It was a good time to spend in jaipur with my family really loved the environment and the foods were outstanding and the waiter(russel) is a good guy to be noticed which is very active and polite to the customers although it was a good experience for me and my family to spent quality time ..

It's the place we go to eat. When we asked for a bill, we had a long conversation with an employee who repeated 4 times that the tip was not included in the fee. Since when is it mandatory to tip a crappy presentation? food was not tasty enough. luckily i rounded up the bill and came out paying £60 for a disgrace + tasteless meal. I will never go through the door again Leeds Akbar brunch.

Food quality poor overall. The Garlic Nan & Shami kebab were tasty, but then chicken Pasanda was inedible, it was too hard/solid to eat, just like a rubber/eraser. We waited 42 minutes between starter and main. Also, following a telephone order for collection the previous week, they forgot to pack my main course. When I rang to complain, they argued that they hadn’t. So I thought I’d return and ask for a refund. I didn’t bother because I just wanted to pay and get out of there.

I want to share some feedback about the attitude of the cashier. I am a regular customer here during evenings, mornings, sometimes for regular dosa etc and the food tastes good. However, yesterday i.e. on Sunday October 27 2024, I had a bad experience w.r.t the attitude of the cashier. I want to bring this to the attention of the management so that they can mentor the cashier. So, I went for buffet breakfast, paid to the cashier and took the receipt. Then i asked him for a place to sit. He, at first allocated me a seat and later he says I have to wait as there are some people ahead of me - which is okay, I waited. After few minutes he himself allocated me a seat on sharing basis which was ok and I was getting into the queue to self serve the buffet and then he shouts from the counter asking me if I paid. I mean this is ridiculous, he was one who took my payment and then he allocated me the seat that I should share and then shouts loudly whether I paid or not. At this point I felt he was too loud and felt insulting because he was one who took my payment and allocated the seat to me on sharing table and then he asks me if I paid. For this reason I am reducing my earlier rating w.r.t service and atmosphere to 2 In the past I have been coming here and never seen such attitude. Again, I want to say the food is excellent and I am not complaining, I am just requesting the management to mentor the cashier. Regards
