Extremely welcoming, always checked in on us and how the food was, which most other places don’t do. I had my birthday dinner here with my sister and the racked lamb ribs were the best! Thanks for the cake and I really enjoyed the music and atmosphere! I’ll be back!

The premium shishas are to die for. Much much better than all the other local lounges. Smokes perfectly and lasts soooo long.

Visited double Apple last week. Amazing in every aspect. Staff were super welcoming and helpful. Shisha and food was amazing and will definitely be going back. But most importantly they have created their own signature cocktails which hit the spot.

I brought my sister here as a birthday surprise. The food and shisha were excellent, and the waiters, especially Julian, were attentive and accommodating. However, the service was a bit slow, and unfortunately, one of the waiters accidentally spoiled the birthday cake surprise by bringing it out without the promised sparkler or acknowledgment of her special day. After addressing the issue with another staff member, they apologised and successfully redid the birthday cake surprise. It would have been appreciated if the birthday cake had been complimentary due to the initial mishap. Such attention to detail would have warranted a 5-star rating.

Great atmosphere and music, but very bad and slow service. Only children working here. There is a spending minimum and also only cash or bank transfer for payment. So shady business

When I came here 3 years ago this place was known for its drinks with the cool design. I ordered a lychee love from their signature cocktails & it was just plain and simple. Considering the fact it’s from their signature menu, I would have thought it would have been better presented. It tasted super thick & wasn’t really nice tbh. There was literally 1 waiter & the service was VERY SUPER slow. The place was literally packed with 1 waiter. Also can’t believe they’re only doing cash or bank transfer too, like they’ve been around for time where is the card machine at🤣 if they dimmed the light, had a dj, and a place to dance - this would deffo be a vibe. I would definitely never come here again. £25 on one cocktail and shisha between two. Never again

Overall really enjoyed my night at double apple, I went for shisha and food. The shisha didn’t feel harsh like other ones I’ve tried elsewhere, and the food was also really good, I got the fillet steak as my main. The drinks aren’t only decorated nicely, but they taste great as well. Staff were really friendly and nice, service was overall really good as well Now my second time going to Double Apple since my original review, and honestly had such a good time, I went during the week but still dressed up (didn’t feel too over dressed either), I had to get their fillet steak again and it was so good! Staff are also friendly as always! This place really is a lovely vibe and the food is just as great, definitely my go to for a casual-ish date night from now on :)

We had cutlery missing from our table when we got seated. When I went to speak to someone, I think the shisha guy he told me to go ask someone else when I found the waitress I asked and then I was given cutlery’s. Then when I sat down it was hard to get the waiters attention. After a while we was able to order food and drinks, The dynamite prawns was so delicious I loved it I’ll give it a 10/10. The mini burgers were quite average to be fair but the presentation of the foods looked amazing overall food 7/10. The service I’ll give it 6/10.

Amazing team very kind and welcoming, food was amazing it was hot and fresh, everything was clean and the interior of the lounge is very boujee and modern. The service was excellent! The manager khazi was very polite and friendly to us and MO and the shisha guy at the back. Also it was really cold in the lounge area and everyone had blankets because it was really cold even though there was some heating other than that everything was 10/10. I am definitely coming back here again thank you for having us!!!!

This was honestly the best food i have had in ages. The meat of the ribs was so good it fell off the bone just so nicely done! The gyozas were to die for. The meat takes a bit of time obviously (which is normal) but because of the wait they offered us this really fresh lovely fruit platter with chocolate. The servers were so friendly and helpful. Will definitly visit again!

This is one of the best meals i’ve ever had at a shisha lounge. It took some time to come but boyyy if you take this recommendation you will not be disappointed. I actually find it very hard to fault anything on this platter. The sausage was the star of the show. The brisket and short rib divinely fatty. The bbq wings slightly on the sweet side. The mac n cheese is so comforting with any of the meaty items. The coleslaw and toasted sweet bread are great accompaniments.

My favourite spot. Decor is beautiful, food is always so good, as are the drinks, which is rare at most lounges. Customer service is always on point, security always makes us feel welcome and the rest of the staff are always super attentive and helpful. We always look forward to coming here<3

Aesthetic venue, pricey for Turnpike lane. The food was very average for the price, big portions but lacked seasoning. Now when it comes to paying they do not have a card reader its bank transfer or cash which was strange, and what was worst it was to a personal monzo not a business account. This card reader issue seems on going from the other reviews. Left with a westend bill and mixed feelings.

I visited this place just for 30 minutes, and the services and mint tea were perfect 👍 I recommend frozen pineapple one for hookah.

It is a very disgusting place. They don’t like customers, how do they still working I don’t know. The owner is inadequate. Don’t spend your time there.

The space is a nice vibe with good cocktails. The shisha was okay and the food was not so great. They were also understaffed so the service was a lot slower but they still very nice.

The starter and cocktails were very nice but I was really let down by my main, the brisket burger, it was cold and quite dry and the chips were oily and possibly fried in old oil. They took it off my bill, then I ordered bbq chicken wings and they were jus disappointing. My dessert was the Ferrero rocher cheese cake with ice cream and it was just “ok”. Service was incredibly slow and the waiting staff weren’t very attentive. Nice decor n music.

There are two separate areas in the restaurant for guests to eat which is very good if you're not really into the smell of shisha. I wasn't really feeling the smell so chose the other room that's next to the kitchen. The decor is great and everywhere is clean. The mocktail presentation and taste is the best I have had in the UK so far. I'll 100% recommend you get one. The food tasted great too and the presentation was good. We had different staff check on us at a good interval so management and customer service here is great. The card machines weren't working when we visited but the security/host told us before we were seated. Amazing Team. I'll be visiting again very soon.

One of my favourite Shisha lounges in London the Shisha flavours are always 10/10 customer service never disappoints yunus rustu and kazi always serving to the highest standards the food is just amazing makes your mouth watery I would definitely recommend if your in the area don’t even hesitate come try it out yourself and you won’t be disappointed

Great food and portion size for the hefty price tags. Most places serve you a small portion size for extortionate prices but not here. Impeccable service and a very nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

Visited here for my birthday and it didn’t disappoint. Very cosy with great service and prices with quality and good tasting food. Burgers have a variety of fillings which are listed on the menu. The drinks are the prettiest and actually taste nice. Would definitely visit here again, can really get those insta worthy pics.

Nice atmosphere for shisha, good customer service with regular coal changes, you can find yourself sitting relaxing without pressure like other places asking you to order more from the menu or having a time limit at the table.

When I arrived, I guess they'd stop serving food. I didn't see or smell any remnants of food. The shisha was okay; it was a modest flavor. The atmosphere is relaxed and calm. It's honestly a good vibe for a group, and there were several there. It's a local place, so it appears to have some regulars frequent. The prices are reasonable. The men helping with the hookah were good, very helpful. My biggest gripe was with the owner, so ladies, beware. He seems pleasant, but if you turn down his advances, things can get weird. In turn, I was overcharged for something I didn't ask for. At that point as a solo traveler, I just wanted to leave and not have any issues. A piece of advice, don't even bother to engage with him.

The food was delicious. I highly recommend coming down here. The Rib eye steak was juicy and their mocktails are fun and tasty. A perfect date spot and the shisha too

We recently had the pleasure of visiting Double Apple Lounge, a charming and inviting establishment located in Turnpike Lane, North London. The bright and well-designed interior created a pleasant and comfortable setting for a memorable evening. The lounge area provided a cosy space where I could relax and enjoy the company of my friends. Double Apple Lounge was a true delight. We started our evening with the Mini Brisket Burgers, which were not only flavourful and large in portion but also had the perfect balance of tenderness and juiciness.The Calamari was another highlight, with its crispy texture and delightful seasoning that complemented the dish perfectly. For the main course, I opted for the Rib Eye Steak, and I must say it was a prime choice. Cooked to perfection, the steak was tender and packed with the perfect seasonings. The accompanying Prawns were a delightful addition, providing a burst of freshness that complemented the steak impeccably and well cooked. To satisfy our sweet cravings, we indulged in the Vanilla Cheesecake with Ferrero Rocher & Nutella and the Chocolate Fudge Cake [MUST HAVE]. Both desserts were heavenly, with each bite offering a symphony of flavours. The Chocolate Fudge Cake, on the other hand, was moist, decadent, and a chocolate lover’s dream we topped this with some hot custard. The sides at Double Apple Lounge were equally impressive. The Mac & Cheese was rich and creamy, with the right amount of cheese to satisfy any comfort food craving. The beverage menu was equally enticing, with a range of refreshing and unique mocktails. The Pretty Little Drink and Mango Madness were both delicious and beautifully presented, making them the perfect accompaniments with little sweet treats topped on the drink. Not to forget, their range of shisha is fantastic! Throughout the evening, the service provided by Kazi was exemplary. His warm and generous approach made us feel welcomed and well-attended to.
