Another very relaxed and enjoyable visit to Cote and appreciated the warm welcome on arrival. We requested a window seat and were really well looked after by Shamiya during our stay. She is a credit to to restraunt. Our meals were excellent in terms of quality, quantity and presentation. We look forward to another visit very soon.

Really nice little coffee with a friendly welcome. We had a really nice flat white. The flat white was really well made with a distinctive espresso flavour and plenty of frothed foam. The waiter was very polite and brought us an apricot tart, 4 little scones with clotted cream and raspberries jam. All were fresh and delicious! Try this nice little gem near Kingston-upon-Thames for a cream tea, you will not regret it!

This was such a disappointment and the worst afternoon tea I have ever had. I definately will not be coming back and the price of £36 for 2 people is extortionate for the items I received. The service was mediocre and I was surprised that they did not even bother to ask if we had any allergies. The sandwiches were pre-made and the you could not choose the fillings which were ham, chicken, cucumber, these had been stored in the fridge so the bread was a little dry. There was also no choice of cakes and these tasted like they were not fresh and were falling over on the plate. I opted for coffee which they reheated as it was lukewarm.

Excellent food. Limited menu. Our son can manage chicken on the bone but not all can and that was the only option. We had the chateau briande and the tomato salad. Lovely food. Very expensive wine list. Not much to look at as overlooks a ln inner city park. Worth it for the food.

This place is close to a major attraction so we knew the prices are higher as usual. Which is okay, but the place was quite dirty. Tables were not cleared, garbage on the floor and we did not use the restrooms since we've seen better one. Coffee, tea and snacks were nice and very tasty.

I had the vegetarian breakfast with scrambled eggs and they were tremendous. Shout out to the Chef (I think his name is Leo) for looking after me

We are have two Galleries in St.James’s and use Maison Francois for business lunches and dinners. The food is superlative and all the serving staff are most helpful and polite. However we find the front desk staff very off hand and quite frankly arrogant. We are the clients and need to be welcomed to your wonderful restaurant.

Worst restaurant I've been to in the Romford and Gidea park area. I've never seen a restaurant so unorganised and disgusting. Food expensive and portions are small. place was near enough empty when I went and I now I know why. Reviews are misleading as there was nothing fantastic about the place. Spend your money elsewhere.

¡Qué gran experiencia! Lugar único entre muchos lugares especiales en la zona. Un oasis de vinos, servicialmente comisariado por nuestra increíble servidora Laura. Muy recomendable!
