The best restaurants serving Indian food in Newham London

Food was good. But very expensive for the food they provide.

Pre booked a table for family meal as my son raves about the place. Waiters pressured us to order. Service was brusque to say the least. One spent half his time hovering to clear table. The Tandoori chicken in particular was tough and tasteless bombay also also tasteless and overcooked. I felt as if my local accent wasn't appreciated and then a rush to get us out

This place never disappoints! The food is consistently delicious, and the customer service is always friendly and efficient.

Food was good.i like prawn 65 and crab soup.

We went for Sunday Lunch .First of all, the staff were fantastic.We placed an order for Biriyani, Chatty Choru, and tea.The cuisine was delicious.Highly recommend.

Excelente comida. Cada curry es único a diferencia de otros restaurantes. Me encanta la porotta. Precioso fresco. Mejor comer. Tenía curry de ternera. Masla de langostinos. Sambar. Arroz. Lo pasé bien. Alrededor de £ 20 por persona. Muy recomendable. Es una pena que sea un restaurante pequeño. No es accesible en silla de ruedas.

Very delicious and hearty meal freshly cooked. Thoroughly enjoyed and the service excellent. Definitely visit again.

It's below average one with south Indian dishes. The food taste is not that great and not great service too.

Food is fine but the staff is very neglect we came like 4or 5 times but the same attitude with the staff especially one girl

La comida era tan deliciosa, y nos sentimos tan incómodos comiendo los alimentos. la prueba era como comida casera, y el restaurante estaba tan limpio. a pesar de que fuimos a tantos restaurantes , pero no es como prueba de comida casera y que delicioso . nos gusta MURUGAN IDLI.

The flavour of all the food here is amazing but the chicken does need to be properly cleaned. I often find little bits of the chickens feather in the wings but other than that I think this is a really good chicken shop👍

I ordered Kara Dosa for Takeaway around 5.30 Pm on 12/04/2025. The Employee at the counter charged 10p extra for the takeaway bag. I requested for Extra chutney, she did not accept for it. I took my takeaway order went home walking. When I opened the box to eat the Kara Dosa, it was a Masala Dosa. They gave me Masala Dosa, instead of Kara Dosa which I ordered. I thought of going back to the hotel and complaining. But, I need to walk a lot to go back. So I didn’t go. I don’t like Masala Dosa, that is why I ordered Kara Dosa. I gave the masala dosa to my neighbour. This is not good for the reputation of such famous restaurant. Please make sure you pack the correct items. I’m attaching the pics of the receipt and masala dosa.

Authentic Indian food. We visit regularly and are never disappointed the food is always lovely, the staff are always friendly and helpful. Definitely the best Indian takeaway in area.

The food was very tasty. I loved the seafood noodles. The portions were good size too. However the food was very oily and the next day I had a bad tummy.

Not as good as it used yo be may be about 10 years ago. Doesn't help the fact they have still closed off alot of the shop due to covid 2 yeas ago. We would have bought more if we could see stuff clearly close up, but sweets we bought were pretty dry.
