At this time their food doesn’t taste really good as it used to be.sometimes they are making food too spicy and one time the food was stale. However, the price and the quantity is good.

It used to be so nice before now they have lost the taste …so disappointed…

Today I bought a samosa and biryani and I found the filling of potato was spoiled it was not fresh potato filling so the restaurant is risking customs health by not giving fresh food..

I called the restaurant at 9.30pm as I was nearby so thought I'll order a collection to take home, I called the restaurant and the rude Waitress answered the phone and said "no English" and hang up my call. I kept calling and then she answered again saying she is cleaning and they're closed. I told her I checked on Google and it says open till 11pm and it's only 9.30pm now. I asked her for her name and told her I will put a Google review and complain to the owner and she again hang up my call. 07.05.24.

It's a very informal place and not in any way luxurious but the food was excellent. The naans were the best I've ever tasted. I'd go there again like a shot.

This place is crab. Don’t go there until and unless you guys wanna kill yourself. Reason: •This place is really really unhygienic. They don’t even wear gloves while mixing their vegetables. •Their customers service is so poor that they don’t even care about the customers. They make me wait for more than 30 mins, and when I asked them about my food they forgot about my whole order. Never ever going back at this place ever.

Since they moved to current location and change of hands the service have dropped drastically. Previous premises, I gave them a 5 star review - for friendly service and good food. More like a family dinner. New restaurant, absolutely appalling customer service; rude, no manners and close to racist to anyone other than people from the same ethnic background as the staff there. Been there a few times in the past couple of months and have witnessed and experienced poor service and racism. Unbelievable that I have to say this in this country this day and age. Recent visit, I stood by the order point, young lady was busy prepping. Stood there for a few minutes like I was invincible. Then a Napalese gentleman came and stood by me and was immediately served. Utterly disgraceful. Shame, as I do like the food there. Well, not going there again. One bad experience maybe unlucky, but three times in a row. Enough.

Used to serve great flavorful Indian food but recently they changed and it's not so great. The amount of spices has drastically reduced in the food and that was the only thing that kept me going there. Prices are very decent for the quantity. I just wish they went back to the old ways.

Lali Gurash has returned after a break of about 2 years. Now at 110 Victoria Road, Aldershot, the menu is very similar and the food and service are as good as ever. - - - - - Great place for an inexpensive curry. There was more than enough excellent food for the seven of us. We had one beer each and the bill came to £72. You can't beat it.

Its an awesome place for biriani and sweets.

Ordered lamb curry and onion bhaji and they taste good. They serve halal dishes. The only issue is that the kitchen and the sink/wash area are separated, where the kitchen is at the front and the sink/wash area is at the back while the dining area is in the middle. You will see the staff are coming back and forth between those areas. However you can see how the dishes are being prepared and cooked. The staff also need to check the toilet so often as i found the previous customer did not flush the loo properly.

Nice Indian food available. The aunty and uncle are very friendly and suggests what to try today. Food is really good and tastes more Indian. I have tried Puri tarkari , chicken curry, onion bhaaji, jalebi, and tava roti. Everything was good. Quantity is also enough for 1 person. Must visit. Most important and impressive thing is they have very affordable prices for every dish. Give a visit.

I come down from Basingstoke just to eat there samosas 5 for £4 they are packed full of flavour great hint of spice not to hot I'll be going back next week for some more

I came from Leicester to Aldershot. The food was so tasty I can't tell you. You have to go and try it yourself, the lamb biryani was out of this world, spicy and the aroma was so beautiful. We also had freshly made garlic naan with chicken Dopiyaza dish. Again amazing. I wish they could get a bigger place to dine, restaurant was tiny. However good things come in small sizes! Love this place. Wish u all the best till next time x

Delicious authentic home made food at very reasonable prices. Do not go here expecting an upmarket experience, it's very small and basic but the food is as good as you will get from a restaurant.

Small take away with a few tables but has very good food. They have a mixture of Nepali, Indian, and Pakistai dishes, along with a few British Indian dishes. Don't go by the down to earth look the food is freshly made and great and the service is friendly.

Tried their veg Samosas and they were amazing. It was a bulk order for a last moment event but they still managed to prepare it fresh and packed it to retain its freshness. For bulk order pls inform a little bit in advance so they are ready. Over all amazing crispy Samosas and very good/flexible staff to support with your order.

I didn't and wouldn't eat here, they had cockroaches in their fridge. A lot of them for a long time. Once that has happened a restaurant should be closed down , I think, not just allowed to clean up, pay a fine and carry on.

Best Nepalese takeaway anywhere! Cannot rate highly enough. Unique dining experience if you eat in - but takeaway is best. Homemade Samosas and kitchen ambiance, must be experienced by all. I've even 'exported' their food down the M3 to Winchester! Namaste!

Ordered food. I called up after 1.30 hours to be told, we decided not to bring it. No call, no apology, no customer service. Looks like this place has changed!

Possibly a new cook for the evening, however the food was awful. Delivered cold, burnt and tasteless. When called was told there's nothing they will do. Just laughed down the phone at me and said 'what you going to do' so horrendously let down and upset.

Had the Chicken Biriani at £7.20. Choice of mild, medium and hot spice. I chose medium which was plenty hot enough. Friendly service and great value. They also do takeaway. Ideal place for a quick snack and takeaway. Not really for a romantic evening.
