Art's Greek Cuisine in Leicester

Amazing food with really great prices and huge portions. Really friendly service as well. Really enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

We booked a table for 8, staff very friendly and helpful. food was delicious and really good choice, good price and good portion sizes. Service was a little slow but there was only two staff members on and it was mid week. We didn't mind as we were a group of 8 catching up and chatting. would definately go again.

Came in one a random chance as i LOVE Greek food. And wow was it good!! Really flavourful food at a fair price! Got a chance to pratices my Greek with the owner. (Think i kinda shocked the owner by stating i like my frappé plain no sugar or milk) Had a wounderful lovely waitress! Had a really interesting convo with her on books and history. Atmosfear is top notch. Will 100% be coming back again!

Great place to eat Greek food. Also does pizzas, burgers and other cultures food. Very good food, decent prices. Staff are lovely and helpful too. It was a very enjoyable evening. I can recommend this restaurant for a nice evening out.

Delicious authentic food. Had the mixed grill, huge quantity, very tasty, well-grilled on the charcoals and plenty of meat.

Don’t bother booking a table. It won’t be honoured. Was told it was too busy. Isnt that the whole point of booking a table? Go to the olive on belvoir street instead.

Over stretched and understaffed. The booking system is a mockery as walk-up diners were accepted causing unacceptable delays for everyone. We had a table for 5 booked for 90 minutes from 6.30pm. Our starters were not served begore 8.00!. Not good for the 3 year old in our party. The table of 11 also booked for 6.30 half to wait 1hour 45 minutes for theirs. Sadly, the food was not really worth waiting for. One party is Greek and did not recognise the claim of authenticity. For my part the lamb giro had clearly suffered from reheating and was dry and under seasoned. So disappointing. Sent from Outlook for Android

It was the Gyros i ever had eat. The personal is really kind and give full service. Its good atmosphere in the restaurant.

Absolutley Spot on... I had Garides Saganaki and quite honestly I think its the nicest dish I have ever eaten!! The greek duo performing whilst you dined were amazing and I felt I had to tip them for entertaining us so well... Amazing place, thanks to everyone that works there.

Firstly the place itself is beautiful, very cosy. The food portions are huge and the prices are very good. However, the service is a let down. My houllomi tasted so burnt I could eat it, fold the waitress who struggled to understand and didn't really do much about it so I ended up just eating a starter and we left

Went for a meal with my family….This is the best Greek food we have had outside of Greece….the staff were all nice and attentive also…definitely recommend and will be visiting again

Ordered Pasticio and salads as takeaway. Found one piece burnt Pasticio with salad and chips. Was obviously microwaved. For £15? Really?

The people running this place are from Rhodes and have brought the flavours and ethos to Leicester. If you have tasted Greek food overseas, this is the real thing. What a pleasure it was to have Greek wine, beautiful white and red, not the house sludge you get served up in cheap Greek cafes over there, these were smooth warming without a hint of resin. What a surprise it was to order a light lunchtime snack to be given HUGE amounts of food. This is Greek feeding philosophy though. If you leave the restaurant and not feeling full, then they will feel they have let you down. They won't. Lovely people, lovely place to eat.

Went in because I was curious as it seems to have popped up recently, lovely English breakfast. Good coffee for around £7 all in, bargain. Great service, will be back!

What a find! The food at Art's is delicious and took us back to evening meals in the Greek Islands. It's clearly a family run affair, and the service and friendliness is evident from the moment you step inside. The food is classic Greek, with the grill being at the centre of muc h of the food. Good Greek fine too. We visited on consecutive days, the meals and service was so good. Highly recommended!
