Says delivered not delivered to me that ordered it

Wouldn't advise eating here. Watched a manager with bright green hair scratch his head vigorously and then continue to handle the French fries. No hand washing. No cap on like everyone else. Needless to say our fries went in the bin. Couldn't complain to a manager as I only seen him in the white whirt. Very dissatisfied with such poor hygiene standards. This was my go to McDonald's, but will never return here again.

I was waiting to pay with my family an we got completely ignored. The “manager” should be fired as her customer service is null. She look at us waiting at the counter 4 times and yet she didn’t come to take our payment/order. What is a fast food if I can’t even get my payment fast. We went to Burger King after waiting for 20 minutes.

Item late and then missing orange juice and additional hash brown

Food is absolutely fabulous, fresh & tasty. Wide selection of choices for big eaters, small eaters & vegetarians. We have never been disappointed with any of their food! I would also like to give a shout out to all of the staff at the Cwmbran restaurant, it’s not only the delicious food that makes us come back, the staff have a big part to play in our weekly return. They are very hard working, helpful, welcoming and go the extra mile whether you sit in or take away. So a BIG thank you to: Arsalan Najam Maria Ali Ahsan Ahmed Usama Sameena Can’t recommend Pepe Cwmbran enough!

The food was ok not that bad. However, the service very bad. The owner was rude they kick me and my mom out of their restaurant just because we bring fish and chip from next. So, basically my family come with in 10 people and 8 people were eating in this restaurant, but me and my mom want to try fish and chips next door so we go and bring to eat this restaurant, and the rest of my family were order from this restaurant. While me and my mom eating the owner shout and kick me and mom out from this restaurant. What a bastard rude service.

Great quality food. The chicken kebab & spicy chicken wings was juicy and well cooked. Ham, mushroom & pineapple pizza was very delicious.

Asked for chicken to be very very very well done as that's how I prefer my chicken and once again after giving central a chance was disgusting , called and complained and too be told well chicken was cooked, yes I know that but not how I asked and if I was In the shop in person it would have been cooked the way asked, customer service shocking bring back the old staff
