The pizza I ate was very delicious. Also the tiramisu I ate was very nice. I would like to thank Mr. Ersin for his interest. The employees showed great interest. It was a real Italian restaurant.

While the food was excellent, the overall experience was unfortunately overshadowed by poor service. Upon arrival, the staff gave the impression that customers were an inconvenience, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. After a lengthy two-hour wait, my latte was served cold. When I politely brought this to the attention of the waitress, her response was dismissive, which was quite disappointing. I understand the restaurant was busy, and I appreciate the demands of such an environment; however, basic courtesy and attentiveness are fundamental to good customer service. Additionally, as I do not eat bacon, I requested to substitute it with extra feta or avocado. To my surprise, this request was refused, which I found unusual given that many other establishments accommodate such dietary preferences. While the food was enjoyable, the service left much to be desired and greatly diminished the overall experience. I hope these issues can be addressed to ensure a more positive experience for future patrons. Was fort time visiting this place but I don’t think I will be back .

I am highly dissatisfied. We went to Ergon deli today after seeing it highly recommended on tiktok. The first red flag was the dismissive staff when we went to ask for table because we had no idea about the QR code outside. When we got a table and ordered my boyfriends food came out 15 minutes before mine… I ordered a ham and cheese toastie, when it arrived the cheese wasn’t even melted. It was inedible. When we wen to pay we weren’t asked if our food was okay we were simply handed or bill. We then left after barley eating our food. We will not be returning. The service here is horrible.

It serves a very delicious Greek breakfast, close to the Arabic breakfast. There is waiting and reservations are made by barcode, and it can be made through the website.

One of the worst dining experiences in London so far. I don’t get why this restaurant is sooo overrated. The queue was super long, like 80 mins, not really a whole lot of complaints for that because there are indeed a lot of people got “scammed” by social media and wanted to come here and give it try. However, the experience started to get disappointing when we got into the restaurant; tables are wet, no utensils and plates served, water came only when we asked (glasses were very dirty at the bottom). And the most surprising thing is that there’s only one waitress for the entire half of the restaurant. A single lady is serving at least ten tables, so you can only imagine how inefficient the service was. The food came very late, and we immediately found three out of the four dishes are cold/ room temperature. Then I asked one waiter if that is how it supposed to be like. And he told me yea they just like that because of there yogurt blablabla. Okay fine I take it. But that is just not what I expected for brunches. Lastly, I wanted to mention that we observed the waitress was arguing with two customers over a seating issue. The whole argument lasted at least 8-10 mins. And the male waiter joined the conversation later, and it looks like that waiter wanted the customers to leave, so he kept the door open for several minutes and the cold wind from outside was blowing in all that time…… making the cold food even colder… what a joke…

I arrived at it after I booked through their website while I was at the hotel and the reservation is a queue and it tells you the remaining time and the number of tables. My reservation time coincided with me having about 90 minutes to go. This is the best solution to book in advance to avoid long standing at the door of the restaurant 😊 The first thing I noticed is that the service is very slow in terms of taking orders or even preparing them, and I think that the exaggerated delay is the reason for the long queue...😄 I ordered shakshuka ❤️, very excellent, semolina with eggs, coffee and tea. The taste was very excellent and worth the wait. I think I will go back to them again to try the pancakes

The breakfast was not as expected, and most of the popular and most requested dishes were unavailable. However, we ordered two different dishes, and I can say they were good.

The staff were friendly 10/10. The koulouri and Penirli Shakshuka was full of flavour also you have to try their flat white it’s smooth and delicious. Definitely worth a visit!!!

Shakuka is the most delicious thing I have tasted from them. It is normal that I go back to it, but just because of it.. 10/10 I don't recommend the white layer of the pancake as it is yoghurt, it tastes great, 2/10 Bagel with sesame, eggs with labneh, but I don't order it again. 5/10 As for orange juice with ice, it becomes water 🫢 And the cortado is not natural, delicious, delicious..

Great food and cozy atmosphere at Ergon Deli. However, on both of my visits, it felt a bit understaffed – there was only one person running around handling everything, which made service a bit slow. I’d recommend more staff members especially on busy days.

A reservation is required, so as soon as you come, ask about the barcode with which you can register your role, and if it is empty, you will be lucky. The food was normal and there was no innovation to eat. I would go back to it if it was not crowded

Not very friendly, bad service. They have open doors and plenty of seats but when you walk in they jump on you basically tell you can’t come in and try to get rid of you. If you need to book, or is exclusive, please put up some signs so you know. Not have doors open.

I had the poached eggs with bread, and it was perfection on a plate. The eggs were cooked to perfection, and the bread was fresh and delicious. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the quality of ingredients truly stood out. The ambiance was cozy, and the service was friendly and efficient.

The service was disappointing, and the staff were rude. Although tables were available, we waited about 88 minutes or more in line. The food took a long time to arrive, was served cold, and the coffee came much earlier than the food. Overall, the restaurant is overrated.

Quite disappointing visit on Saturday!! We arrived at 930 (party of 2) and joined the virtual queue. The weather was horrendous, rainy and very windy! Quite a few people were waiting outside with no updates regarding the tables whilst the second space on the left was “about to open”. We were left waiting in the rain when they could have at least let people in to avoid the bad weather. Staff kept going in and out of the empty area saying that “it will open soon”. Around 10 they started letting people in and we noticed that our queue number had increased! Apparently it’s based on party numbers and not how long you’ve been waiting for, which we found quite frustrating! After waiting for about 50 minutes in the rain and wind and had our virtual queue number increased even more (mind you there were still empty tables inside ) we decided to leave. Quite disappointed from a place I always used to recommend to friends!!

The que system is very bad, there were empty tables but they cant seat you because they have to wait for their virtual que system! Which showed a waiting time of 74 minutes! So i went to another restaurant that seated me in literally 5 mins while it was full

The restaurant manager is disrespectful and a bad experience!! I entered and there were many empty tables. I sat down and they said there was no room for it and my soul was free. Register and wait. I went out and registered and waited for half an hour. Then it was my turn. They sat me at an uncomfortable table and I said I wanted the second table. He didn't like that I didn't feel comfortable at the table he was sitting at and he said, Okay, let's go out?!!

We were in line for 87 min and than we were late 7 minutes and the manager asked us to wait in line again.

Additionally, when we arrived at the restaurant, it was nearly empty, and a waiter initially assigned us a table. However, without any explanation, they later asked us to move to a different table, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional.

It was not only inconvenient but also incredibly rude. Why seat us there in the first place if it was going to be an issue? The staff showed no consideration for how uncomfortable and unwelcome this made us feel. Instead of apologizing, they seemed indifferent and unbothered, as if we were the ones causing trouble. This level of disorganization and lack of basic hospitality is unacceptable for any restaurant. TL;DR disorganized service and mid food I went at 11am on a weekday. I joined the line along with other customers who seemed to be confused about the system. Later on, I found out about the website to join the online waitlist, which marked the beginning of chaos for 2 hours. The app had an estimated time left feature, which turned out to be super inaccurate. There were 3 tables of my group size in front of me. As time went by, the estimated time fluctuated between 40mins and 50mins. It never really decreased much, and even went up several times. Right when I was about to go somewhere, I got the message that my table was ready. When I got there, I noticed that the place was packed with dine-in customers as well as people ordering items to go. It seemed that staff were overwhelmed by the situation and they didn’t really know what they were doing. It took 10mins for me to get seated cuz I kept on getting different instructions. After I finally got seated, which was right by the line of customers ordering to-go food, I waited another 5 minutes for the server to bring the menu. I didn’t even get to fully read the menu cuz the server pressured me to give her an order asap. I got one of the most popular items, which came cold in 10mins. I understand that the Greek yogurt is supposed to be chill, but even the poached eggs felt like they were left in the fridge before being served. Overall, the food was mid. Definitely not worth the hassle. After I kept on asking for the bill, the server neglected my request (i saw them bringing the bill to people sitting close to me earlier). I was annoyed and went to the cashier to pay.

It’s the worst experience, the waiting was so long and the staff are rude, after I set they served me the coffee it gets cold before the food arrives, and when I told them it’s cold they gave me hot water!! I would recommend it to my worst enemies :)

The level of food is above average. The price is reasonable for London, as it is already expensive. There is nothing special about it in terms of taste. A very long wait exceeding two hours. Unfortunately, there was a mistake in the number of two tables in serving food according to priority. No apology was made as if nothing had happened. The tea was served and the temperature became cold and breakfast did not arrive. Not a good experience and I will not repeat the visit.

Cozy and quiet place with good staff and good food

One of the hot places in London, and be prepared for a queue! I had the Shakshuka Peinirli, their signature dish, and it was delicious. I will definitely come again to try their other dishes from the menu as well as their freshly baked bakeries.

Excellent food here at Ergon Deli, but prepare for it to take up the entirety of your morning. I got there at 8:30AM to scan and queue and there were already 5 tables in front of me. We got in an hour later and ordered, only for the food to take *36 minutes* to get to our table. Food was spectacular like usual, but I’ve been here total 3 times and the service keeps getting worse. You’d have better luck at Greggs so you can go about your day. Great eatery; Still a skip.

We waited in line for two hours and it’s so cold today.When it was our turn, the staff said that we needed to scan the code to make an appointment. There were empty seats in the store and we would not use them. The key scanning function can‘t be used. The implement is that you won’t take orders, and you can leave by yourself. The key is that there are dozens of people in a 5-meter-long queue outside, and the managers did not make any notices and explain the appointment rules. It‘s outrageous.
