Mcdonald's Restaurants in Torfaen

Ordered on app, arrived to be told no chicken nuggets,staff said they had chicken nuggets but app insisted no chicken nuggets so left without meal,total waste of time having driven to restaurant,the time before outdoor order point was,nt working so cars in front decided to reverse narrowly missing my car,this restaurant has turned from being very good to a total nightmare,even when you order ahead your asked to park up and wait for your order which always has something missing,I don't use this restaurant anymore.

If you like cold food then you're in for a treat here. So often the food arrives tepid at best, with never a hint of apology when you complain, that I've given up going now. Absolutely dreadful.

Only thing fast about this place is them telling you to park up, always forgetting sauces

The last 2 times we have been to the New Inn McDonald's the food has taken 20 minutes to arrive, hardly fast food! When it has turned up most of it was cold. On top of this the attitude of some of the staff is appalling particularly if you complain. We will not be returning to this McDonald's it is rapidly going down hill.

It arrived cold, the Coke had spilt into the paper bag causing it to be wet through. The chips had to be re-heated in the microwave which wasn’t tasty. Over all not impressed

Every time I order from here there is always an item missing or wrong and I have autistic children if there order isn't right or doesn't show up the completely have a break down which means me having to pay for delivery twice in one day just to make sure they get there food, this place has gone down hill the past few years and the food is always cold when delivered

My food freezing driver rang me and was in complete different place telling me to give him the code and then I Would have to pay him to bring my food to me when I have never had this issue before and on his phone was my address shocking service

food is freezing, not an ounce of warmth in it, and I was charged 15p each for two sauce I didn't receive. their responce was to offer credit to my account, 8p for sauce that cost 30p and was missing! and £2.64 for cold order. First and last time I use.

Delivery kept changing food was stone cold as it looks like they had numerous deliveries to do at once. Worst part is the double sausage and egg muffin. They was it was prepared with the wrapper covered in grease and it looked like they got it out of the bin!

I am absolutely fuming!! I have not received our food. The delivery driver told me she was in the wrong place and needed the code otherwise would lose my address. My daughter was expected her McDonalds and is upset now. Delivery driver has blocked me

I am a delivery driver and most of the time I had a really frustrating experience at the McDonald's NewInn branch specially during the evening shift. The manager's behavior was not just unprofessional; it was downright rude. They were dismissive and seemed completely uninterested in addressing driver concerns. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in any service industry, and it made drivers incredibly unpleasant. I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving their customer service, because this experience was really disappointing.

Every time I order from this restaurant asking for my burger to not have cheese on it. It arrives with cheese on it. Someone at the restaurant clearly can’t read plain English!

Just ballsed up my delivery order. Sent the wrong food out with the driver, and not prepared to deal with it. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was very flippant, and only interested in passing the buck for THEIR error. They didn't want to know and was only interested in blaming the driver. Reading through other reviews, it seems they mess up A LOT!

One of the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in - the lady & gent who work here as I can only assume as cleaners are fantastic! We came in and was offered colourings for my son & a grinch hat. There is not a dirty table or a chip on the floor. Food wasn’t hot today which is abnormal for us but it was still tasty!!

I just love their coffee and the new cheese and bacon flatbread is lush.

Missing parts of the burgers, didn’t get the sauces requested and, as usual, only just warm. Delivery was fine, no issues there.

Every time we order from Pontypool McDonald’s something is either wrong or items are missing today we ordered two Egg McMuffins. Surprise! No Eggs , it’s in the name of the product ! So disappointed again

delivery guy was fantastic. delivered my order with athletic precision. mcdonalds putting my order together though had to be the most limp wristed thing ever. and they're only getting worse.
