Our family of three had two halloumi and one chicken souvlaki all with fries. They were delicious! Love the mayo used. Highly recommended.

Great little place, family run (Greek family). everything I have had from them has been exceptional. AAA quality genuine Greek street food and if like me you are a fan of Gyros, you won't be disappointed it is just as big as it is in Greece so enough for a full meal imo.

I am regular customer for many years, the food is always fresh, flavoursome, cooked to perfection fresh and accompanied by generous sides,I would give them 10 stars if I could. There is a wait sometimes because each order is cooked to order, but isn't it worth the wait for good food? In line with the current cost of things, the prices are reasonable, and the service is always excellent. I particularly enjoy doner kebabs because they are thinly cut and cooked to perfection. In all these years I have never been disappointed with the quality and service. Today we have ordered chicken sheesh and battered fish, taste was so good that i couldn't resist myself from writing a review.

Sobrevalorado y sobreprecio. Cena muy decepcionante anoche. Servicio lento y torpe con comida a juego. Mi familia griega local tabernas sirve comida como buena y a aproximadamente un tercio del precio. El único plato bueno era la lubina. Los platos fueron sustituidos sin una palabra de disculpa - las verduras silvestres al vapor se convirtieron en coliflor. No se sirvió vino hasta que casi habíamos terminado nuestro primer plato. Increíble carta de vinos con botellas de hasta £ 10 mil pero solo una a menos de £ 100 en cada sección. Evitar.

The shrimp with lemon butter sauce are to die for. They recently changed the recipe and it’s simply amazing. Definitely worth a visit for those alone.

Ordered a cake from this place for a vegan colleague. The cake came in frozen and the birthday girl was so disappointed that she showed her true colours and told everyone at work she hated them and sat sulking in the corner for the rest of her shift. FYI she’s got a meeting today with the HR for behaviour issues. Thanks to this cake we were able to know how she truly is.

La comida es buena, sabrosa y muy bien presentada. Sin embargo, los precios son demasiado altos para lo que se ofrece. Mi amigo y yo disfrutamos de nuestros entrantes, 2 platos principales y 2 guarniciones con 2 botellas de agua, sin vino ni desierto, pero pagando £ 170 que es precios premium para lo que se sentía como 4 - comida de estrellas me dejó decepcionado. Nada extraordinario que justifique la empinada factura. Bueno para un derroche, pero no la mejor relación calidad-precio.

Good quality food, friendly staff at reasonable prices

first time ordered a delivery from this restaurant..it turned up early..which was great..when you are hungry..the food was hot..the portion was massive..meats great..salad and chips..pitta bread warm..side order of taramasater was lovely

We called in on a wet Sunday night after an early showing of a film at Cottage Road. The restaurant was very quiet with just a couple of tables occupied, one with a large group. There appeared to be only one waitress, but service was excellent - she was friendly, efficient and thorough and moved very fast - literally running up the stairs to the kitchen - and nothing was too much trouble. The food was very good - we had meatballs and spicy kofte for starters. Both were tasty and came with a basket of pitta bread. For main courses we had beef stifado. This comes with rice and we also ordered a portion of spinach and onion as a side. The stifado was delicious - you could taste the spices used in the sauce which was rich and full of flavour. All the food came piping hot and portions were generous. A couple of complimentary squares of baklava finished the meal off perfectly. This is a great little local restaurant with lovely food and fantastic service and we will definitely go again.

Food poisoning warning!🤮‼️ If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was once a loyal customer here, ordering from this place almost every week for years. It used to be a spot I could rely on for good food, but over the past couple of years, the quality has seriously declined. I’m not sure if it’s due to new management, changes in suppliers, or a different kitchen team, but something has shifted, and it’s not for the better. My last order was an absolute nightmare and something I’ll never forget. My family and I ordered fried burgers, and shortly after eating, we all started to feel unwell. What followed was the worst case of food poisoning I have ever experienced. All five of us were sick, vomiting every five minutes for 12 hours straight. It was a horrible experience that left us all completely drained. It’s clear something is wrong in the kitchen, maybe it’s the oil they’re using, poor handling of the meat, or unhygienic practices during food prep. Whatever the cause, it’s not safe. Food poisoning on this level doesn’t happen without serious lapses in food safety, and it’s unacceptable for a restaurant to risk their customers’ health in this way. I will never order from here again, no matter what. Even if it was offered as my last meal on my death bed, I’d refuse. This experience has left me with no trust in their food or hygiene practices, and I would strongly caution anyone considering eating here. -Edit- 1000% I got food poisoning from here. Doesn’t matter how much you sell. If you are reading this, avoid this place!
