The best restaurants serving Indian food in East Midlands

Food quality was not that good. Don't try thali. The only recommendation I have is : Masala tea. Everything else was a waste.

Brilliant food, service and atmosphere. A wonderful range of gluten free food options. I'm always spoilt for choice here.

Visitors to the area, staying in nearby Premier Inn and needing somewhere to eat. We visited at 8pm on a Tuesday night and unfortunately there were no other diners so there was no atmosphere, however the food was amazing. Probably one of the best curries I have ever had. Flavoursome and packed with meats, including lamb! (I had a mixed bhuna). My partner had an equally delicious biryani. Portions were good size and if we lived locally we would definitely eat there again.

Was over charged by a couple of pounds last week when getting my regular Tuesday pizza. Mentioned it to Sachin duty mgr tonight. He said there will b no charge tonight for the inconvenience of the over charge. Now thats good customer service . Thankyou 👍

Great food looked after me at the world halal food festival I was their last customer.

I use to love the raj mahal food not had a takeaway from there for must be over a year. Just fancied a curry ordered chicken tikka masala the chicken was really hard and dry like it been cooked twice. The poppadoms was like it was stale and the nan bread was cold . Really disappointed. The sauce was nice but that's it . I Don't think I order again or I wait another year before I do

Missing items in our order, replaced with items we didn’t want and the curry’s we ordered were lacking in flavour. The lamb biryani tasted more like mutton, extremely chewy. The nans were broken up and tiny for what they charge…Overall, extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend.

Saying it’s on its way and the restaurant is 10 mins away and then takes another 30 mins - disappointing!!

Best takeaway for delicious curry! Nothing beats it. We tried so many and nothing tastes as good. We love it.

Order from this place often. Best kebab in Clifton, fast delivery time and can’t beat the chicken kebab meal deal. Spot on!
