food tastes amazing only downfalls ordering more than £30 worth of food I would of thought you would get poppadoms chuckney and the other Indian side pots with your order like you do everywhere else and could do with a bit more meat 😉

Second time we’ve had a below-par meal from the Flying Horse. We gave the takeaway another chance hoping the previous poor meal was a one off. Lamb Shashlick Balti was swimming in oil, poppadoms were soft and stale, chips were cold and inedible. Really disappointed as this takeaway was always our go to and we’d even recommend to others. We won’t be ordering again and we most definitely won’t be recommending.

That was the worst Indian I have ever had, I deliver for an Indian so know what a good meal is and that wasn’t. The rice was so overcooked it was stuck together, the lamb was so overcooked and chewy and the whole order was stone cold. If I could give zero stars I would. I have requested a refund so I really hope I get it.

Please, if i could give 0 stars i would. I’ve also been refused a refund. The food was inedible. It tasted like chemicals. Soap or whatever else it was. It was completely inedible. I threw my whole meal away. To waste £30. The chips were stone cold and hard. I’ve tried contacting the store three times since Saturday night and had no response. I’ve used these for years so I’m very very disappointed this has happened. I don’t know what chemicals were in that food but it was me throw up.

Family meal last week. After over £300 spend and 70 minutes at the table, where they were cleaning plates away while members of the party still eating, we were asked if we could empty the table and pay at the bar as people were waiting to be seated. Terrible service. Food Ok. But small main portions with extra large naans to fill you up. Disappointed.

Wonderful new location for my favourite restaurant, the food is still amazing and the service is great as always. The butter chicken was beautiful !

Lovely food however, our order was missing the extra poppadoms we had ordered and we were given 3 mint yoghurt sauces with our pickle tray missing the mango chutney and the spicy sauce from our order.

Great quality food. Friendly delivery. My only complaint is don’t offer a delivery time if you cannot commit to that time - 45 mins late ! I did have a text saying delivery was on its way - clearly wasn’t - however thankfully the food hot

curry sauce was nice, only 4 bits of meat, expect more than that for the price. and the chips were hard and uncooked.

Ordered the meal for two and the rice and jalfrezi was really nice but the rest wasn’t the best quality tasted like there sat over night and some dips was ready for the bin then to top it off found a piece of cling film in the chicken tikka 🤦🏻‍♂️

Service terrible, attitude of staff was less than welcoming. Very rude. Waited 50mins for a takeaway after being told 20mins when ordering. This needs to improve in the new location if they want to survive.

Unfortunately the chicken in both was under cooked so we couldnt eat it and the sauces in the curries were very watery. We've ordered from here for over a decade so it's a bit disappointing but hopefully it's just teething problems from moving.

Do not use flying horse they did not deliver and money came out of my account. I called them and they lied about delivery

No order delivered, kept changing the time. Offered £3 refund. Two hours later no food. Offered to call me back and then rudely said they would cancel the order. Shocking service

Not great not a lot of tandoori, prawns just tasted of chargrilled not a lot of flavour to it at all

This used to be my favourite takeaway, but quality seems to be getting worse every order. Today the paneer was rock solid, very overdone, the food was late and cold. Its such a shame as the food used to be amazing and I love that you can order as a side dish as we buy a selection to share. I dont know what has changed but I hope it gets back to what it was soon.

Hi, I did tell the lady she was nice that the mail was okay but when I unpacked things after the bag, it wasn’t very warm. I’ve had to put the chips in the oven and the curries in the microwave. I don’t like. Doing this but people need to know the food the curry was really lovely. The chips I didn’t really like from things being cold or nearly cold. I hope this review helps things to get better because the flavour of the food is really nice from the chips, of course all my best everybody Course I won’t be ordering any more food off of these people

We had gone past being hungry! We had a cheese sandwich to fill us up and when they finally delivered it was cold ! Total waste of hard earned money which is now in the bin !!

Delivery on time. However I expected better taste from an Indian themed restaurant. The Afghani chicken was bland and not cooked properly from the inside. The kebab platter was alright.

Tula masala was the worst I have ever seen from here, normally good, but in this case extremely poor. Thrace had the consistency of double cream with nothing more than 5 small chunks of chicken.

Disappointed in the food. Last November it was delicious however food quality has definitely lowered by a lot. Chana bhaji was very dry and not had pilau rice like that before where it was just yellow. Wouldn’t recommend

I was a big fan of this restaurant . Ordered many times . out of three main meat dishes today, unfortunately, 2 were watered down extremely today. Such a shame! we do order same favourite dishes, but today it was if someone poured a pint of water in our regular sources! We do understand, the prices for everything are going up, but this is plain cheating, when instead of rich juicy korma you have some yellow water with 4 pieces of tasteless chicken swimming there. Such a shame(((

Terrible, AVOID at all costs. Food badly cooked; Thai curry had 1 piece of cauliflower and one piece of green pepper. No bamboo shoots! Why cauliflower? Not sure meat was chicken; maybe cheaper turkey

Rang the restaurant to see how long my order would be. They said the driver has 3 stops before mine. The food arrived stone cold and I felt not well at all the day after. This was probably because it was luke warm. I’ve been to the restaurant many of times and it’s been great but this delivery service wasn’t great at all. I’ve tried to request a refund but it seems like they are not bothered about the customers and sorting issues out over delivery services. Hopefully next time I visit the restur

Bless the lady who delivered my food, she was excellent, after waiting whilst I came to the door, I didn't hear her knock due to hearing problems at the moment. Food always fantastic ordered from here for years, wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had a couple of weeks away and craved my Saturday night takeaway ..superb...loved it

Been a massive fan of this restaurant and has been my go-to for Indian takeaway for years! However, on this occasion, I'm a little disappointed at the temperature and state of the food when it arrived. The food tasted good, however, the order was 20 minutes late, and you could tell as the food was a lot cooler than usual. It does leave me wondering how long it had been in the car as I got a notification from Just Eat saying the driver was on his way about 50 minutes prior to it arriving and it is about 10 minutes from the restaurant to my house. When we opened the door, the driver immediately started to complain how the restaurant hadn't put a lid on one of the sauces properly and it was all over his car. No apology for being 20 minutes late. No apology having spilt sauce all over the inside of our bag and for it dripping through. No apology for being (what he thought) one sauce down - but was actually two. It won't deter us from this restaurant in the future - just a bit 'meh' when looking for a tasty treat after a tough week at work.

This order was delivered late. In addition, it was incomplete - pilau rice was ordered and paid for but wasn’t delivered. It’s very disappointing to wait for a late order and then not receive everything. What was delivered was very tasty, but the incomplete delivery let the order down.

sorry to say, but this time I did not enjoy the quality of dishes. sharing platter- chicken wings and mince lamb pieces were pale, undercooked and lacked flavour. salmon tikka was good. prawn puri- very oily and soggy, prawn pieces inside rubbery. masala sauce was tasty. prawns were chewy, undercooked but i did not want to waste all my money and finished cooking them myself. samosa was tasty. zul zula chicken was so extremely acidic, pieced dry , sauce different from I remember, could not eat it. Overall, out of 37 pounds for 4 items plus 5 for the driver, I only ate maybe £10.00 worth of food with pleasure this time, the rest went to the bin. I don't think I can afford takeaways at this rate anymore. Sorry.

Guy was on time and polite, that was about the only good thing to the meal. After hearing good things about this place we gave it a try especially with the 30% off offer. We ordered nearly £50 worth of food and True to say never again. The food was stone cold, watery and tasteless. Our mixed grill was the poorest of meat I’ve ever seen in my life and the list goes on. Wouldn’t use this place ever again.
