This is a pretty smooth operation, from the moment you meet with the bus until it finishes. The food, service, and atmosphere was verygood. What a great idea for seeing the sights and having a meal at the same time. I guess the only thing that to me was missing was a commentry on all the sights. But being a londoner it didn't make any difference, but a lot of people on the bus were tourists and probably missed half the sight but of course recognised Harrods. It would be very difficult to do and I guess thats why it not done. However, everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and the bus had a constant vibe. The added bonus was that the food was pretty good, we had the six course dinner with drinks. All in all an enjoyable evenning.

Did the London Bustronome experience for a memorable 50th birthday in June. It was a class experience from start to finish - a glass of champagne to start you off, followed by a five course meal. You get two glasses of wine as well. For more you can purchase cocktails or even more wine :). The food was expertly prepared and delicious and the server was very attentive. It is true that everyone is seated top level and has an amazing view. You go by almost all the major London sights with golden hour light in mid summer. Lots of great pictures enjoying a glass of wine and seeing these sights. There is a restroom on the first level. Note: we did not order the audio guide which I think is separate. There is no tour narration at all unless you do that.

Et en ce qui concerne les plats, ils sont très bons et bien présentés. Si la qualité des vins est meilleure et que les plats sont légèrement améliorés cet établissement serai une perfection. A ne pas oublié que tout ce passe dans un BUS et qu'un tour de Londres est réalisé pendant la dégustation. Je recommande.

My friend booked bustronome to experienced a trip around London. When we arrived at the station we we're welcomed by SUPHIAN he was very energetic, with a very great smile and warmth hospitality welcomed. To make the story short we had the nice and memorable experienced through our journey . Food was great from starter to desert. All team members are friendly, suphian, mohammad, Christian and also the chef who prepared our foods. I would highly recommend to try bustronome and don't forget to find this great staffs that they have, keep it up team!! Job well done, a big thanks from coming from me and my friends.

I wanted to give my grown up children an experience for Christmas so I chose this. So on a Saturday evening in February we went on the Bustronome for an unforgettable experience. Jackson and Lilly as the hosts were fun, friendly and attentive. They certainly wanted everyone on the bus to have a great experience and they delivered that in spades. The food was great which when you see the size of the kitchen and the fact that it’s moving is quite remarkable. It was quite surreal to be eating fine dining on the top deck of a bus, all lit up with the London public milling around you and taking photos. Whilst we chose the wine flight we also wanted some cocktails and they were reasonably priced and they were definitely not looking to fleece anyone. If you can - try it. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

I was very skeptical about this but my wife wanted to take our friends visiting on this tour. On arrival the staff are so professional, friendly and welcoming. You are escorted up stairs in the bus seated, offered water and glass of champagne. Your server advises you on theanu, shows you the QR code, which gives you all the info you want about the tour.. Off we went, on this relaxing bus ride for the next few hours, provided with four ( 5) course meal with wine pairing. We had such a great time as did the other visitors on the bus, I think what really makes it is their staff, they are up beat, friendly have a great sense of humour (in fact me owning bars, restaurants in the Caribbean, I offered our server a job) and know how to please their customers. Having eaten at some of London best restaurants, I think this experience is well worth the go, your not getting Michelin Starr food but a lovely experience travelling around London. Brilliant idea and thank you to the staff for providing us with a wonderful night out we will be back.

This was the highlight of our London trip. The concept is lovely. The food, staff, and service are all fantastic. The views of London, particularly at night, are unbeatable. It was a perfect experience.

My family and I celebrated my nieces 21st birthday by having lunch on the Bustronome, London. We had a great dining experience, and the food was delicious. We enjoyed our 4 course lunch. Especially the salmon, the rack of lamb, and the panachetta desert. The staff were friendly and polite, and the service was fantastic. If you are visiting London, this is an interesting way to enjoy some of the central sights of London. My sisters and I are looking to enjoy the Bustronome for an evening out, so we will be back!

Lilly, Jackson and Yuri the chef were amazing, friendly, fun, helpful and made our lunch. The food was top notch, thanks Yuri for the spinach risotto due to my fish allergy, it was amazing. I rarely give 5 stars but this is an exception. Good way to see some sites whilst fine dining.

I'm so glad I stumbled on this tour and I don't even remember how I did! It was perfect from start to finish. 6 courses for lunch with spectacular views and great music. Junior and Kerry were an amazing wait team and everything was just top notch. Would definitely do it again. One of my favorite experiences thus far and I travel quite a bit.

I went to Bustronome with my husband to celebrate our anniversary and we can’t tell how much we loved everything! The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was just the best! They made us feel so welcome, gave us dessert with candles and played amazing songs to celebrate.. we can’t recommend enough! Special thanks to the lovely lady that served us, Almira! She was great!
