Pretty poor for the 2nd visit in a row - prioritising takeaways over people waiting in the restaurant … 3 different curry’s all tasted the same - which is odd as they also tasted like 2 of the starters - hint - if the curry says hot, don’t put 1 slither of chilli in it and expect us to believe you! Disgusting service to boot

I have been a regular customer for many yesrs, but tonight i ordered £75 worth of food, a six meal delivery. An item was missing and i phoned and asked for the missing item to be delivered asap. One hour later still not delivered, Terrible service, and Raihans will be the winners!

Absolutely fantastic service, myne and partners 2nd time visiting this restaurant, owner runs around to ensure all customers are seen too and the food is amazing, officially the best tikka masala I’ve ever had! Would recommend 110%

Excellent meal and a very welcoming atmosphere.

We decide to visit here whilst staying locally for a long weekend. Doesn’t look much from the outside and the indoor decor is very basic. But that said the staff are extremely friendly and the food was amazing. Was a little disappointed that they didn’t do meat samosa but the vegetable one was really nice and I highly recommend the prawn puri. We each had a starter, main, rice, side and bread each. We had so much food left that we took the rest back to our accommodation. Highly recommend.

Went on a whim as needed to have some food on a Sunday evening, we had been there before, years ago and we were very pleased that we did. We had a great welcome and the food from the starters to the mains was excellent. The naan were lovely, fresh and hot ! Service was also top notch. This is a place that I will definitely be going back to when I am Hinckley way. Oh and I have to say it’s such a delight to eat in a restaurant with white table clothes, real classy feel.

Barwell Indian Cuisine is our local curry house, we have been here few times and now regular customers. We have tried different things every time we have been from Biryani, Chicken, Lamb, Prawn - all of the dishes are on point! Lots of flavour and they nicely complement each other spice together… Staff are really nice professional, friendly and really welcoming. Highly recommend anyone to try this place :-)

We have been coming here for the past 2 years. Done eat in and take away. The Best Indian Restaurant in the whole area. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. They even make good recommendations for first timers. If you live in Barwell or Earl Shilton definitely worth popping in. Don’t forget to make a reservation, they do get fully packed some evenings. :)

Good food , will definitely be using again

Where do I even start? Absolute shambles. Arrived at 7:25pm for a 7:30pm table. Table for two that barely had enough room for one. Squashed in the corner beside a drinks fridge and wall, meaning my elbow would constantly hit said wall, and my partners chair was constantly being kicked by anyone walking past. We had to ask to give our order 20 minutes after we sat down, because the waitress was too busy openly criticizing the other wait staff. Another waiter brought over a dessert menu, before we had even been served. An hour later our food arrives, with one main being wrong. During our wait people were moved from table to table, and having to carry their food over to the next table. Staff were rearranging tables around seated customers, one of which was damaged to the point of near collapse and was being held up with beer mats. But not to worry, 'It's been like that for TWO years' Multiple orders were brought out to customers and were wrong. After pointing out that my food would be cold by the time his food was done correctly we were offered a discount which we obviously accepted, and complimentary drinks which we declined. My partners chicken Tikka Karai had 6 small pieces of chicken in it, and came without any serving utensils, so he had to use his napkin to pick up the VERY HOT Karai dish and pour it onto his plate. Partners cheese naan had no cheese in it, and my Keema naan had no Keema in it either. The final straw was the point when I accidentally dropped a piece of my not-keema naan on the floor, and the waitress kindly picked it up before placing it BACK onto my plate with the other naan bread. If they are so openly unhygienic in front of customers, I dread to think what goes on behind the closed door of the kitchen. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed, will definitely not be going back.

Having an Indian Cuisine on your future door step you have to give it a go! As soon as we walked through the door the atmosphere was good...considering the day of the week! We were shown a table, though a small restaurant it was slightly busy. We then ordered! I would normally have a Sagg but l tried something else! And l was not disappointed at all...the aromatic aroma from the food was amazing. Yet the best part was the taste. I could taste all the different flavours that had been combined within my food...and it was a collective pleasure. Prior to having food the locals said hello and gave us a welcome to the area! Something unique l must say. The whole evening was spent in good company and wonderful food. And it was not the only time! As we have been back for a second time and again we were not disappointed. Barwell Indian Cuisine, your food was a pleasure. Amazing.

First time but certainly not the last. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced, the staff were very helpful and tentative, and facilities/table ware were immaculate, can't fault any of the night. Thanks gents, see you soon! X

Ordered a takeaway for the third time in recent weeks. The food has been consistently good and delivered on time or earlier than they stated. Fresh, hot and flavoursome. We've never found anywhere local that is consistently this good.

Just ordered for the first time and can safely say I will be ordering again. Quick delivery on a Saturday evening(25 minutes )chicken chat starter was massive,special biryani was beaut,free couple of popadoms and mint yogurt etc,splendid and cheap too.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Excellent food, nicest paneer tawa and other vegetarian options by far. Always great customer service and very friendly and helpful. Even when I ordered the wrong dish on just eat they quickly sorted it for me and didn’t charge the extra it should have been. Would highly recommend on all levels. Was a bit apprehensive as the restaurant wasn't busy. But I was pleasantly surprised at the food and its quality. Good food and service, so I would definitely recommend a visit. I will visit again soon.

We came across Barwell Indian Cuisine during all our lockdown eating and now can't stay away! Great takeaway service. Food is great and chicken dishes are always succulent. They also cook our requests for dishes which aren't on the menu (Tandoori Chicken Saag). Would definitely recommend. Great food, portions and prices.

Ordered takeaway for 4 people over the phone, it was prepared quickly, was plentiful, tasted good AND only cost £10 more than we had spent on an inferior takeaway from a competitor for just 2 of us!!!!

Food was quicker than expected, but have had better, apparently my housemate thought that the biryani was bland. My Jalfrezi was ok, but have had much better and tastier Indian food!

My second order, the first was tasteless and lukewarm. Sadly this meal was the same , curry sauce for dopazai was warm colured water, bhaji was overcooked and arrived warm. I will not be ordering a third time. Sorry you need a new chef.

My Fiancée and I just ordered from here for the 1st time. Delivery was very fast. Driver was very friendly. Food was excellent, nice and hot. Tasted lovely. Both stuffed. Plenty left for later. 100% will use again and recommend.

Was recommended to us by a friend. The app was easy to use and allowed us to pre order before the shop opened. Food arrived within the quoted time and was excellent. Will be using this place again for sure.

Had two Indian meals over the weekend. Tandoori Chicken on the Friday and Curry on the Saturday, and both meals were wonderful! Two nice pieces of chicken cooked to perfection in the Tandoori oven, and succulent pieces of lamb cooked in spicy sauce. We are very lucky to have this fine restaurant in Barwell and whether you prefer curries or Tandoori meals, Indian Cuisine is the place.

Excellent Curry from this place under new ownership give it a try for either a take out or eat in. An update on this place. I fancied a curry but couldn't decide which one so I let the staff decide for me. Best decision I made not on the menu just let the kitchen make something that like be brave they are the experts just go with them you cannot fail I will be doing this more often.

Had my first meal from here chicken jalfrezi and a potato jalfrezi both very nice and good portions will use again.
