Mcdonald's Restaurants in Torfaen

Staff are trying their very best bit this McDonald's gets very very busy. Atmosphere, to be honest, I felt a bit stressed due to the number of customers. Food was all fresh and well prepared. Considering how busy it was, the staff on duty were doing a great job. Disabled access was fine. No issues whatsoever with disabled parking near the entrance.

Has improved now they stopped the delivery peps going in the main area But huge sign outside - drive thru open 24hrs - yet turn up starving after a late finish shift, sorry we are closed Don't advertise 24hrs if you are not 24hrs!!!!!!! Thats called a lie

Stopped for a coffee and lunch and were welcomed by Tony who we had a lovely chat to. A nice stop before continuing our journey.

Food orders are constantly wrong the staff don’t give a rats ass about your food, always cold and unhygienic as I used to work here and it isn’t somewhere you want your food to be cooked… FYI NEVER ORDER FROM THIS DUMP

Ordered through uber eats, my order has taken nearly 2 hours to complete and there were missing items, unable to get through to them on the phone. Overall not happy and probably won’t order from here again

Fantastic service, very clean and great food quality

Staff were rude and ignored me when I politely asked for some tomato sauce.

Never EVER get the order right. There is always something missing. Don’t they even check their orders before they get sent out?? The delivery is the only good thing about the whole process. The couriers are the always polite, and on time.

McDonalds forgets items from my orders so often that JusteEat now refuse to refund me for items that don't make it to me. Two items were missing from my order. I re-ordered them in good faith that they would be refunded and just ended up paying twice

All good food was nice we was a bit gutted we was messing a double cheeseburger on the feed the family pack but not the end of the world also a little on the cold side.

I ordered 2 minecraft meals so that my son could collect the figures. They were not included. Also the food was not hot. All of this cost me over £25 for poor quality food and no collectibles to show for it. Not good enough McDonald's!

the order was on time, but sadly we didn't have our drinks. the bag split during handover because the drinks had spilled and ruined the integrity of the bag. disappointing. it's happening far too often that drinks are spilled or completely ruined on arrival. the couriers need to be more careful

I am a delivery driver and the way that the so called manager on duty last night (Sat 23rd March) spoke to me was absolutely disgraceful! Aggressively shouting at me in my face was the most disrespectful, unprofessional and disgusting behaviour I've ever been subjected to and I am shocked that this woman has been placed in such a position of power in a supposedly professional establishment that deals with customer care to the general public. I will be contacting head office to put in a formal complaint. Unless you want to be spoken to like a piece of dirt if you have an issue, don't use this mcdonald's.

Didn’t get my order tried delivering somewhere else when I tried to message the driver to say he was going the wrong place he rang me and was rude to me basically telling me tough luck they were quick enough to take my money

Delivery driver rang me to tell me he was outside, he refused to bring the order to my door. He made my partner walk to meet him in the street. When we got the delivery in the drink had burst open all inside the bag and leaked through. disappointed.

food was super cold driver was just sitting in the car I went to get my food off him I saw him trying to put code in the phone he was making the numbers up he was trying to run off with the food also it was over an hour late food arrived stone cold I wasn't very happy with the driver at all

The restaurant is fine with friendly staff, but the car park is always really full and can be difficult to park and manoeuvre in and out of.

Ordered on app, arrived to be told no chicken nuggets,staff said they had chicken nuggets but app insisted no chicken nuggets so left without meal,total waste of time having driven to restaurant,the time before outdoor order point was,nt working so cars in front decided to reverse narrowly missing my car,this restaurant has turned from being very good to a total nightmare,even when you order ahead your asked to park up and wait for your order which always has something missing,I don't use this restaurant anymore.

If you like cold food then you're in for a treat here. So often the food arrives tepid at best, with never a hint of apology when you complain, that I've given up going now. Absolutely dreadful.
