Food was nice, the main thing I loved was the macaroni, the service was absolutely terrible! Couldn’t find anyone every time I needed assistance, no customer service at all! And wow it was absolutely freezing in there!! I understand they have vents to air out, but wow the heaters didn’t even help, way too cold in there

I’ve been here twice now and both times have been amazing. I came here for my birthday on Saturday and the people are so so friendly. I appreciate their service and they genuinely made my birthday. The lamb chops are absolutely amazing and the environment as a whole is absolutely fab. Lovely for pictures and snaps 💕

It's okay! The guy who welcomes us and served us was lovely. Good drinks and shisha! Not all drinks available and massive holes in the cushions is a bit rank.

Unknown to us this place literally just specialises in shisha as the food we ordered was so poor, all over done. We had veg gyoza 👍🏼 Vegetable medley overcooked to the point that the broccoli had no branch. 😠 Crispy calamari quite bitey 😠 Seabass was so well done, didn't fall away as it should 😡 Dynamite prawns 👍🏼 Fillet steak medium rare, was well done and chewy 🤬 Mash potatoe 👍🏼 And V. Mocktails 👌🏽 Our bill came to £124.50 that's without service charge. Ali who was waiting on was miserable and so unhelpful, and literally just brushed us off with just a sorry. We asked for the manager but was told food manager was not in. Charlie helped an did her best to help and took off the seabass, steak and £5.00 off the veg medley.....which meant the bill should have been £66.00 but for some reason we still somehow overpaid as our final bill that was paid was £100.50. I wouldn't go there for main dishes again but their drinks were on point. Thankyou Charlie for trying to help though we have still overpaid so something does need to be done about this. Update 24/09/2024 I have had no comments on the review, looking through only Good reviews are replied to. I have also sent an email over a month ago and still have had no aknowledgement nor a response.

Food was amazing , but service was really bad , also at the moment to pay , they said is only cash payment , when I received the email confirmation they didn’t said anything about only cash payment

Unfortunately I thought I'd give the support to this Shisha Lounge based on being local to me. Not the best welcoming as was waiting to be served and got the order wrong considering there were only about 4 people on the restaurant. I think the staff need to train on customer service but overall best to stick to Shisha as from my perspective the food and service was not the greatest. I've been too other Shisha Lounges that serve for but this was not the one. They apologised for their mistake and rectified it but first impressions count.

When I came here 3 years ago this place was known for its drinks with the cool design. I ordered a lychee love from their signature cocktails & it was just plain and simple. Considering the fact it’s from their signature menu, I would have thought it would have been better presented. It tasted super thick & wasn’t really nice tbh. There was literally 1 waiter & the service was VERY SUPER slow. The place was literally packed with 1 waiter. Also can’t believe they’re only doing cash or bank transfer too, like they’ve been around for time where is the card machine at🤣 if they got new lighting, had a dj, and a place to dance, waiters and faster service this would deffo be a vibe. I would definitely never come here again. £25 each on one cocktail and shisha between two. Never again

Not what it used to be, poor service, poor food and poor Shisha and really long waiting times despite not being busy. Overpriced as well!

I went yesterday with friends. It was a good insta spot you’d like to go with friends and the decor was nice. We ordered a bunch of food - the barbecue short ribs, 3 pulled beef brisket tacos, calamari, mac and cheese, dynamite prawns. Also bought shisha and mojitos. The food was decent and I was happy with the shisha - was recommended Savacco Pynk and Purple Rain. It wasn’t sooo loud there so I was able to have a conversation with my friends without having to shout.

We love the place and the staff are well professional. The shisha was awesome, big thank you too Mohamed, he really knows how to make amazing shisha. Highly recommended.💙

Amazing!!! Thank you to the staff that made a special day even more special, who catered to our needs so willingly and treated us with nothing but love. The food and Shisha was honestly way better than expected. 10/10 for food, service and vibes. Loved everything about this place and will definitely be returning !! <3

From the moment we walked in the service from E was amazing ! Drinks are lovely ! Shisha is well priced and wide range of flavours the interior is to die for ! We came for a birthday and was not disappointed

Thank you sooo much, Ela and staffs! I've been coming here for while and the staff have become like family. The food is sumptuous and the shisha is great. Ela always provides a warm and friendly service and is very attentive to the needs of her customers but her most impressive special qualities are her communication skills, her knowledge of deaf culture and and her eagerness to learn BSL. She's the best!

The service is extremely slow. 2 hours into dinner and only drink and starters had come out. Tap water wasn’t even brought to the table after asking many times and multiple staff members. Every single mocktail is sickeningly sweet and the pina colada still had the pineapple core in it so there was barely any drink in it. Overall do not recommend unless you want to sit there ALL DAY!

The burgers are £15 and £16 and don’t come with chips. They don’t accept card whatsoever. With a big booking they move funny about seating even with a reservation done before hand. But the Russ, our waitress was really nice and prompt. To top it off they added items to the receipt which we did not order expecting us to pay and claimed to give us a 10% discount. We came here at 8:45 and left at 1:00 am because of miscommunication, poor service, kitchen delays and issues with the receipt.

Extremely welcoming, always checked in on us and how the food was, which most other places don’t do. I had my birthday dinner here with my sister and the racked lamb ribs were the best! Thanks for the cake and I really enjoyed the music and atmosphere! I’ll be back!

Visited Double Apple Kitchen twice this year. On both occasions it was a very pleasant experience. Food was immaculate & flavoursome. Nice spot for a date night.

The premium shishas are to die for. Much much better than all the other local lounges. Smokes perfectly and lasts soooo long.
