Lovely restaurant, we went there to celebrate our friend's birthday. Every single dish was gorgeous, the service was impeccable, our server took time to explain every dish that we weren't sure about so we'd be informed, we laughed with the staff and even took a selfie with all of them. People were smiling, music was authentic Greek, our starters, mains and desserts were amazing. This restaurant matches its reputation.

This was a very disappointing experience especially after dining at some of the other locations. All of the Milos locations tend to be expensive but this meal felt much more painful. Understanding that the core of this restaurant is excellent ingredients prepared simply but to perfection this meal lacked in execution and substance. Greek salad was good not great and at nearly 30 pounds it should be life-changing. The Milos special again was good not great. It tasted of dirty fryer oil. The octopus was very overcooked which is sad because it’s one of my favorites. Also odd that is garnished with a bay leaf that you can’t eat. The sea bream again was good not great. As a fan of their other restaurants I would certainly skip this one.

The food has got great authentic flavours with small creative touches like parsley in the olive oil with the bread or capari on the lavolemono with the fish They got one or two things like wine and coffee wrong, but the highly Protestant immediately took responsibility and set things right! The highest degree of praise from me for this reason I willll return

Hi my wife was very excited to go here and we staying at corinthia and walked in there thinking it be nice good service as we walk in the waitress really nice we ordered the oysters were great and the Greek salad very average Then we ordered the fish sea bass salt bake they said will take an hour which is fine and then we got the fish and there was bone in like every two bites I ate I understand there can be bones but that many so I left said didnt want it bare in mind this is like over a £200 fish no manager nothing came up to me and my wife had few bones and could show them about six seven on plate and no one came up to say sorry about the fish why it happend or nothing asked for the bill the manager came himself and gave the bill no apologies nothing and walked away So I called him he wouldn’t give his name and i said okay this fish was bad he said we examined it ure lieing no bones and i said what about the 8-10 on our plate he then said its normal to get them tthis many so he changed his tune just very unprofessional manger to a restaurant like this very disappointed and then he said I can take the service charge off. I was like it’s optional anyway So was very disappointed in the end They took the fish straight away before could take photos

Delicious and tasty food prepared and cooked to Greek and Mediterranean recipes. We had the lunch menu offer, good value for money. Excellent food quality and customer service.

We had the pre theater menu. A great choice of food. The salad & filit mignon and deserts were wonderful. Great service. Very friendly. Very clean and nice atmosphere.

This was my first visit. The staff were well informed and friendly. We ordered the set menu. I had the salmon lentil salad followed by the fillet mignon brochettes and enjoyed both thoroughly. My companion had the grilled octopus which was excellent followed by lobster pasta. We were treated to a special selection of desserts to celebrate a special occasion and the service provided by Eleni and Georgia was superb. Wish more restaurants provided service like this. Will go back.

Rarely do I give 5 stars across the board - but Milos is worth it. Lovely location at the bottom of Regent St, Lovely interior of fake marble, bright lighrs, starched linen and dozens of waiting staff; there is a mezzanine to look down from and a wine cellar for show in the basement. Nice washrooms. This Hellanic fish specialist is bloody expensive. I ate off the pre-theatre menu at £32 for 3 courses; I could not see myself to spending twice that on a bottle of wine so I drank by the glass: both Greek vintages one sparkling, one dry white, both exceptionally perfumed. Food delicious, home baked bread with fresh oregano oil, a Dakos salad, a lightly seared salmon fillet, baklava and ice cream - just delicious. Flavours lip-smackingly on point. If anything , the portions were too big, and the first course came too fast, but these are minor quibbles. Good service. Good to see tables for two seated corner to corner. Great to see the restaurant filling up as I left. A really good experience and hopefully I can return with enough cash for the excellent Greek wine list.

The best fish restaurant in London...were recently at Guy's restaurant. Almost identical menus... but the quality in Milos is incomparably higher... but Gaya has something to work on...

Delicious vegetarian options and the staff were nice about my assistance dog. I have been to almost all of the Milos locations and this one matches the standard of its North American counterparts in Vegas, NYC, and Montreal.

I visited Milos Estiatorio, located on a nice street. The staff was amazing throughout the entire night, making it a very pleasant experience. The food was great, and the portions were fantastic. We tried the pre-theater menu for £32, which included three courses. I highly recommend it.

I loved this location of Milos. It was my favorite so far! It's a very nice space and our table for 8 was in the middle of the restaurant yet we did not feel in the way at all. The service was very efficient and also friendly. Once we settled in for our cocktails and perused the menu the star of the show was the large table with ice and all types of fresh seafood - including live langoustines. Our server was able to suggest just the right portions (which seemed too much while we were choosing but in the end were perfect). We even had room for dessert!

Restaurant is beautiful in a very nice location in St James. However the food was mediocre, the service seemed rushed and the food was ok. But this place is a real ripoff. A Greek salad was £42 was a real ripoff for such a place.

This really is an outstanding restaurant with authentic fresh Greek food. By far the best Greek restaurant I’ve managed to find in the UK. The Greek salad is truly awesome with tomatoes that taste like they’ve just been picked on a sunny afternoon in Crete. We started with a selection of sushi, courgette tower, fried calamari, octopus, and a traditional Greek platter with Tzatziki, pita etc. Add to this the fabulous olive oil with fresh oregano and bread was simply delicious. We also had some lovely Greek wine from Santorini. When we got to the main course, we shared some lamb chops and a large grilled bream, with red pepper, cauliflower and asparagus sides. Service as always outstanding.

So many times we walked past “Milo’s”, glamorous, high-end, a place to spoil yourself and your partner. So we took the plunge. It’s Greek, but this is high-end Athens Greek. It’s about the fish & the seafood make no mistake, but it has variety, which is rare in London. And it delivers. The quality of the fish is top level, SUPER fresh. You can see the regulars attending this place. You feel special inside, so glamorous but not pretentious. Dress smart to belong rather than to impress. The waiters are serious about their fish, they bring you over to the fresh platters or bring the fish recommendations to you. There’s meat too, but you have to love fish to come and some Greek surprises along the way, in using a vegetarian dish which was stunning. Best described as “you go when you need to attend to your style-needs and eat only good quality food, no compromises. So you come to Milos and soak up the dining hall atmosphere, the best that london can offer”. I’m hooked.

Yes, it is expensive but unlike a lot of other places the food is of genuine fantastic quality . They do not skimp on the ingredients

Very well prepared fish, lovely wines to accompany. Knowledgeable staff. I especially enjoyed the Greek salad, the heirloom beets, and the large prawns. The fava beans were quite nice too. We also had the sea bream, which was excellently cooked and very delicate. They do a lovely cherry liqueur cocktail which makes a perfect dessert.

Three course weekday set lunch at £45 is excellent value for fresh fish. Great iced display of fish looks very tempting. Good Greek wines by the glass. Signature sourdough bread with olive oil and freshly snipped oregano is a nice start.

This place was a fantastic experience, and not least because of Bar Marmanager Savas, who was one of the most skilled, engaged and sypathetic people I have met on a bar tour in a long time. he just knew his Job to perfection, and told and showed how he mixed his drinks, we came into the bar to get a drink, but probably ended up with 4 pieces, and at the same time we had been served the most delicious small Tapas dishes by Savas. this is not only a restaurant where you can get super delicious food on the menu, but it is definitely also a great bar 🍹 experience...thanks to Savas and Andrea for that

This is for sure one of the best restaurants in London and beyond. The menu offers the best of Greek cuisine focusing around the freshest seafood and vegetables. Unfortunately it’s a quite noisy, I have to say. For a dinner, you should expect about £150 per person.

It’s a beautiful Greek restaurant in the center of London. The food is high quality and they have a beautiful fish and vegetables display where you can choose the fish. I’ve dined here several times and every time the food was excellent and the service very professional. The fresh baked bread with their olive oil and fresh oregano is great. The Greek salad is delicious. I recommend the grilled aubergine, they are amazing!

Securing a last-minute reservation was a stroke of luck, and the attentive service certainly added to the experience. However, while the service shone, the cuisine fell a bit short—mediocre dishes at a high price point. The overall experience was pleasant, but the value didn't quite match the cost, leaving a sense that it might not entirely justify the expense.

Completely excellent. Took a valued client out for a nice meal here. Service was generally very good. It sometimes took a little more time to get attention than I would have liked, but the team were always eager to please and went out of their way to help. Food was just all round exceptional. For a group of 4 we chose three small plates to start (Milo’s special, calamari, greek salad) plus one oyster for each of us. For main we all had a lobster pasta each, and for desert we chose Greek yogurt and a filo pastry dish. Everything was exquisite, fresh and full of flavour. Atmosphere was very nice. Nothing flamboyant, just understated pleasant luxury. We weren’t rushed at all. It was expensive, but that’s what we were expecting. It was worth the price, unlike many other London overpriced places. All round, thoroughly recommended and we will be back when we want a luxury and genuinely good meal.

I think Milos is overrated restaurant, service is kind of slow and the fish is standard. If you have a special guest for business meeting, it can be used only that way as the atmosphere is elegant. However, there are many options in London…

Certes, vu de l’extérieur, ce restaurant donne envie d’y entrer. C’est vrai, le personnel est sympathique, la salle du bas agréable (oui, celle du bas car celle du haut est beaucoup moins.) Côté carte elle est difficilement lisible etant entendu qu’elle mélange des termes grecs et anglais. Côté tarif c’est trop cher La salle est bruyante

Bons poissons, belle présentation mais certains plats sont beaucoup trop salés. Le carde et le décor sont sublimes mais c’est un endroit extrêmement bruyant ! Impossible de parler à table sans crier, ou alors juste à son voisin mais ce n’est pas très convivial à plusieurs. Les vins sont hors de prix. Nous avons pris 2 bouteilles et le sommelier n’a pas pris la peine de nous faire déguster la deuxième. Service déplorable (sauce renversée sur nos vêtements, on nous passe devant allègrement pour servir notre voisin…..) et ensuite on voudrait bien un pourboire…..ben voyons ! Je n’y retournerai pas et je ne peux pas recommander !

Great location, and lovely fried courgettes. Otherwise, a TOTAL RIP OFF! Service was very average. When you get in the restaurant it smells very fishy, as if you were at the fish monger. The floor was dirty, very greasy. By far, the worst restaurant l have ever been. It’s a total extortion: £42 for a medium size plate of courgettes; same for a medium size of fried calamari. If you want to experience a very average food restaurant, with pretentious and cold atmosphere, and get ripped off for the privilege of it, go and visit this place.

I had an unfortunate experience! The assigned table next to the kitchen had a strong odor, so we politely asked for a change. However, the waitress responded rudely, raising her voice. Due to their bad attitude we were unable to stay and we left immediately. Disappointing customer service!

Amazing food, service and atmosphere!!

Wanted to try this place out so ventured on the lunch special. Good: initial ambience and service suitable for dining for one or many. Not as good: I chose the raw fish taster and was not told what the four fish were. So they were devoured completely but I only could be confident on one fish. Also good: the service - attentive but not in your face. Lovely - salmon with the beans covered in many teeny tiny leaves - very tasty Heavenly - walnut cake of many flavours - ice cream went perfectly with it. Bonus: chose a glass of white wine off the menu randomly and it went together rather nicely.

I recently dined at Milos London, a Greek seafood restaurant located at 1 Regent Street. The experience was delightful. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, the quality of the ingredients justifies the cost. I particularly enjoyed the grilled salmon and beetroot salad, both of which were exquisitely prepared and bursting with flavor. For dessert, the baklava paired with ice cream was simply amazing, striking the perfect balance between sweet and savory. Extremely disappointing. Food was okay — we had the octopus to start which was very good. The mains were mediocre & the steamed greens were too fibrous. Sorbet was also very good. Choosing the fish was a fun experience. More disappointing, was the service. Two men sat opposite us were acting strangely, taking pictures without our consent. At first it was unclear as to what they were doing, and I thought perhaps they were trying to take photos of the Christmas lights behind us. Then three men on the table next to them who were also staring at us, made the manager aware of their actions. He did nothing about the situation, so they then came over to our table to make us aware & confirmed what was going on. Obviously extremely concerned about the issue, we then spoke to the manager, who tried to justify the situation by saying the two men “were regulars”, and walked off. Frankly, I would expect the safety & dining experience of ANY customer to be prioritised, not just the regulars. We left extremely upset and unhappy. This was supposed to be my birthday celebrations and it seriously took the shine off the whole event. Our waitress however, was lovely and attentive. Would not recommend.

This is a beautiful restaurant in a lovely part of London, full of glitzy customers, however we found the service to be very average and the prices to be absolutely outrageous! Really, £42 for a Greek Salad (as others have written here) is the most ridiculous price for any dish I've ever eaten, and I've eaten at the best restaurants in London and around the globe! The Salted Sea Bass worked out to be £120 per kg! One visit will be enough for me.

This is one of the worst and most overpriced restaurants I have ever been to, and I have eaten in most of the top London restaurants. The outside looks good but thereafter it is dreadful. Too many tables squeezed in, loud tuneless Greek music which means everyone has to shout. Prices are a joke (£38.50 for a small Greek salad). And the food is unremarkable. With only 4 glasses of house champagne, no wine or desert, it cost us £360 for 2 people. I have eaten better food in a local Greek restaurant!

Regularly visit, and it never disappoints. A wide range of delicious dishes, spectacular decor and lovely staff. Definitely becoming a favourite — can’t wait to be back. Visited for my mother’s birthday dinner, and everything was top-notch. The lobster pasta and the Milos Special (fried courgette and aubergine tower) are especially good. Also great wine and unique Greek desserts. Everything tends to be pretty perfect, and they’re open late, so a great option for a last-minute dinner after a long day.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience prawns were overcooked and cold husband's lamb chops very small and underwhelming, the table next to us had a portion of chops a lot larger than us, asked for medium were well done, the wine at 174.00 a bottle was left on another table after filling up glass once , waiting for glass to be filled I put it on our table the greek potatoes are chips greek potatoes are cooked with olive oil and garlic, so 3 very small lamb chops and chips was about 40.00 we asked for the 38.00 service charge to be taken off, as it was not justified left hungry and disappointed on our wedding anniversary still 300.00 bill for very little

The.places is good. A bit pricey for what it is. Service is pretty good. Food was ok and compared with other fish restaurants in the area is very good. However; when compared with fish restaurants elsewhere is sort of average. It is great that is one of the few restaurants in London where you can get a whole fish (with head and everything) and the variety is great. It is a good place to eat. My only issue is that I think the price is too high because of fish in offer are not necessarily local. I think having exotic fish is great but having the possibility of ordering cheaper local fish would make it more attractive to people.

The food was all very delicious. Staff are well trained, and provided professional and attentive service. Originally had second thoughts about coming here due to some of the less stellar reviews, but found the experience excellent on a Friday night. The place is very expensive and seafood is the main theme, so it might not align with all dining preferences and budgets. Each dish was really well prepared. Hard to go wrong with Gillardeau oysters, octopus and fried Barbouni. The Ekmek Kataifi dessert was a delight. Not sure when I’ll be back but Milos London left a very memorable experience.

Great location just off Piccadilly Circus with clean and yummy Greek food served to perfection. Meat, seafood, veggies, desserts are all delicious and done well. Beautiful dinning room with high ceilings, plenty of natural light and professional service. The food is the real hero of the night and everything here is good. The perfect spot to walk to after a matinee in SoHo.
