1890's Beautiful surroundings with very welcoming staff set the scene for a fabulous lunch of delicious & superbly presented food accompanied by great wine pairing & service. Looked after extremely well, thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful experience. If you get the opportunity you must go.

I took my son for lunch for his 16th birthday and I can say he will never forget this wonderful experience. He sat throughout the whole meal beaming like a Cheshire Cat. All the staff wished him happy birthday, by his name and he was bowled over. The restaurant is beautiful, the food fabulous and the staff just wonderful. It was worth every penny and more. Thank you to the team for making his birthday so special x

We read the hype and decided to give it a try ... oh my it is worth every penny! The food is uniformly delicious, the service extraordinary, and the atmosphere really, really nice without being ridiculously over the top. We had the tasting menu and the least expensive wine pairing; it was definitely the most expensive dinner by far that we had in London but it was also the best by far. If this sort of place is your cup of tea, this spot is a gem.

My wife and our friends visited 1890 recently and having frequented many Gordon Ramsay restaurants I have to say 1890 is one of the best and has its own unique style. The food was tremendous and the fact that you find the menu out on the night is a great surprise. The restaurant do ask for any food intolerances beforehand and on the day so that the food is tailored and the service is smooth. I wouldn’t be surprised if this ends up with two stars soon. My wife and I will definitely be back on our own and with some other friends. One not to be missed.

Frantic food well mind blowing. We had the 9 course tasting menu. Was to die for ! We were treated like royalty, the restaurant is so beautiful and intimate, the service is outstanding just memory’s we will never forget. Such an experience, food is on another level.

My third time time doing the tour and I would recommend to anyone. It’s a fab atmosphere with amazing food and drinks. Staff are very friendly, JR and Keri made us feel very welcome and looked after us well

Éramos los únicos clientes cuando llegamos, lo que fue perfecto, ya que teníamos un impredecible 2 años con nosotros. todos nos pedimos desayuno y dos zumos añadidos. La resaca tortilla era delicioso y mi marido disfrutó mucho sus huevos benedictinos. También disfrutamos tanto los zumos. Es un lugar muy pequeño con solo una persona corriendo, así que el servicio era un poco lento, pero sin duda volveremos. hubiéramos deseado desayunamos allí en las mañanas de nuestra estancia en vez de ir a Lantanas la primera mañana

25 Litchfield StreetExcellent, old-school French wine bar & restaurant. Nice selection of regional French wines, reasonable prices & really helpful staff. The interior so good, with ties hanging from the ceiling and vintage posters adorning the walls. It's an amazing step into time in central London. Food looked amazing, but alas, did not try. Totally recommend for a glass (or bottle) of wine with friends.
