First time we’ve had a curry from here and it was all very nice . Only one complaint and that was the quality of the chicken. Me an my wife’s was a bit chewy. The sauce and flavour was amazing. Please sort the chicken out. Will try again in the near future.

Used to be good. Last night was awful. Was watery and meat was rubbery. It was definitely like microwave food.

By far the best food in Northamptonshire. Chefs will tailor any dish for you own taste. Can’t recommend them highly enough. 5 stars in all departments

Having just returned from holiday, thought we’d order a cheeky Indian on Monday night. This has been our go-to Indian takeaway for years, but i have to agree with the previous review - it definitely isn’t as good as it used to be. We always have the set meal for 2, and straight away you can see that the accompaniments for popadoms is just orange and yellow liquid with a vague taste of chutney and mint, it used to be actual mango chutney and thick mint yogurt. To be fair - the chicken still seemed to be of good quality, it’s just the flavour of the tikka masala wasn’t as rich or authentic as it used to be. Unfortunately we won’t be returning.

Really pleased with this take away, I used to use it 15 or more years ago, but orders were often wrong and so was their calculator (never in my favour). Used again a few nights ago, the food was hot, the food was correct, however the calculator still seems broken.... Easy solution is argue or NO TIP!! simple... Now the food in my opinion was better than what was had at the RAJ at Christmas, and even with a broken calculator VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. I will be using again in the near future.

it's the only Indian i visit in Kettering.. always good food... this time was different.. tasted bland, i could have cooked a better curry from a jar.. maybe they have a different chef..? not going back... sorry guys.....

I enjoyed the food, and the staff are friendly. I am concerned about their food hygiene rating, because it has been taken down, which is common in Bedford, and never a good sign. I have discovered the rating is three out of five, which is worrying. I only go to restaurants if they are rated four or five, so will wait for the rating improves before returning. The interior is shabby but appears clean. The whole place needs refurbishment and a refit.

i've going here for the last year, food was great.. last takeaway was disappointing.. hardly any meat in my biryani.. i don't think i'm going back..

Popped in and ordered a takeaway. It was like walking back in the seventies. Lots of chairs and a dirty,ripped settee,to sit on and wait! Behind the cluttered counter was the usual tins of whatever the kitchen used. They certainly don't plough their profits back into the interior decor, that's for sure. Meal came and took it home and it was cooked lovely.

Avoid...inside was disgusting not even clean looking they made us pick up the food as they did not want to deliver then I get back and it tasted like old tough chicken dry and if I'm correct reheated tat....sorry guys but this is not fresh Indian cooking without a hair in it....plus had a 4 star food hygiene rating.... if I was you spend your money on good fresh food.

Best Indian takeaway reasonable pricing and fast delivery

Always hot and tasty, superb take away, will be there on saturday for my Balti House treat.Mine is the Chicken and Mushroom curry with pilau or mushroom fried rice.

We love this takeaway, it's our local. The food is always tasty and hot. And it's reasonably priced too.
