1890's Beautiful surroundings with very welcoming staff set the scene for a fabulous lunch of delicious & superbly presented food accompanied by great wine pairing & service. Looked after extremely well, thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful experience. If you get the opportunity you must go.

Situado en Covent Garden, en el corazón de la 'final cultural de West End de Londres', este restaurante abierto en 1980 con un menú interesante y un elegante-informal / ambiente bohemio. es todavía va fuerte después de tres décadas! maravilloso saber!

Excellent, old-school French wine bar & restaurant. Nice selection of regional French wines, reasonable prices & really helpful staff. The interior so good, with ties hanging from the ceiling and vintage posters adorning the walls. It's an amazing step into time in central London. Food looked amazing, but alas, did not try. Totally recommend for a glass (or bottle) of wine with friends.

Classic French food. Great value, great taste. Three of us had the 3-course theater menu each. Particularly liked the mushroom soup, beef bourguignon, chocolate tart, and crème brûlée. The salmon app and sourdough bread were just ok. Ambiance was gorgeous with perfect warm lighting, just the right amount of noise, and elegant interior design. Chairs/seating is a bit tight for larger people. Staff were attentive, friendly, and hard working. Packed on a Monday night so make a reservation. We’ll be back.

I had long wanted to go to the Ritz restaurant in London, and was happy to finally make it in early February (a previous booking fell foul of pandemic related restrictions). The 5 course menu at GBP193 includes 2 starters, two mains and a dessert. I substituted the rhubarb dessert by another one. The crab and langoustine starters were excellent, the Cornish turbot as well, and the roe deer main very good as well. The substitute dessert was the (signature) Ritz chocolate souffle, and my god it was sinfully good (on a par with a souffle in 3 star Schwarzwaldstube in Germany in 2021). I had a pleasant bottle of English white wine from Southern England, and the sommelier was right to point out it drank easily. I had pleasant chats with the Italian waiters, the sommelier and restaurant manager, The final Grappa was excellent too. I have to return with my wife and daughter.....

Would not recommend Cote COvent Garden, due to poor staff service, average quality of food and relatively expensive prices due to proximity to West End theaters. Avoid arriving early - we dared arrived 30 mins prior to our booked arrival time of 6pm. Even though numerous tables were open in the restaurant, the Maitre'D insisted that we sit outside in the cold and wind, while waiting for our 6pm booking time, because "the restaurant was crazy busy"... We ended up sitting outside, looking onto an open table inside the restaurant - whihc remained open and unused until we were seated at the exact samne table inside at 6pm. No explanation from Management, and a "cannot be bothered" atitude was extremely disappointing. Not how you want to kick off an evening at the theater. To add insult to injury, the Maitre'D then continued to give tables to random walk-in customers after 6pm - which we could see happening, because we sat right at the entrance.

Bit of a rip off, even for London. Watch out for the crazy additional charges. Steaks are decent, but small for the cost and everything from sauce to chips costs considerably extra. A disapointingly 3x small steaks with a couple of chips each, tiny pot of sauce and a beer each cost £200. There are better places with way better value
