Way to much bbq sauce on the wrap which made it unable to eat even wiping it off didn’t make difference also tomatoes on wrap when asked for onions and lettucev

Charged an extra £7 delivery fee by the driver after we paid for the order if the delivery distance is too far don’t be in my just eat radius. No other restaurant charges an extra delivery fee in this area

Fantastic, delicious and banging food.

I have been there so many time and had so many things its been 4,5 time same thing happend when i asked for cheesy chips and they just wrap it without putting cheese i always get to know when i am at home,,,,4,5 timessss,,,,really angry writing this because it just happend with me couple of minutes ago.

The food was absolutely delicious, donner meat and chicken shish we had between us, fabulous food, the only small issue was the waiting time, we had been told 25 minutes and after we arrived we had to wait a further 30 minutes on top of this

Asked for cheesy chips with curry sauce, and witnessed a staff member use his bare hand To grab the cheese!. Disgusting !

Shocking, come here all the time and usually very good, tonight no sauce no salad, chilli bites so overcooked the cheese has evaporated, appalling food from here today.

after an order was placed and purchased they called saying they wanted an extra £3 for delivery and when the delivery man arrived he asked for an extra £5. some of the food was cold but the rest of the meal was very nice

Excellent food and delivery time. Not quite sure why for the first time ever the driver demanded that I meet him outside at the roadside but not an issue.

Very rarely give 5 starts but these were really excellent pizzas and brilliant service. Would definitely order from this place again. Thanks chaps.

The doner meat was dry and the beef patty was really thin dry and burnt, one was even black around the edge! Buns were dry as anything with not much sauce only on one side of bun. Cheese was a tiny slice of the “plastic cheese slice”. We waited ages and sooo disappointed, we left most of it. Only reason we didn’t leave it all was because we were hungry and too late to order elsewhere.

Today I tried Chicken Shawarma Wrap and It was so good. Thanks to Asif Shafdar Shah for making that excellent wrap. I loved it and also they are very gentle toward their customers.

Paid £30 for food. One kebab the pitta was burnt the other the nan was hard as if they were both stale. The size on the large portion of chessy chips was awful, length wise a normal phone is bigger. The only reason it's a 2 star is because the pizza was good, it was delivered on time. I won't be ordering from here again and would highly recommended on potential customers going elsewhere.

Still not had my food absolutely a joke s my last order to my address was wrong but I didn't complain. Orderd lamb kebab had a lamb Donna kebab cold also ... tonight it's late by 45 minutes cold food soggy all in the bin

Ordered online, meatfeast pizza arrived with a human nail in it didnt request a refund just made a complaint and still never received a response

I HAD TO FETCH FOOD AND THERE WAS BREAD WITH KEBBAB WHEN ASLED FOR NO BREAD

I ordered a delivery, man on the phone said it’ll be 25 minutes, however it took an hour and half to come. Pizza was cold, chips were soggy and inedible. I told them not to cut the pizza, however they ignored my instructions and cut it anyway. I will never order from here again and I would not recommend anyone to order from here.

Pizza gives you a bit of a chain flavor which doesn't have to be bad. In my opinion, it's really good, full of ingredients, fresh and well seasoned. The fries smelled a bit of old oil, but with their garlic and burger sauces, they were very good. I highly recommend it, the prices are also good

Best kebab I've had in months! food was hot and delicious!

Food was good but i ordered a large kebab and it turned out to be tiny (usually theyre about 3 times bigger). Not sure if they gave me the wrong one or if their sizings have change but it wasnt worth the £13 i paid for it

i asked for no bread with keebabs but got bread i asked for lots of mayo on chips got a tiny bit

we were charged for delivery when we ordered our food but the delivery driver demanded more money from us when he finally turned up. He was rude and we were made to feel uncomfortable so we will never order from here again. And the food was nothing special

They are always very generous with the meat, would highly recommend.

The kebab was nice until i got to the bottom and it was swimming in grease, the pizza was undercooked and the delivery driver put my kebab which was heavy on top of the pizza box so all the pizza cheeses was stuck to the inside of the box

Pizza was cold, chips was disgusting no colour to them and not eatable at all chips lookd like they been standing there for a while in the fryer or something And didn't give my drinks 4 can missing. Called the place said someone will drop the cans off been waiting a while and still no sign of my cans.

Delivery driver was lovely and brought it up to the second floor for us. Food was as good as ever, although the chips portion seemed smaller than usual? It was good food either way though. Always recommend going to Bella House.

pizza was burnt and keebab had bread when i asked for no bread

i did not get my salad so i called the store but the owner kept saying he did put in salad and ended the call. very rude. i think he was looking at the wrong order since he mentioned nan bread when i ordered pitta but he still kept saying he put in the salad when I cannot find any in my plate.

Amazing amazing food. The wait times are usually pretty quick as well. Great choice of food and customisation for food as well. Definitely a favourite local of mine.

Very poor packaging and was expecting large chips and recived a small, chips were stale and hard unedable nuggets wernt cooked I've orderd from you long time and been spot on every time but today and the other day very disappointing tried phoning but no answer

Good food does not compensate for awful customer service, a lie about delivery, and a lack of care when requesting some form of compensation.

I don’t appreciate food being delayed for over 30 minutes with nothing done as a remedy.

Ordered a Hawaiian pizza which has pineapple, and an additional 3 portions of pineapple, I counted 16 pieces of pineapple on the whole pizza. I really enjoy this take away outlet but this is disappointing.

I only asked for chicken and I told him no bread, he gave me chicken shawarma with bread, when I told him iI said no bread, he said just throw away the bread and keep the chicken! So he doesn't care about wasting food and treating customers right!
