I waited for about 35 minutes for the takeaway, which was within expectations because there were many customers and takeaway orders. I don't think the waiting time is too long, but the car was parked across the street. The shop called and said the takeaway was done. The food I ate in the car after crossing the street was already slightly The temperature was warm and the fries were soaked. As for the food, I think it might be because of the takeaway. It wasn't hot and spicy enough, and the crispy taste was not crispy enough. I believe it would be much better if you dine in. However, the skewers were delicious. The beef, chicken and pork belly were all delicious. But the most disappointing thing was that I ordered two skewers of bacon prawns, and the prawns in both skewers were not tender. Finally, the long-haired lady with glasses who collected the money was very busy but very polite. On the contrary, the lady with short hair and glasses should be the boss's wife. Maybe she was busy? hot? Her attitude is not as good as that of the long-haired girl.

Never got what i ordered. What i got was illuminous red and covered in grease. The bread was like tough cardboard. I know its a business and you want to make as much money as you can.wanting to do takeout and run a restaurant just ends up in disappointment for more customers. Any takeout or restaurant can go downhill within a couple of weeks.. Sort it out its not good enough. Sean
