A lovely place good waiters very pretentious and overpriced perfect to impress your date I found the lobster a bit too smoky and the sea bass a little bland but the prices are so high when you pay the bill you're in such a state of shock you forget about the food🤣🤣🤣

Visited on sunday afternoon for an early dinner and we had the best experience! All the dishes were so fresh, tasty, and full of flavour. Service went above and beyond, everyone was so attentive, especially our waiter Andreas. Overall great experience, will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommend the octopus and fava, as well their freshly made ice cream!

Excellent restaurant!!! The personnel was amazing and extremely professional. The food very tasty and of top quality. And the place very well decorated and with very good vibes. I think its the perfect place either for romantic dinner or for business dinner or for anything else. I have been there for several occasions and every time it's better than the last!!!!

We made an online reservation to celebrate a birthday. This was clear in the reservation notes after being prompted online. At arrival we were sat in a nice table in the middle of the restaurant. Everything seemed fine. We had a couple of questions about the menu and placed our orders and were really looking forward to our meal at this top-rated restaurant. We love Greek food and were expecting a nice experience. What we got hardly lived up to any reasonable expectation. We ordered a mix of starters including dips, stuffed courgette flowers and salad. The salad was fresh and lovely, but the dips were bland and a bit boring to be fair. Our mains were calamari prepared two ways and salmon. When they arrived we were surprised to have a plain calamari overcharged at the market price rather than the stuffed one that was ordered. The fried calamari was delicious though bland and I was embarrassed to ask for salt. The salmon was cooked perfectly. Service was perfunctory and neither warm nor attentive. We had to ask for the plate sitting on the table when we arrived to be replaced because it was chipped. How was this hazard overlooked by so many staff in the restaurant? We were genuinely disappointed that not a single person mentioned the special occasion we put in the reservation. Why does the online reservation portal ask if nobody will read it? Pretty much a waste of time. We ended up leaving early and continued to celebrate elsewhere. *We enjoyed our dessert after leaving Milos! Looking back, there was another table that left very quickly after being served their meal. We wondered why they left so fast. No one in the restaurant seemed eager to stay and order more. To sum up, service was OK, but not warm or inviting. The flavours were fresh, but neither stood out nor were better than the standards we enjoyed in Greece or in London. When we left we wished that we had gone elsewhere. The salad at £49 and courgette flowers at £32 for two were overpriced and did not represent any sort of fair value for the flavours.

Although I missed taking pictures, everything else was absolutely amazing. Without a doubt, this is the best seafood in the city—I'm confident in that statement. The flavors were incredible, thanks to the fresh, organic ingredients that truly make a difference. The staff was also fantastic, offering great help in assembling the perfect dishes that complemented each other beautifully. To top it off, the wine selection was outstanding. Highly recommend!

It wasn’t my first time here as I’ve been eating in Milos London for many years and every time my expectations are fulfilled. The design of the place is simple and beautiful. I must say I miss the candles on tables that were present before as it was more climatic however still the whole restaurant is beautiful and elegant yet I always feel like returning home very cosy and friendly - just right. The food is impeccable. The fish and seafood options so fresh that it is mind blowing not mentioning the yoghurt that is so delicious with simple honey and nuts that I could eat it everyday. Great wine but when eating in Milos an ouzo is a must. Olive oil is also great, with fresh herbs that only boost its flavour. What adds to this amazing experience each time is a super friendly service that is always open to explain and give great dish recommendations or have a small chat which makes me feel extremely comfortable every time that I’m here. It is an exception that a restaurant that is opening more places worldwide can still keep up this exceptional standard each time. This should be an example of how a restaurant should run (for example to LMP which was nice in London yet in Cannes was disgusting). Great job for Milos here! It’s no wonder that every time when I come to London my first stop is Milo’s and it will definitely remain this way. A dinner in Milo’s is an experience that I would and I will definitely recommend to everyone. Writing this review, I already can’t wait to be back.

A very good place for a business lunch. Simple choices on the menu and all very healthy. Greek salad is a must and all main course options are very good. Especially the salmon.

I ordered half a dozen oysters. The oyster shells were huge and the meat was only one-tenth of the oyster shells. I ordered a drink, but it didn’t arrive until I paid the bill. Order red shrimps and serve them as regular shrimps The waiter also told me that red shrimps are very expensive...

Came here a couple weeks ago for a lovely Sunday lunch with the family. Restaurant has great food (especially the ceviche and grilled octopus), lovely quiet atmosphere but the star of the show was our lovely hostess Silvia who was very attentive, welcoming and made sure we had a fantastic time. Will definitely be back soon 🥰

Milos is a great discovery! The staff are very welcoming and attentive, making the experience pleasant from the moment you arrive. The food was excellent: the lamb and salmon were perfectly cooked, and the appetizers delicious. I also really appreciated the presentation of the vegetable and fish stalls in the center of the restaurant, which were spotlessly clean. However, I found that the place lacked a little warmth, especially because of the lights. A great address despite this little detail!

Comparing with the amount I paid, I give it maximum 1 star, very expensive restaurant, and not delicious food at all, the food is good, the service is bad, the price is expensive, I didn’t like the general atmosphere.

Excellent atmosphere and attentive service,. Food was very good especially the lobster linguine which was worth the surcharge in the pre-theater menu. Yoghurt for dessert was homemade and very well done, starters were nice too. Only thing was the sea bream was served with bones inside the dish which is not what we expected. It would be helpful for the chef to debone entirely or have a heads up when ordering.

Milos ... a corner of authentic Greece in the center of London ... the delicate flavor of the sea among the dishes served in a setting of style and elegance, but ... with Silvia the welcome is at home, with courtesy and professionalism. Silvia has grace even with the little ones, our Brando constantly looked for her affectionately during his stay in the club.

It was amazing from start to finish! The staff were exceptional, starting with the friendly girl who helped me book the table, to the attentive waiters and thoughtful manager who made us feel so welcome. The atmosphere was beautiful, and the food was absolutely delicious. Don’t leave without trying their yogurt martini dessert. Highly recommend this place for an unforgettable dining experience.

Fantastic food but ridiculously overpriced. Certainly top quality fish deserves 5 stars, but the price per kilo was astonishingly high. Go prepared for an expensive delicious dinner with fish.

We recently had lunch at Milos; what a great experience. The very freshest fish is cooked simply but well. The Octopus starter was outstanding. The restaurant has such a lovely atmosphere, partly because the front of the front-of-house team and knowledgable and fun.

The restaurant is beautiful, very good food, but full of pranks for those who sleep over and ask for the chef's menu. They charged us VAT, in addition to the dishes having extra charges

Very nice place, fresh food, good atmosphere, friedly staff.

I dined here for around £210 per person. While the service was good, the food didn’t quite justify the price. I ordered the carabinero prawns, which weren’t particularly fresh. The waiter suggested I soak the prawn heads in alcohol, but it only worsened the taste. The atmosphere initially seemed promising with the high ceilings, but the seafood display looked rather shabby and detracted from the ambiance. If possible, I would recommend sitting at one of the tables on the left side of the restaurant. As shown in the photos, the food was presented plainly without any decoration—just simple, bare dishes that felt far from being worth the price. And without the added decoration, the flavours themselves certainly didn’t stand out enough to compensate.

The venue it’s in an amazing area of London. Service made by young passionate and professional people. High quality food, really well prepared. Really recommend the shrimp with the wine shot.

This place is seafood done really, really well. Tuna starters were some of the best I’ve ever had; zucchini, crudite and peppers were amazing, too. In general most of the starters were absolutely fab. Salt baked fish was moist and flaky, not crazy in terms of flavor but decent. Lamb chops were a miss for me personable, stick to the seafood. Vegetable sides were slightly bland, desserts were okay - we had the dessert platter and that had some hits and some misses. The restaurant itself is very large and spacious, comfortable, the fresh fish / vegetable spread that you choose from is a very cool feature. Service was friendly and quick. Prices are steep, it came to about 250pp for a 13 head table… if you have the money to spend and love seafood, do try.

El personal es muy atento, servicial y educado. El diseño es muy modesto y definitivamente un clásico. Es mi opción número uno para los mariscos en Londres.

Lovely restaurant, we went there to celebrate our friend's birthday. Every single dish was gorgeous, the service was impeccable, our server took time to explain every dish that we weren't sure about so we'd be informed, we laughed with the staff and even took a selfie with all of them. People were smiling, music was authentic Greek, our starters, mains and desserts were amazing. This restaurant matches its reputation.

This was a very disappointing experience especially after dining at some of the other locations. All of the Milos locations tend to be expensive but this meal felt much more painful. Understanding that the core of this restaurant is excellent ingredients prepared simply but to perfection this meal lacked in execution and substance. Greek salad was good not great and at nearly 30 pounds it should be life-changing. The Milos special again was good not great. It tasted of dirty fryer oil. The octopus was very overcooked which is sad because it’s one of my favorites. Also odd that is garnished with a bay leaf that you can’t eat. The sea bream again was good not great. As a fan of their other restaurants I would certainly skip this one.

The food has got great authentic flavours with small creative touches like parsley in the olive oil with the bread or capari on the lavolemono with the fish They got one or two things like wine and coffee wrong, but the highly Protestant immediately took responsibility and set things right! The highest degree of praise from me for this reason I willll return

Hi my wife was very excited to go here and we staying at corinthia and walked in there thinking it be nice good service as we walk in the waitress really nice we ordered the oysters were great and the Greek salad very average Then we ordered the fish sea bass salt bake they said will take an hour which is fine and then we got the fish and there was bone in like every two bites I ate I understand there can be bones but that many so I left said didnt want it bare in mind this is like over a £200 fish no manager nothing came up to me and my wife had few bones and could show them about six seven on plate and no one came up to say sorry about the fish why it happend or nothing asked for the bill the manager came himself and gave the bill no apologies nothing and walked away So I called him he wouldn’t give his name and i said okay this fish was bad he said we examined it ure lieing no bones and i said what about the 8-10 on our plate he then said its normal to get them tthis many so he changed his tune just very unprofessional manger to a restaurant like this very disappointed and then he said I can take the service charge off. I was like it’s optional anyway So was very disappointed in the end They took the fish straight away before could take photos

Delicious and tasty food prepared and cooked to Greek and Mediterranean recipes. We had the lunch menu offer, good value for money. Excellent food quality and customer service.

We had the pre theater menu. A great choice of food. The salad & filit mignon and deserts were wonderful. Great service. Very friendly. Very clean and nice atmosphere.

This was my first visit. The staff were well informed and friendly. We ordered the set menu. I had the salmon lentil salad followed by the fillet mignon brochettes and enjoyed both thoroughly. My companion had the grilled octopus which was excellent followed by lobster pasta. We were treated to a special selection of desserts to celebrate a special occasion and the service provided by Eleni and Georgia was superb. Wish more restaurants provided service like this. Will go back.

Rarely do I give 5 stars across the board - but Milos is worth it. Lovely location at the bottom of Regent St, Lovely interior of fake marble, bright lighrs, starched linen and dozens of waiting staff; there is a mezzanine to look down from and a wine cellar for show in the basement. Nice washrooms. This Hellanic fish specialist is bloody expensive. I ate off the pre-theatre menu at £32 for 3 courses; I could not see myself to spending twice that on a bottle of wine so I drank by the glass: both Greek vintages one sparkling, one dry white, both exceptionally perfumed. Food delicious, home baked bread with fresh oregano oil, a Dakos salad, a lightly seared salmon fillet, baklava and ice cream - just delicious. Flavours lip-smackingly on point. If anything , the portions were too big, and the first course came too fast, but these are minor quibbles. Good service. Good to see tables for two seated corner to corner. Great to see the restaurant filling up as I left. A really good experience and hopefully I can return with enough cash for the excellent Greek wine list.

The best fish restaurant in London...were recently at Guy's restaurant. Almost identical menus... but the quality in Milos is incomparably higher... but Gaya has something to work on...

Delicious vegetarian options and the staff were nice about my assistance dog. I have been to almost all of the Milos locations and this one matches the standard of its North American counterparts in Vegas, NYC, and Montreal.

I visited Milos Estiatorio, located on a nice street. The staff was amazing throughout the entire night, making it a very pleasant experience. The food was great, and the portions were fantastic. We tried the pre-theater menu for £32, which included three courses. I highly recommend it.

I loved this location of Milos. It was my favorite so far! It's a very nice space and our table for 8 was in the middle of the restaurant yet we did not feel in the way at all. The service was very efficient and also friendly. Once we settled in for our cocktails and perused the menu the star of the show was the large table with ice and all types of fresh seafood - including live langoustines. Our server was able to suggest just the right portions (which seemed too much while we were choosing but in the end were perfect). We even had room for dessert!

Restaurant is beautiful in a very nice location in St James. However the food was mediocre, the service seemed rushed and the food was ok. But this place is a real ripoff. A Greek salad was £42 was a real ripoff for such a place.

The best ones are the Dubai branch and the New York branch

This really is an outstanding restaurant with authentic fresh Greek food. By far the best Greek restaurant I’ve managed to find in the UK. The Greek salad is truly awesome with tomatoes that taste like they’ve just been picked on a sunny afternoon in Crete. We started with a selection of sushi, courgette tower, fried calamari, octopus, and a traditional Greek platter with Tzatziki, pita etc. Add to this the fabulous olive oil with fresh oregano and bread was simply delicious. We also had some lovely Greek wine from Santorini. When we got to the main course, we shared some lamb chops and a large grilled bream, with red pepper, cauliflower and asparagus sides. Service as always outstanding.

Excellent food, very good service

So many times we walked past “Milo’s”, glamorous, high-end, a place to spoil yourself and your partner. So we took the plunge. It’s Greek, but this is high-end Athens Greek. It’s about the fish & the seafood make no mistake, but it has variety, which is rare in London. And it delivers. The quality of the fish is top level, SUPER fresh. You can see the regulars attending this place. You feel special inside, so glamorous but not pretentious. Dress smart to belong rather than to impress. The waiters are serious about their fish, they bring you over to the fresh platters or bring the fish recommendations to you. There’s meat too, but you have to love fish to come and some Greek surprises along the way, in using a vegetarian dish which was stunning. Best described as “you go when you need to attend to your style-needs and eat only good quality food, no compromises. So you come to Milos and soak up the dining hall atmosphere, the best that london can offer”. I’m hooked.

Yes, it is expensive but unlike a lot of other places the food is of genuine fantastic quality . They do not skimp on the ingredients

Very well prepared fish, lovely wines to accompany. Knowledgeable staff. I especially enjoyed the Greek salad, the heirloom beets, and the large prawns. The fava beans were quite nice too. We also had the sea bream, which was excellently cooked and very delicate. They do a lovely cherry liqueur cocktail which makes a perfect dessert.
