Food wasn’t hot on arrival, tasty but lukewarm. Also delivery time was over an hour from ordering

Chicken was dry and the naan came cold unfortunately.

First bad thing had from here - fish korma - disgusting. Fish not cooked - sauce grainy and curdled . Red of order good ad usual

Just a heads up, if they spot a voucher being used on the receipt they will punish you out of spite. Your main will 'accidentally' become a starter. If you order after 10pm the driver will punish you even more, ranting on your doorstep for 5 mins about how although they accepted the order, took payment and delivered it, that it was too late for him to deliver at this time and I should just call up. The only positive was they gave me a free poppadum, but the entire bag tasted like they were fried in fatberg oil, so they all went straight into the bin.

dhansak was runny, not much taste. not like any other dhansak we have ever had before which normally would have a rich thick lentil thickened sauce. lots of chicken but had obviously been put in the sauce after cooking so no flavour (if any was there to start) absorbed

My mum picked this up yesterday, and obviously reheated the night before’s food, giving my fella and my dad food poisoning. Loved this place for years. Now I will not be visiting again. Disappointed

My onion rice was missing but the food was nice

When I phoned to ask where my order was whoever it was I spoke to said he couldn't hear me and asked me to ring back then hung up. The Lamb didn't taste anything like Lamb and the main meal was supposed to contain Chicken and Lamb tikka , but the meat was sliced , NOT what I would expect for Tikka

As a pretty loyal customer of Ikrams I’ve always given a great review. To be honest never had any problems. But ordered on Ikrams app. Order confirmed at 6.40. I’d asked for delivery asap. After an hour and twenty mins I rang to check how long. I was told it’s on its way. It arrived nearly 2 hours after ordering. I took the order in only to realise it was short of chips which were ordered. I rang straight away. I appreciate they may have been busy but got no apology just that they had no driver to deliver the chips I’d ordered. I asked if they would refund the money. I’m sure he said yes but we will see. The food wasn’t up to its usual standard either. I always swear by Ikrams and never use any other Indian take-out. But today it just wasn’t right. 😩

Food tasted good but we ordered 2 Poppadoms and gave us 1 that was smashed. When we ordered it said 30 to 45 minuted but actually took 1 hour 30 mins to arrive.

Had a takeaway at the weekend all the food was excellent especially the lamb chops and Naga deshi Chicken (if you like hot curry this is so nice) everything was so fresh

Sauces for the curries are lovely however the meat and the prawns are massively over cooked. Leather and rubber come to mind. Such a shame

Beautiful food, great quality meat, chicken and lamb was perfect. Breads were amazing, mains tasted disticlty different. Mains and rices always come it longer tubs so loads for the next day. Yoou could share a man easily if you're not greedy.

First time ordering, food was actually flavourful and tasty, better than most similar places locally. Prices are also much more reasonable than other places! Would definitely order again. My only small complaint was that I would have liked it hotter when it arrived, was a little lukewarm. Overall very pleased.

The second time we’ve been, my husbands first and he said best curry he’s had. Now the whole family’s on board it’s defiantly our new favourite Indian, excited to try something else off the menu

Never ordered from here before but ordered my wife's usual pathia and onion Bajis. I had the Northern Indian Garlic chicken tikka. Firstly, the onion Bajis are to die for. The Garlic tikka was a great balance, of hot, sour, spice and sweet. Will order that again. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the Pathia and she really is particular. Quality, quantity, value and speed all 10/10.

Excellent varied menu, delicious food, delivered exactly on time, well recommended. 28th May just enjoyed another delicious meal from Ikrams, portions so large we now have some in the freezer for another day,highly recommended.

Fantastic as always. Quality is excellent, all dishes very good indeed, but onion bhajis and veg biryani best we have ever had and always consistent, please never change these recipes! Thank you :)

Chicken Tikka Shaslik was out of this world and the Vegetable curry sauce it can with had just the right amount of bite to it

After a disappointment last time we had a meal from them thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again. Both meals whilst being very generous with the quantity of meat were sadly lacking in flavour. Will not bother going again as there are other options in the village...... After 2 years you have replied to my original review.... Almost as fast as delivery!

I ordered the set meal for 2 & the chicken korma and was watered down, the mushroom rice was disgusting, the poppadoms tasted old, & the onion Bajis were burnt really bad, the only good thing was the chips

Service is absolutely useless. Food ordered for 7:30pm delivery to coincide with us being back at home and clearly stated on the order. 7pm home security notified us that there was a delivery at the front door. Checked CCTV and incredibly our dinner was there being delivered 30 minutes early! Phoned Ikram to complain, no apology only an offer of cancelling the order which was accepted but 1 hour later no notification of any cancellation. Phoned again to complain and was told " I'd cancelled order innit" I explained that after 1 hour there was no notification of the charges being cancelled and returned "innit"! whole evening's plans ruined by their incompetence in not being able to tell the time, dinner not delivered so had to make new arrangements to get fed and because it now had to be later cinema with friends had to be cancelled. Avoid at all costs if you have an evening arranged as they couldn't time an egg boiling!! useless. A week later tried to give them benefit of doubt only to answer the door to an abusive delivery driver blaming us for previous week. Sent him on his way and cancelled the order. Food excellent delivery useless

Have had quite a few meals from here in the last few months, form biriannis to vindaloos and all have been pretty good. Tonight was disappointed with dried out, hard onion bajees, very salty shami kebabs and a rogan josh which although it had plenty of chicken was watery and lacking in flavour or spice. Back to Al's for me until I see some good reviews for here.

The Curry's and other Indian dishes are scratch made, with fresh quality ingredients. Every dish we've ordered from here has been has been packed with flavour, chilli and spices. Even the bread's and starters are authentic and freshly made. If you want a really good curry, look no further, there fantastic!

The meat in the curry was tender but the curry itself didn't have much flavour and was very bland. I had to had salt for it too have some kind of taste and not just bitterness. Only was eatable when paired with the naan bread as that was lovely. The onion bjajis tasted very oily - they weren't crispy and also lacked flavour. However, the rice and naan are okay we're tasty.
