Service very slow, toilets not very clean Atmosphere was quite nice

The food is always great here but we've had so many problems with delivery with them. I normally dont mind when its late. But what i hate is when you call and no one answers so you have to drive to the restaurant 2 hours after ordering and you see the staff just letting the phone ring. Thats unacceptable, if we've busy or short staffed or just struggling it doesnt take much to answer the phone and apologies. Even with the tasty good and good discounts we wont be coming back again.

Ate at the Cinnamon Tree last Friday - what a treat! My friend and I have been touring England and Wales for two weeks, and this was our last meal before my friend returned to France. We could not have chosen a better finale! My friend is an excellent cook, and his view was that it surpassed anything he could do. The flavours were extraordinary; we chose four starters between us to get a wide range of tastes and textures, and we couldn't have been more impressed. If you like Indian food - any food - go here!!

Exquisite food - the masala dosa and green mango curry were incredible. Exceptional service too - ice cold glasses, hot plates, friendly handshakes - small gestures which didn’t go unnoticed and made an impression. We’ll be back!

Hussain was an absolute star, couldn't do enough for us. Was walking nearby, the smell of the cuisine, could not be ignored. Food is first class, menu choices epic, wine very well priced too. Can't wait to come back, brilliant all round!

Come here all the time for family meals. The best curries I’ve eaten here. Food is absolutely delicious every time we come, never disappointed. Yummy food always and good price.

Don’t bother ordering online, never had it work successfully You order & pay, but when you arrive they never have a record of it so you have to read it out to them Other customers in front of me having the same issue Food is quite nice when they do it, the faff of ordering with them puts me off

Great night out celebrating a 21st birthday and catching up with family/friends Staff were friendly and happy to talk through menu with us. Food superb - would visit again next time we visit

Was staying in the area after travelling from Cardff. Googled this restaurant so gave it a try. We had Pompadoms and chutney try for a starter 1 chicken Balti 1 chicken Pathia 1 plain rice and 1 coconut rice 1 plain nan and 1 garlic nan. All food was outstanding and so flavour some and piping hot. Staff were very friendly and chatty which was nice. Decent size portions and not over priced. Would recommend and would return if in the area again

WOW!!! Was a bit dubious because of the journey by OMG was amazing was piping hot and the taste was AMAZING 😁 we had our usual… onion baghi was out this world and same with mixed grill. Mains tasty as… recommend 100% can’t wait for next month take out treat as be back here in a heart beat

Ok food but the service tonight was very poor. Bordering on rude. Might not be going again.
