Burger King in Gwynedd

Well no comment on the burger, I enjoy the Angus steakhouse. The only thing here is that it says that they close at 22:00, but everytime we went by 20:00, we can’t sit as they tell us that it is take out only. First time we went close to 21:00, we couldn’t finish our burgers and were asked to leave. So, to the management, can you please change the closing time to be 9pm instead of 10pm? It is frustrating and misleading to be honest. We expect to sit and enjoy our time but it has been a pain so far. UPDATE: Went back another time at 7:45, more than an hour before closing, and they won’t let me sit again; take out only in the cold and the rain.

Literally the saddest and worst BK I’ve been to. It’s the only place open at this service station and took over 10 minutes to get our order and the place was empty. Staff seemed more interested in gossiping rather than people coming/ ordering.

3 stars only because you know what you're getting. Quick and easy to order. Short wait times for food. Food is hot and nice. Staff were polite and friendly. The main seating area was clean. I have no complaints, it is what it is, burger king food

I've not had a Burger King for ages. Freshly made, hot chips and friendly staff. The place itself needs a bit of tlc, but I was taking out, so it didn't affect my experience.

What a total fiasco at the restaurant today! Ordered a Whopper Meal, which, mind you, should be straightforward enough. There were only two orders being prepared – mine and, by the looks of it, a box of chicken nuggets for the lady behind me. The chap who served me – looked like he might be a supervisor, possibly the manager – asked for my order number not once, but twice, before handing me the takeaway bag. He even asked if I fancied any sauces, to which I said, "Ketchup and mayo, please." He kindly informed me that ketchup was on the house, but mayo would set me back 30p. So, off I go, back onto the A55, ready to tuck into my Whopper. Imagine my surprise when I open the bag to find... a box of chicken nuggets! I mean, seriously, mate? If you can't handle two orders properly, I dread to think what happens when your screen’s full of them. Thanks a bunch for ruining my one meal a day! God help anyone who orders during rush hour.

I ordered a chicken burger for myself and a vegetarian burger for my sister. When we got back to our house, we checked our food. I got my chicken burger and my sister also got a chicken burger. We checked the receipt and it shown the vegetarian burger and two chicken burgers. We didn’t order an extra chicken burger but they put it on our receipt and made us pay for it!!

Customer made a genuine mistake twice using they machine. I was supposed order vegan but end up with chicken so ok they not willing to change my order bcz the maneger said it’s happened before. This actually my 2nd time. I have never argue about it. I was gutted but is not end of the world. i was willing to walk away but what i don’t understand another stuff then said to me he will call the police on me if i don’t leave the store.😲 I was so shock. Im a mother not even shouting or arguing with the stuff. I was treated like a criminal. It was shocking. I will never ever order from this place again! Disappointed.

I only bought fries and a coffee with mates. Waited long time, apparently the order didn't go through from the digital display menu to main desk. I eventually did get my stuff.

Very good and hot food!! Just very loud full on children!! Very handy for it to be open on a Sunday waiting for a bus when everywhere else is closed

Superb experience, very clean and staff very helpful. Self-service kiosks are definitely not a personal favourite, however the staff were quick to offer assistance and had my food prepared in no time!

To the staff at this location, my gran came in late sunday night stranded and alone with no phone life and the staff here took so much care of her. Made sure she was safe and warm and chatted to her. They were super kind and friendly and I’m so happy someone looked after her. Thank you all!

You can not order at the till, kiosk only where you can not customise so definitely can no longer 'have it my way' customer lost.

Burger was tasty, fries 🍟 have come on a long way, since last time I had a Burger 🍔 King. Not enough sauce given with meal, those tiny Heinz sachets of tomato sauce, hardly go anywhere. I was given one with the meal, and when I asked for more, was given only one more!

Ordered our food and waited for it to be cooked. The wait seemed longer than a normal fast food restaurant, but we were happy to wait. We watched one of the cooks walk over to the rubbish bin, push the rubbish down, and shut the door. Opened another door, picked up a bucket 🪣 and take it away. He returned with it empty and closed the cupboard door. Without washing his hands ✋️ he proceeded to make my burger! I was horrified and informed the manager what we had witnessed. The cook and the manager said it was only sanitiser that he emptied, so that was ok! I told them that he should have still washed his hands, and that it was disgusting! I also informed her of the rubbish, and she said she'd check the CCTV. She did apologise, and we had a full refund. I would stear clear of this place!

Toilets disgusting, smelly unclean, no loo roll, service was auful, Burger was as dry as gandalfs flip flop.

Terrible service and the vibe just make it a horrible atmosphere, and how I was spoken made me feel angry with the staff. The food makes the place a good thing .

I went it to buy a burger it cost me £7.89 very expensive then I went to sit down and there was this ginger person looking at me quite strangely then he came up and started crawling on my table and he STOLE MY BURGER! And he gave me a punch😡😡😡 I was very disappointed

Only downfall was, wanting to get served at till instead of using app etc and was waiting awhile before I got served.a bit better customer service would go a long way.

Seems short staffed. One guy making all the food ....burgers, sides, everything. The food was cold, including fries, and whopper. Onion rings tasted a few hours old. If you can, take the short drive to the BK just off the A55 do it, because this isn't as good as your usual Burger King.

Food was ok , but restaurant has got a weird smell or bleach and food smell .. has a funny smell but over all appears an OK restaurant

Had Uber mess our order, however blonde Manager (sorry didn't get your name) was very nice and amended it after we explained the situation to her! Also Charlie was immediately willing to remake the missing burger and their attitude seemed really kind! Will be coming back but just avoid ordering through Uber again.

The place smelled of puke when I walked in, which wasn’t a very good appetiser. I ordered a Chicken Royale Meal with fries and a regular coke. Halfway through eating my ‘royale’ I realised that the chicken burger was missing from inside the bun. I went up to the counter to point this out to the staff and a young lad exclaimed “oh sorry, I’ll bring you another one now”. I then waited for an eternity for my replacement burger to arrive, but it never did. After eating my mediocre meal I left, still rather hungry and bemused by their appalling level of customer service. I wouldn’t bother again.

The Burger wasn't even luke warm oonsidering I was the only one in there...Admitted they'd run out of cheese sauce for loaded fries but still put the absolute dregs on them.Its pants..

The place was clean had both cash and card options which some BK don't. The food was good. There where self service drink machine which is very good. Was not busy when I went. The staff member brought the food to me which was nice. The location in the centre of town is good. Lastly this BK had clean modern toilets 🚻.

Food was soggy, cold, full of grease, chips were bland 2 stars because the drink was nice, also the atmosphere wasn't great.

Stopped here between appointments for a quick dinner. I chose the Farmhouse Angus which rivals one of the best burgers I've ever had, also had a coke opted to swap my fries for onion rings of which I ended up with only 3 which was slightly disappointing but it is what it is. Great service at POS placing and receiving our order with a patient member of staff

My first time at Burger King. The food was nice, portions were big enough. Very clean and big. It was cold there. Parking is near. Service was good, staff was polite. It took 5 to 10 minutes for the food to be prepared.

Great service but no taps are working in the ladies for hand washing.

Our first visit to this fairly new Burger King. No soft drinks were being served when we visited, we had the choice of either Capri sun or water and I don't really feel those options were fair alternative considering the meal prices. Very poor show from a big chain like this. Also the interior décor and seating is very basic and uncomfortable, while I prefer Burger Kings burgers visiting McDonalds is much more pleasant experience overall.

Took my son for his birthday meal (boys pick of restaurant) staff at till said was it was card only. Ended up going to burger king one stop who took cash and card.

Quick and accurate, food was nice and fresh

Ordered no tomato, came with one. Burger King is a favourite of mine as never comes with Gherkins. Thats a McDonalds thing! No option when ordering for 'no gherkins', yet, came with Gherkins. If I was allergic to any of these two items and had an anaphylactic shock, consequences would be brought upon them. Incompetent staff.

Didn't eat there or order, was put off seeing 4 staff members outside the door smoking. No way to know if they hand washed but the smell alone would put me off.

Reopened! But does offer many tables compared with McDonald's
