Superb food! Cant wait to go back again!! 10/10

What’s the point in doing future time for delivery but it arrives 30 minutes after that?

Great food, Kept hot and packed well.

I would not recommend due to an absolutely appalling service it took 1.5Hrs for me to receive me food at home and it arrived cold the food was lacking a lot of authentic spices I wouldn’t really call this an Indians as it was tasteless I spoke to the manager the next day and he completely ignored me and didn’t want to know first and last time I’ll be using them THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW

The decor was fine, with tables spaced out nicely, but unfortunately, the service was a disaster. We had to constantly flag down the waiting staff to get their attention. One of our main dishes was completely missed off the order, and the waiter, who seemed both embarrassed and confused, explained that it was odd to order just one main and a couple of sides. He didn’t even take our order correctly, and there was no apology for the mistake. Honesty and good service in these situations go a long way, but there was none of that here. While we waited for the missing dish, my sides went cold, and my husband was forced to eat without me. When the dish finally arrived, it was clear it had been microwaved—while the sauce was piping hot, the meat was just lukewarm and burnt on the bottom. The food itself was mediocre at best. The starter and dips were overly spicy, while the main dishes lacked any real flavour. We didn’t enjoy the meal at all. Normally, we always leave a tip, but after this experience, I just couldn’t. I used to work in waitressing myself, and I’ve always believed in tipping for good service, but this time, it was impossible.

The meal arrived with a strangely uneven temperature— the sauce was steaming hot, but the meat was barely warm, as if it had been microwaved. To make things worse, the meat was burnt on the bottom. The starter and dips were overly spicy, yet the main courses were bland and completely lacking in flavour. Overall, the food was mediocre, and we left feeling quite dissatisfied.

I know this restaurant was very good . Takeaway was not that great. chicken curry home style was all tomato gravy which is not nice to eat no flavour and food was cold when arrived. I'm really disappointed this time

Ordered food ,for around 35 people for luch,daal baati and raj kachori .taste was amazing but ,many raaj kachori were broken ,and quantity of baati was so so less ,that i have to make few baatis at home,thoughi ordered everythingextra .also to add food was deliverd at 3 o clock for lunch which was supposed to be here at 1.30. Paid a hell lot of money .never going to order again

Only had takeaways from the restruant. But always been impressed with the food and presentation, best Indian takeaway in hinckley by far.

Excellent service and the food was very tasty. The food was piping hot when out the food and the wait time was very short . This will be my favourite go to restaurant for a long time.

The chicken jalfrezi was utterly bland, one of the most disappointing Indian dishes I’ve ever tasted, and the biryani was overwhelmed with spice but lacked any real depth of flavour. This was easily among the worst Indian meals I've had, especially given the high prices. To top it off, it took nearly an hour and a half for the mains to arrive. Altogether, a completely disappointing experience.

Average food. Laal Maas lamb which is supposed to be a speciality of Rajasthan lacked punch. Felt more like lamb bhuna with tomato base. Raj kachori was nice. Portion sizes are small. Overall did not find it value for money. Service slow despite empty tables.

food arrived hot, no complimentary poppadoms or onion salad, the meal was fairly average, quality didn't seem to match the price point though. would have been 5* if the price was 15-20% cheaper and poppadoms included.

Chilli chicken starter excellent, Onion Bhaji a little too perfectly round but good taste and texture, Seekh Kebab shows onions on the online menu but these don't arrive, no salad, good flavour though. Lamb Madras very poor, my staple for checking every Indian, but this one particularly poor, no hotter than a Bhuna, thin watery sauce and lacking in flavour, meat tender and plentiful. Poor main course, won't be ordering from here again.

don't order the chicken tikka massage, had no chicken tikka in it was plain chicken. tasted like pure cardamom no other flavours, when I called to complain they basically said they make it differently, this should be specified on their description. couldn't eat it so ruined my dinner.

Went for a 40th birthday. Food was amazing, lovely atmosphere (didn't feel crowded or rushed). Service was great, made us feel welcome. Had a surprise cake at the end! Would highly recommend for a top night out.

Lamb Rogan Josh only had 5 pieces of lamb in and was very watery. Poppadoms were all broken up and chucked into a little paper bag. £6 for paneer shashlik and only had 3 pieces of paneer and two little chunk of pepper. Very poor.

I've got to say that Bikaneri must be one of the best kept secrets in Hinckley. We thought we would try their Tuesday and Wednesday £14.95 special deal and have had a fantastic dinning experience. The staff were friendly and attentive with out hanging over you. They knew their menu and were able to advise and even adapt one of the main dishes for us. We were both blown away by our starters, firstly by the presentation then by the taste. The mains did not fail either and were as equally as good. This has got to be some of best Indian food we have ever had. I decided to go all veggie this night and if all vegetarian food tasted as half as good as this then I would convert tomorrow. Even at normal prices this would be a steal and quality night out. I can't understand why the place is not packed every night. Go and try it yourselves, you won't be disappointed.

First visit to this Indian Restaurant. Excellent menu, spoilt for choice. Great to see it open again as it had lain empty for some years after the mysterious closure of the previous Italian restaurant. Excellent food served quickly by helpful staff.

Fantastic meal for 2. We went on a Tuesday where they had a deal on; 3 courses for £15. We had some extras like poppadoms and extra naan. All very reasonably priced. Happy with the flavours of the food and the service. We were looking for a mixed grill and are happy to say that this one didn't disappoint.

Best Indian restaurant in the area, food really tasty and authentic. lovely atmosphere, packed house on a Saturday evening and service was top notch too. I would highly recommend the Green lamb curry with green pea rice and bikaneri special naan.

If you want authentic Indian food, this is the place . Make sure to ask for the spicy version if you prefer spices in your food. Simply Good atmosphere and good food.

I took my mum here for her birthday, we had a party 7 we was seated straight the way. The staff was very attentive making sure we was all okay and our dishes was okay. The food was delicious. We are definitely coming again.

Poor, good starter but very concerning when the main course turns out with lots of water on the plate, seen this elsewhere but not what you get from the good curry houses in Hinckley. Poor flavour and very watery plate, first and last time at this establishment.

Starter was good, but always a worry when your plate is full of water when eating the main course. Never sure where the water comes from but I don't get it when I cook an Indian curry, and the majority of takeaways similarly don't get filled with water, but pretty poor taste and experience when a plateful of water is what you get left with. First and last time with this establishment, not a good experience.
