Good food does not compensate for awful customer service, a lie about delivery, and a lack of care when requesting some form of compensation.

I only asked for chicken and I told him no bread, he gave me chicken shawarma with bread, when I told him iI said no bread, he said just throw away the bread and keep the chicken! So he doesn't care about wasting food and treating customers right!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Explained that their delivery driver short changed me £2 on my last order as i was making a telephone order. They argued back, accused me of lying and told me to order elsewhere and put the phone down on me. For me it's not about the money, it's the principle. If your going to deliver food for cash, atleast make sure your driver has the correct change! Shocking customer service. Avoid at all costs. I won't be going there again!

Ordered chips cheese with garlic Mayo. Came with little to no sauce no cheese and made my stomach hurt almost instantly after eating. Portion sizes are horrible. Do not recommend, don’t eat from here unless you want your money wasted and disappointment. Edit: Can’t even answer the phone. Ordered 2 hours ago still no food. Horrible food place with terrible service.

I've been having a rough few weeks In and out of hospital and honestly haven't been able to cook and not wanting to pick at the fridge. Bella house was an affordable delicious and relatively healthy way of getting hot food, provided u stick to the healthier options. Iam a big fan of the chicken pittas with salad. And as a treat the mixed donner with cheesy chips is probably the best in bangor imo.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I bought veggie burger and chips. I wasn't happy with both. Patty was raw and white, cold in the middle, the large chips was not large. Pizza House has better serving portion and food quality.

After waiting two hours for our food it turned up cold and soggy , the pizza looked like it has been reheated and had some cheese chucked on to hide that it was burnt , I phoned the shop after waiting over an hour only to be told that my food was 5 minutes away 30 minutes later it turned up , I will never order from here again food and customer service absolutely vile

Please dont bother. Rung to see if they would eliver...they said yes but on just eat. Ordered and they took my money. I rang to confirm...they said they wouldn't deliver. Do not order from here they are ride and incompetent....foul

Ordered around 6pm and food arrived 2 and a half hours later, cold. Absolutely disgusting. Better pizza down the road in pizza house for similar price.

Were friendly and quick with my order, solid sized kebab, tasted pretty good as well. But as I went through it I noticed strange crunchy bits, thought it was probably some burnt bits form the kebab, nothing special. However as I got to the end I found two, large, >1cm in diameter, pieces of plastic. Take it back to the shop, he plays the "you already at a lot of it"" card, even though the pieces of plastic are lying in front of him. Oke, fine by me, not coming back.

Tonight we ordered a take away from just eat from here and it was disgusting!! Ordered a chicken korma and pilau rice. What arrived was a watered down curry from a jar and boiled rice (microwave packet) as rice is usually not watery. Ordered a garlic bread. We had bread and no garlic! Husband ordered a kebab and chips. Kebab meat was so dry and the chips were like they had been heated a few times! AVOID THIS TAKEAWAY! Will never be ordering from here again! When I rang to complain I was told that chicken korma was not a curry and that the rice I received was as pilau. It definitely was not. The reply I kept getting was what do you want me to do about it. The worst take away I’ve ever had from there and we used to be regular customers. Well not anymore! Would rate a 0 if I could!

Having ordered via the just eat app we were advised our order would be delivered within a timescale of an hour and half. Ok, it’s a Saturday night and we have placed a large order so we can deal with the wait. As soon as payment was taken our delivery slot was extended by another 20 mins. 2 hrs 15 minutes later and we are still waiting on our delivery. A call to the outlet but it just rang and rang. We then had to get just eat to intervene. Another 15 minutes and our order is delivered with no apology from the delivery driver. Order was not quite right but having waited so long we made do. Such a shame, I would recommend you find somewhere else to order from.

We ordered on just eat which charged a £1 for delivery. This is fine. But when the guy turns up demanding £3 further for delivery that is an insult. Rude robbing criminals, we paid for delivery already. Absolutely disgraceful. Learn customer service. Food is alright, but your robbing techniques is an insult. Never ordering again from these thieves.

Orered on line said it was going to arrive at 19.10pm phoned twice find out were it was fobbed off arrived at 20.o5 pm was cold wen it arrived never had this probblem before said they were going to phone me back never did poore service

Complete ableist w*nkers taking the piss out of someone with a gluten intolerance, arrived there an wanted a kebab without the naan, was told to order by phone call, phoned and was told to order online through just eat so spent 15 minutes messing about trying to get food, just eat didn't have any options available and said to call the number for intolerance and allergy requirements so tried calling the number but they were refusing to serve and were laughing through the window but were taking others orders and serving other customers that arrived whilst all of this happened, seriously how hard is it to make a box of kebab without the naan

Had a BBQ chicken pizza, it was really good for a standard kebab house. My partner had a burger and chips which apparently wasn't as good but it's just a kebab house

I will miss Brother Ahmed Al-Suri, the owner, who is wonderful in dealing with and supportive of the mosque in the city of Bangor.

It stated that my order will arrive at 9:19pm. Passed the time, I called the restaurant and asked about it. The person who I spoke to was not friendly and rude, can barely understand what he said. If they cannot deliver on time then they should have not set a time.

They sell variety of food, and it all Halal. i didn't really like the pizza quality , but the Kabsa was good. However, this place is will known for it sheshs as it is their beat seller. U can check their menu below.

Ordered food at work early morning before they closed at 0230 told them were we worked gave him a number to call but didn't call back we didn't get our food rang them back at 0225 8calls to no answer called the next day to speak to the manager got fobbed off never use them again I'm sorry but to be fobbed off that there's no manager there unreal.

At first sight of the menu I was disgusted see beans on a pizza. I mean just why tho. When it came my friends pizza looked like it it had been defecated on by a doner kebab. Slices were just thrown on willy nilly.Whilst eating I noticed that the pizzas were very doughy and greasy like it was cooked by amateurs. The dog why are the leftovers also didn’t like it too much. In the end it did satisfy my munchies so no harm done.

Very bad service not behaving good with the customer for example if someone ask for extra chilli in pizza they get angry and reduce the quantity of the standard topping and this thing happened after charging extra for chilli. There is no value for money. Sorry to say but this is the truth.

This is the first Kebab house opened in 1987 and has been going strong despite competition. It sells Doner lamb and chicken kebabs as well as chicken skewers and pizzas. A halal place that has the best burgers in Bangor. The decoration is a bit outdated but excellent service and good friendly staff.

Great place, with good food but only downside is they don't accept cards which is a bummer in 2018 but oh well.

Eat there when be bothered cooking

Recently ordered a large pizza, and I had a few bites and felt Ill, i thought nothing of it until I finished the pizza, after I had finished it I started feeling very sick, and ended up throwing up everywhere, the pizza tasted bland, and there was barley any cheese would never recommend to anyone else, absolutely vile! Shut it down!! Immediately.

Only visited here the once and grabbed a Mexican pizza. Highly recommended! This place gets really busy after pub closing times as it's very close to lots of popular student hangouts. The staff are all very friendly and efficient and some of the food I saw being prepared looked awesome! Will definitely be visiting again! Probably for another Mexican!

Really hit and miss, sometimes can be a decent pizza (but only experienced that drunk, so take of it what you want) but when I've had it sober I've been disappointed. Last time I had a hair in my pizza and my other half had blue string in his. I'd avoid if possible, especially if you're sober 😬😬

I ordered a bella special (chicken tilka, onion, pepper and olives. My misses ordered a cheese burger and cheesy chips on a home delivery. The pizza was Bland, there was no taste in it at all, the onion was raw and there was very little chicken on the pizza, the equivalent of 1 McDonald's chicken nugget spread over a 12inch pizza but was packed full of cheese, which also tasted like the cheap asda one. The cheesy chips were unseasoned and the cheese AGAIN, cheap asda cheese, the burger was alright but could be better, ordered the food at midnight on a THURSDAY night, food took 1 hour 45 minutes to arrive considering we live a 5 minute walk away , would have been cheaper and better to of just gone to tesco, cooked it and had it.AVOID AT ALL COSTS, p.s. i am a Chef so i know what im talking about.

DO NOT BUY! Especially on JUST EAT. Disgusting service the man even put the phone down on us. Considering we eat here all of the time they came 40 minutes before the delivery time yet cancelled on us. Watch what you eat see what you find in your pizza.

CORRUPT- they will take your take away order including your delivery address, then take all your card details ..... an hour and a half later I chased my order as it hadn’t arrived and they said they weren’t going to deliver it! Do not order from here!

I lived near Bella Bella for 3 years as student and it was the closest place to go to for takeaway on a student budget (However i did manage to work out that Pizza House gives a larger better quality portion of chips for less). I got under cooked food several times but did not complain because it does not seem to be the type of place that would refund you. The staff are friendly and decent despite all the reviews i saw. In conclusion, if you want large portions and cheaper food this is the place to go.

The food is fine, very standard takeaway food. However, the staff made some very inappropriate sexual comments towards me during a visit one night which made me very uncomfortable.

Good value for money, friendly staff, very prompt and good food. Best thing to end a night of drinking.

Food is expensive but portions are large

The food was vile. Ordered 2 pepsi’s, only received 1 pepsi. The chicken was pink, the rice was bland, the chips were undercooked. The only positive thing about my experience is that the food arrived on time. Would not recommend 0/10.

Pizza is a somewhat godly experience. Chips are banging. Guys know my order I frequent that often, but heck, when you find heaven you have to keep riding the wave.

I'm writing this to the owners: 1- low quality food. 2- bad service except the bold guy was helpful and smiling . 3- good price. 4- no plates offered.! 5- order was not as expected"It wasn't kabsa". Finally we ate at the place and I had to serve the waiter instead of him serving me :) If i were the owner I'd focus on one or two aspects ( grills or burgers as example ) instead of trying to be everything.

shocking! ordered food about 2 hour ago and it was super late arriving.. paid for a large bottle of coke, but got given 2 CANS OF PEPSI. Chips were very undercooked, ordered a chicken nugget & chips meal and only got given 4 chicken nuggets. the chips were barely warm, and the chicken kebab had about 3 pieces of chicken in it. Not impressed at all, do not recommend!!!!!

Will not ever use these again we ordered a pizza and wedges and a plain double cheese burger e.g. no sauce and no salad they repeated my order twice I also ordered a large cheesy chips, our order arrived and the burger was not plain it had loads of salad in it and the bun was soggy and fallin apart our Pepsi was warm my partner has had yo go to a different takeaway as yo replace his order what a waste of 15 pounds!!!! Joke of a place even the cheesy chips had nearly no cheese on it....
