Fast service only problem was TO MUCH CHEESE 🧀. Wouldn't stop me from buying again, though 🙃

Food was rubbish. £6.90 for 3 bits of chicken some salad and sauce in a wrap. Service was terrible, staff are rude. Save your money and go to the chippy instead

I bought a pepperoni pizza, it was very greasy and the cheese was disgusting. It was the worst pizza I’ve ever had, I had to bin it.

dreadful pizza and miserable staff. looks like it's changed owners since I last visited. Kebabs look OK but avoid the pizza.

Delicious halal food. Esp the Hot Chicken Wings are scrumptious! Staff was very helpful.

Advertised open till 12 and then get told at 11 its closed and then some guy walks in and comes out with a bag of food fair enough if he's done a telephone order but don't tell me it's closed and then let someone else in.

disappointing kebab, meat was tasteless, pitta was soggy, staff were blunt to the point of rude, which , if it was late on a friday night and they were dealing with drunk customers I could understand, but it was early evening tea time on weeknight, quiet, and I was polite to them. Won't be going back

Staff don't use food approved gloves. Overpriced food. Chicken Burger smelt a little bit off. Difficult to park. However, easy to get to you if you're staying overnight. I won't be coming again though.

Got the order slightly wrong , asked for no tomato and only got lettuce , caked the kebab in hot chillie sauce like it was a bowl full of stew , made it uneatable , and the guy with the man bun was laugthing at a young girl as she left while saying something to his colleagues, didn't understand what he said but the laugth and look wasn't too comforting , i dont leave negative reviews normally but felt this was necessary

The food was pretty rank to be honest. The salad in chicken shish consisted of few wilted strings of lettuce. The Shish in itself was slathered, absolutely soaked in chilli sauce which tasted very odd, it had chilli , but weirdly no taste other than a little bit of heat. The staff are cocky, rude and smarmy, seemed very different towards the regulars/locals. Only realised in leaving that the food hygiene rating for this dive is 3 stars (and quite frankly not surprised).

Was holiday at haven greanacres and didn't want to pay haven prices for food. This lovely kebab house is less than 10 minutes away. Food was fantastic

Worst food I have ever eaten im my whole life. Donner stinks, chips stale.and re-heated. Can't believe this place hasn't closed down.

Food was excellent, pizza’s were amazing and burgers were nice too. Chips were satisfactory, a bit dry though. Staff were nice but nothing special, parking was okay, as there is lots of street parking nearby but can be difficult to find a spot.

Food was acceptable, Prices are very high and unreasonable. Staff is not very friendly or considerate. I asked for Salad separate instead of on Doner Kebab, they said they will charge extra. They don't make fresh Nans, but instead they charge 3 times for regular pittas. Another bad thing is that they only accept cash, No Cards. There is no Dine in its Takeaway Only. Difficult to find parking, you have to park on one of side roads but its short walk.

Visited on Thursday 6th july at around 5pm, first impressions staff very very cocky ( no such customer service skills ever ) placed our order of shish kebab, chicken strips, Donna kebab , pizza and another portion of chips. Now this is when it went pear shaped i noticed the guy cooking on the grill get a dirty dish clothe and wiped the grill myself and my 20 year old daughter then smelt the dirty cloath and grill and both were horrified gladly my shish was well away from it, moving on mu shish kebab tasted nothing like lamb infact it was that bad i couldn't eat it, for the Donna and chicken strips got a thumbs up, mrs said the pizza was ok. The place has a 3 star out of 5, make your own minds up, for us never again

Great takeaway, pizza and kebabs were very enjoyable! Just beware they only take cash so can't pay be card and parking is difficult.

We had the porthmadog special platter which has doner, kefta, chicken and another type of kebab. The meats had good flavors and the garlic sauce went well with them. I liked the doner and chicken kebabs best. The men behind the counter were friendly and even offered my toddler a lollipop.

Pizza is joke, no fresh ingredients , frozen stuff, and is expensive for take away. Other places cook and serve amazing pizza at reasonable price. Thing about it!

No donner as it was late but the shish and kofte were top notch, really liked homemade chilli sauce.

Changed my review as, fair play, they have improved a lot since the refit etc. Much friendlier and food nice. Recommend the special kebab for sharing!

Food was nice.. no offer of any salt and vinegar or sauce on chips .. kebab made in a way it was falling apart . Felt really uncomfortable waiting for food and felt like we were being talked and laughed about by the staff in their own language ..not a nice feeling

Best donner kebab we've ever had.

It's ok, chilli sauce was odd and not very chillified. The lamb kebab was bog standard. I didn't really enjoy mine. The chicken skeets looked fab though and cooked fresh to order

I live in porthmadog used it a lot at one time since the new owners are in order my pizza every time it under cooked so tried their chicken kebab was also under cooked was the last time I went there. Now use the one in the next village it a little further dut no under cooked food.

Don't order a pizza here.raw uncooked pizza. Horrendous quality chicken raw uncooked onions on the pizza as well. Very very disappointed.

This is a pick up and you will find it at a location where very less options available. Well taste wise not same as Dominos, Pizza hut etc. but the location is such that you want to go there and your hunger will go away. This is just from South Asian perspective as we usually search gor pizzas etc for our meal.

I've had pizza from here a few times and all of them had uncooked dough in the center. I couldn't tell where the cheese ends and the dough started. Poor, consistently undercooked pizza.

Try the shish tawook and lamb tikka (real marinated lamb pieces ) with the kaboos/pitta. I think it's called combination of 2. Good!

Sweet Jesus , ordered a pizza pepperoni to be exact, i understand that the pepperoni and cheese releases oil when cooking and cant all be absorbed by the dough , but this was something else it was leaking out of the box , disappointing really as it put me right off, oil protesters come here…

Was absolutely starving. Could not wait for my doner kebab. Was expecting it to be filled with flavour. However the doner kebab I ordered had no flavour and I also asked for hot chilli but that was not provided. The salad is plain and boring. Best part about the meal was the plastic bag. To top it off it made me feel sick afterwords. Do not recommend.

Ordered over the phone and chap I spoke to was abrupt and rude. Went to collect and our order was completely incorrect! Server was argumentative and disrespectful and tried to get us to take our food despite it being wrong. After a row we left with our money back and no takeaway. No excuses for poor manners. Cannot recommend at all.

Ordered chicken curry with nan. Was very disappointed as it seemed out of a jar. No taste. Grilled chicken was placed in the paste. Cheese burgers were half descent. Will never order again. The only reason I got food from there - it is halal.

One of the best kebabs I've had

Had a 9" Chicken, Pepperoni and Jalapeño pizza a couple of weeks back, it was absolutely flawless, not you're avarage run of the mill kebab house pizza. Can't wait for my next visit. I never leave reviews. For this I made the exception. Keep up the great work! I'll be back down Port 22nd of this month for the week.

Fabulous food, Fabulous service, the one item missing though was the pot of mint yogurt 😱 how can you have kebab without that ...however we managed...the chicken and the kebab meat was flavoursome yum yum

At least this place is still open after 8pm for food, most local pubs/takeaways shut at 8pm. Be warned cash only. We had donner kebab with no pitta and salad, it was very tasty and lots of meat, could have done with a bit more salad tbh. It wasn't as hot as I'd have liked it (don't like luke warm food) Chips were freshly cooked so piping hot. Didn't try anything else here so can't comment about that.

Arriving in Porthmadog 10 minutes after the chippies had shut, we found ourselves here, ordering a pepperoni pizza with, (for some reason, 'extra' cheese, which made it greasier). It was allright and filled a hole, but I wouldn't make a detour or go very often.

Absolutely shocking!!! My daughter had cheesy chips and there was a dead fried fly inside. After speaking to the staff the manager he took the fries in the back and removed the fly and shouted at us saying there was no flies. The behaviour of him was discusting

At the time of our visit (Sept 2021) much of Porthmadog seemed to be closed in the evenings and this was near where we were staying and we could take takeaways back. Excellent 12" Hawaiin Pizza, one small portion of chips and two tins of drink for under £15 from memory. Pizza was nice but chips were the best element. Note this is takeaway only and we paid cash (they might take cards). Opening hours at time of visit were 2 pm to midnight.

We had a takeaway from here, after a lovely family outing, and when we got home, hours later, one off our party was very sick, and all the next day, I spoke to the manager, found his shop on here, and he was as foul as his food, Avoid.

Stayed at Portmadog for five nights whilst touring heritage railways. We ate here every night and the food, service and value come highly recommended. We tried a mix of starters, pizzas and burgers. Food is well- presented, extremely tasty and fairly priced. It's no wonder that the place is always so busy and it certainly makes up for the lack of restaurants around this area. The claim to provide restaurant- quality food is justified, with the owner taking a pride in his offering with real attention to detail. This takeaway sets the bar for all others. Well done!

Got the order wrong. New Owners, not very good at their jobs, seemed to be overwhelmed by number of customers.

Yet again... more terrible service. Usually the order is slightly wrong but this time we had to wait 45mins then a further 15 as they forgot the order twice. Then put the price up to what was first quoted. Back to Criccieth!

Non of the staff wear masks ,customers no mask ,new management, new prices ,only popped in for a quick snack ,small Donna meat and chips £7.50 ,total rip off won't be going back

We were there at 2:30 p.m. the service said to come in 30 minutes to do the order. I waited 30 minutes. At 3 p.m. I came and the service said that from 4 p.m. you can place an order. No respect for the client and his holiday time I do not recommend😔😔😕

Very bad food, raw pizza, not nice service.

Was eating a kebab last night when I felt something sharp stuck in my cheek, it's was a wooden drawing pin inside the kebab! So lucky I didn't swallow it and only ended up with a small cut in my mouth. Tried calling but no answer, also have pictures but can't attach to review. Really need to be more careful.

If you like to be spoken to like something on the bottom of your shoe this is the place to go. Also if you like to eat food like it’s from the bottom of your shoe this is definitely the place to go! AVOID!! Go to the other kebab house instead!!!!

Nice food. Friendly staff we only ordered sausage and chips the price was good and service was warm and friendly. Were asked to wait in the car as shop is very small and were called in when food was ready. Would use this takeaway again if I was in the area. Biggest plus was this place was open after 10pm where most places were close.

Pizza was a frozen base do not waste your money 1/10. Donner and chicken kebab acceptable 7/10. Will not visit again

Were staying on greenacres and partner not long collected 2 pizzas and some chips to share. The pizzas were absolutely delicious. Generously topped fresh and tasty. The dough (I've heard is homemade from review and pics on here) was lovely.. Light and fluffy. Wasn't greasy like the pizzas back home.
