A must go place for homesick person to taste the very homely tasted food.

Food arrived with half of it missing, we had to ring back twice nearly three times before it arrived by then the other half of the meal was stone cold. Will not be going here again.

Ive been going to Raj since it first opened and it's just got better and better. Eating in, it's immaculate, service is great and the food quality is extremely high. Takeaway is also just as good with great portion sizes. Price wise it's spot on real value for money.

Zakir is a wonderful host. Fantastic food. It is a shame that upstairs isn’t always open as it is a much better atmosphere.

This was my first visit to Ruchita, and I was pleasantly surprised! From the outside, it doesn’t look like much, but the interior is a different story. The restaurant boasts a lovely, inviting ambiance with tasteful decor. I was particularly charmed by the Indian floral drawings on the windows—a delightful touch. The place had a vibrant vibe, with a busy crowd of smiling, laughing guests adding to the warm atmosphere. The staff were exceptional, all incredibly helpful and friendly. Our server, Zara, stood out for her attentive and kind service. For food, we started with a sharer platter, and I couldn’t get enough of the chicken tikka and salad—the onion bhajis were equally amazing. The peshwari naan was a highlight, hands-down the best I’ve ever had, tasting incredibly fresh. My curry was decent, not the most memorable I’ve tasted, but perfectly fine for the price. Speaking of pricing, it was very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. My only small critique is that tablecloths would’ve elevated the experience, but it’s a minor quibble. Overall, I had a wonderful evening at Ruchita and would happily return if I were more local. Highly recommend!

I love Indian food and have eaten at or ordered from many Indian Restaurants in the county. Lime is the best one I have ordered from. The flavours are authentic, the food arrived hot, and the delivery was quick.

Just wanted to say how lovely our takeaway was the food was delicious and the whole family loved the dish they chose. The staff were very friendly and the manager arranged a paneer curry for me that wasn’t on the menu with no problem at all. We will definitely be using Sanderstead Tandoori for our next take away or night out and will be telling our friends to try too. Thank you
