Ordered online and payment taken. 15 mins later order still not accepted, message from Just Eat saying they’re chasing. Another 15 minutes later the order was rejected. Great, thanks for that Not surprised reviews on Google are turned off Shows as permanently closed which they might as well be.

Snug environment, comfy and cosy with nice spacing between tables. Its got a feel that you used to get in the days before big venues filling the space with endless tables. The staff are a delight. They work their socks off in the background but dont interrupt your evening. The food. I'm a Brummie moved out here and we pride ourselves on being curry lovers so can be picky. Not had a thing I wouldn't order again. Very flavoursome and you can taste the spices and blends without losing it under ill placed chilli. The kitchen knows what its doing. Little gem this place, eat in or take out. Try it.

Very disappointing. Told 45 mins to an hour delivery and was 1 hour 40! . I rang and the main chap I know would not even waive £2 delivery when I asked. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and this was not an expected response. During the call back he even said “I said at least an hour”. Well I’m afraid that was maybe to someone else as I was definitely told 45-60 mins and would have made alternative arrangements if I’d have known. I also had to make up the order past £10 and did so to enable delivery. I feel they have let themselves down with the attitude to loyal customers and hope they can review this.

restaurant had no one in it when we arrived. restaurant had no one in it when we left.food was 1/2 edible although 100 pct the naan bread was purchased from a supermarket and cooked in the tandoori oven.calypso coffees were made with a kettle and a jar of coffee granules which was not hidden. We both have iffy guts today. didn't make a big thing of it but would never darken doorstep again.

The restaurant is not accommodating for large groups. The food was excellent, and the service was satisfactory during the meal, although the main courses took a bit too long to arrive. The issue arose when it was time to pay the bill. Despite informing the staff beforehand that our group of 15 would be paying separately, the manager insisted on providing a single bill for us to sort out amongst ourselves. This is challenging when some are paying by card, and it's not practical to expect customers to carry change. The correct approach would have been to allow each person to pay for their own order. Although they eventually permitted this, the hassle significantly detracted from the overall experience. It seems the staff are not focused on customer support. I recall a similar situation last year when an additional fee was charged for card payments. I had hoped for an improved experience this year, but it appears a different choice will be necessary in the future.

Delicious food, eaten here every night this week, the chicken harali was the best dish I had recommended by the chef.lovely staff, lovely food, great prices I will come back as much as I can! (Photo is not of Harali it’s from another night but only one I had, also tried to do Facebook and google but it wouldn’t let me do another as I had already done it last time I stayed down here!)
