Very nice Greek restaurant in a very good location in London! I liked the food but spinach rice was a bit salty for my taste. Also the starter size could have been bigger given the price. Other than that everything was good.

Amazing restaurant. The food is simply delicious. The atmosphere is great. I went there so many times, during lunch or dinner, and it’s always great. You can go there with friends. I remember I invited a group of 10 for a birthday and it was amazing. I definitely recommend !!!

As a group of four, we were looking for an upscale Greek restaurant, and this place exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we walked in, the elegant yet warm atmosphere set the tone for a wonderful evening. The service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was simply outstanding, with authentic Greek flavors presented in a refined and modern way. Every dish, from the appetizers to the main courses and desserts, was perfectly prepared and beautifully plated. The quality of the ingredients was evident, and the flavors transported us straight to Greece. The wine selection was excellent, offering a great variety of Greek and international wines that paired wonderfully with our meals. The attention to detail in both the food and the service truly made this a standout experience. If you’re looking for high-quality Greek cuisine in London, Opso is a must-visit. We left highly impressed and will definitely return!

Dinner, sat downstairs, nice and quiet, great service. Ordered the Lamb shank, potato puree, pita bread, calamari, cauliflower steak. Lamb shank and potato puree were very nice, a bit too cheesy, made me feel very full but quite delicious. everything else was normal, but the cauliflower steak was really really bad, i do not recommend getting it. Also ordered two drinks, cocktail and mocktail, both quite nice. overall the price is not worth it, 208 for 2 people.

Lamb chops were expensive, they were overcooked and the portion size was ridiculously small. Everything else was good. Wine list is expensive

The staff were really nice, especially in the cloakroom, and the person serving us was friendly and sweet. Deserts good. But £3 per person for tap water? £43 for octopus? £14 for a slice of cheesecake? That was shocking. The food was good, but definitely not good enough for the price. The portions were tiny, and given the random location and the small size of the restaurant, it just didn’t justify the cost. I was practically sitting in a walkway. I’ve eaten all over the world, and I couldn’t believe what they were charging. For the price of this meal, I could have eaten twice in any other restaurant. Or I could have booked a return flight to Greece, had a meal there, and still spent less. Absolutely outrageous. Some people even order from here ? Unless it is Elon Musk who has a tiny appetite I don’t see how they can justify the price and portion size.

Came here for an event in their underground venue. The service was absolutely spot on. Food was impeccable. Every taster dish we tried was cooked perfectly and tasted great. The aubergine and beef ragu with crispy potatoes was a brilliant blend of meaty, crispy and veggie goodness. Wow, that lamb came right off the bone for mains. I have never had lamb and truffle. Great combination. The lobster had to be my favourite main course taster. Although every dish was just perfect. Cannot fault this place enough if you are looking for a corporate event, downstairs is intimate and quiet. But perfect for displays or general meetings. 5/5 from me and a business perspective. I've come here twice, once with family and another with a friend. We ordered the lamb shank each time and I will definitely be returning for it again, while trying others on the menu . The staff let us talk and enjoy our food, and remained attentive during a busy evening. Location is quant which adds to the charm of the visit.

The beef shin and baked cauliflower were absolutely delicious! The beef was so tender and it just fell apart, packed with flavour. The cauliflower with the creamy sauce was perfect as a side. The salad was okay, their mains were the highlight!

We ordered the Valentine’s Day set menu. The food was fresh and delicious, though a bit limited in variety. Overall, it was a nice experience. I hope the restaurant’s ambiance could be a bit more romantic.

Lovely atmosphere and a great taste however, the chicken we ordered was pink on the tights. We told the waiter we won’t be eating the rest of the chicken given it was not cooked fully and we had a pregnant person present at the table. The response we got from the waiter was not all chicken is going to cook fully and it is safe to eat even for pregnant people.

One of the best meals i've had, at a restaurant, in London for a long, long time. The whole experience was fab, wonderful atmosphere at OPSO, service was friendly and attentive and food was absolutely delicious.

Love the food and atmosphere. The lamb shank was definitely worth a try. I recommend sharing between at least 2 persons because it was pretty big for small appetites. A bit pricey but worth the price to try once. I was not quite satisfied with the service as the waiters kept trying to take away our plates and drinks before we finish everything and having a nice chat. We were a party of 3 and we found out later it was because they had another party of 6 waiting for our table. I felt like they could have planned the seating out better or just kindly ask us to move to the table next to us instead of passive aggressively asking us to leave. We spent almost £70 per head and this is not the service we were expecting. Otherwise, it would have been a very good experience. Will probably not come back for a 2nd time.

What I can see in this restaurant is they sent all the Asian customers to underground even they got some empty tables in ground floor. Definitely not recommended. Strong favoritism on race.

Very disappointing in terms of food quantity and price. For having traveled all over Greece and eating Greek all over the world This restaurant is not a good Greek restaurant but rather a total scam. Greek dishes are known to be hearty even in gourmet restaurants. Here the dishes are small at prices that are too expensive for what they are. £60 for a ground meatball taco (cheapest meat) and a failed favas which is bland. The prices are worth neither the quantity of the dishes nor the quality. To flee...

Ate downstairs, a brunch / lunch shared with a friend. Service and greeting you receive on arrival is well above Londpn average. Shall visit again.

One of the best Turkish restaurant in London. They offer a variety of dishes from Turkish cuisine. Especially Hünkar Beğendi is a must try.

The truffled lamb shank didn’t disappoint, taste was very balanced, finished the whole dish by my self! Th charred broccolini was alright, I recall it was a bit cold and didn’t have that smoky taste that I was anticipating.

More of a 4.5 than 4 overall which is reflective of its historic average. The overall experience was solid and we had some great dishes. I wouldn’t say anything blew us away so can’t give it a 5. Plus it’s on pricier side so I had higher expectations given the price point. We tried both the lamb shank and the wagyu which were highly recommended by the waiter, which again, were decent but not great given the price. The moussaka and the rice with spinach & dill (forgot the name for it) and the dessert was pretty good and one of the better dishes of the night. I also don’t appreciate restaurants that charge you a service fee automatically and then give you a payment screen to add more tips, just very sneaky and leaves a sour taste in your mouth at the end of the meal.

We came here for dinner and ordered tzatziki with toasted pita, Greek salad, grilled lettuce and baby chicken with potato purée. One would definitely love it if they love cheese (all sorts of), however, having cheese or dairy products in every dish is a bit overwhelming. The baby chicken nailed it perfectly with its tenderness and perfect couple with the potato purée. Grilled lettuce was amazing at the first bite, but too sour at last. Greek salad had the greatest cherry tomato, juicy and sweet. The service was great, the staffs were lovely. Worth trying but some dishes do not worth the price.

Food is good but not amazing. For its high price it should be better. I wouldn’t come back or recommend.

Pricey, but do much worth it. Every dish, every cocktail was delicious. Was lucky to be there during the 10-year anniversary celebrations.

I went as I've been a fee times but not for a while and its always been amazing. Sadly I feel the portions have reduced 50% and prices are up 30%. £17 for a Greek salad is just ludicrous. A whole chicken was £38 was the size of 2 small breasts. It was tasty food but a real shame - I used to always recommend Opso

Este restaurante sirve comida sabrosa e inusual. Es caro. Disfrutamos de la caña de cordero (£ 53 principal) , Spanakorizo (£ 21 entrante) . El personal era muy servicial y conocedor. Pero ten cuidado con el sistema de dos puntas. La cuenta incluye una generosa propina para el personal (15 %, pero la cuenta no dice el porcentaje) además de que se le pide que aporte la segunda propina al servidor. ¿Esto es normal? No me lo había encontrado antes.

Last night I fell in love with OPSO. Id rate it 7 stars if I could but google didn't let me. Firstly, as soon as you walk in, the host offered to hang my coat on the rack (I instantly knew I chose the right restaurant). On top of that, the food is incomparable. You can clearly tell that the chefs are perfectionists, with the way you can taste every detail. Secondly the waiters and staff are just too funny. I had a laugh with every waiter I met and they all just made me feel welcome. Everyone working there had a smile on their face, I did not want to leave so of course I had to order a dessert. Visit OPSO and see for yourself, you'll get hungry just looking at the combinations on the menu, I promise you.

I visited Opso on a Monday evening. The hostess was very welcoming, smiling, and kind, which started our evening on a good note. However, once seated, the experience declined due to the waitress. She was quite unpleasant, giving us persistent looks as if rushing us to hurry up. She kept coming back and forth, making us feel pressured. We ordered a bottle of wine, three starters, and a main to share between two. Unfortunately, communication with the waitress was difficult. She made me repeat my order several times and didn’t seem to know what "dry white wine" was. She looked at us poorly and even seemed to mock the person I was with. To our surprise, at the end of the meal, we received a bill of £120, plus an additional 25% in taxes and a 25% service charge, bringing the total to £200. It’s a real shame because the food was excellent. The starters were very tasty, and the main was equally outstanding. The kitchen staff deserve praise for their talent, and the restaurant's ambiance was lovely. However, the waitress’s behavior really soured our experience. I’m still giving a good rating for the food, but the service definitely needs improvement.

One of my favorite places for brunch! They only serve brunch during the weekends. The food is really delicious and flavorful. Recommended dishes: the spinach pie and the Greek yogurt.

Came here for brunch. The way the dishes were set up was cute and not messy. However the chicken tasted a bit dry. Dishes are on the sweeter side, which wasn’t what I was expecting for savory dishes. Portions can be quite hefty depending on what you order.

Este es un gran restaurante. Tratarán de sentarte dentro (tal vez en el área del sótano que es un poco oscura) , pero si el clima es agradable trata de asegurar una mesa afuera. Las mesas son grandes demasiado juntas, pero el ambiente es mucho más agradable que estar dentro. El servicio es muy lento. Tardó mucho en llegar nuestra comida. En cuanto a la comida en sí, es realmente un caso de estilo sobre la sustancia. Algunos platos eran bastante buenos, mientras que otros simplemente no funcionaba para nosotros. También es bastante caro aquí.

I really enjoyed my dinner at OPSO. The service was amazing. One of my friends was GF and he received such good, attentive service, with the staff going through each item on the menu and explaining how it can be made GF. The food (though a bit pricey) was delicious. We especially enjoyed the Lamb Shank, Calamari skewer and Flatbread.

Utterly disappointing. Ordered the half kg lamb chops - when I asked the waiter how many pieces that would be, he kept repeating in a dismissive and stern tone that’s it’s 500gm as if I can’t already read it in the menu. Please give your staff some training on how to talk to customers. The lamb chops itself were the worst I’ve had in my life, there was just a single chop on the bone and the rest were just pieces of meat, all overcooked and absolutely no flavour whatsoever.

By far the worst and most pretentious restaurant I have ever eaten at. When it was flagged that two of the dishes were burnt (pitch black charcoal on not only the meat, but also the veg), the waiter informed “this is how it is supposed to be, it is the traditional way of cooking”. (It’s not traditional to cause cancer, lol.) Ludicrous prices for food that is subpar for human consumption. The waiter also failed to repeat the order, and didn’t have the common sense to realise he had only noted 4/5 mains in the order for a table of 5… Charged £3 per head for “filtered water” when tap was requested specifically. To top this all off, I noticed all people of colour were sat downstairs in the basement (we are in the year 2024, and London of all places mind you). It was a weekday lunchtime, and not particularly busy, so I doubt all the tables upstairs were booked… There was hardly had any lighting, which added to the cold atmosphere. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

We really enjoyed our meal at OPSO earlier this week and it wasn’t our first time. As always the service was brilliant and the food was delicious. The prices are a bit expensive for the size of the portions though.

We were not informed that the “pure water” served would cost £3 each. We assumed it was just tap water as it was poured from a simple glass bottle. We only realized we were charged for this long after we had left. Also, the 15% service charge is unusually high, on top of an already expensive menu. It is very convenient to add truffle to scrambled eggs so that u can overcharge for it.

The place is nice, the service is good and the food too. What doesn’t really work is the pricing. The recharge on the wines are really high with a limited wine list and some of the dishes (the octopus or the calamari skewers to name two of them) are ridiculously overpriced. Some others - like the lamb shank - are worth every single pence. Overall good experience but pricing is off.

Good food, but for the prices you expect better service. More personal. When I had payed I was pritty much invisible. No thank your for your visit, no have a good day, nothing. When u pay £50 for a lunch u expect it to be great service but no.

Food was gorgeous and so much of it! Ended up taking a doggy bag that the rest of the family loved. Service and food was great, we had a really lovely time. Wine is a little pricey

I have loved Opso for years. From the cold coffee and brunch to the starters, mains and desserts, everything is delicious AND HALAL! I introduced my husband to it when we met and he was so impressed. With the help of the staff, he organised a surprise birthday party/engagement party there! It was wonderful and we still always go on special occasions. ♥️

Food and services are fantastic! Love the baby chicken and the grilled octopus !

A stunning meal from beginning to end. We're a pretty critical group when it comes to food and it's extremely rarely that we can say that we have enjoyed every dish that we've been served - happily Opso was the exception to our average dining experience and delivered beautiful and delicious plates full of variety and flavour. Service was excellent too.
