No sauce with the selects and was cold. Driver was rude.

Really good delivery time, food was also super good, 5 star instantly no hesitation

The 6 lots of chips we had as a takeaway were absolutely Uncooked and freezing cold.We could not get back there to complain and tried to phone them.....phone for 3 hours.

My only complaint is they gave me ketchup when I ordered curry sauce. The rest of the order was spot on. Very pleased.

Food took nearly a hour to arrive.. absolutely stone cold and not edible having waited all that time.. and to top it off the delivery person could not find the house even though the street is clearly marked out and have not had issues before… total waste of money as it has all gone in the bin as it was that cold and il eat warm food but this was stone cold where it must if been sat there for so so long:-( very disappointed

fries were stone cold. chicken and burger was hot enough. I think fries must have been prepared well before rest. I can't stand cold fries.

I ordered a egg muffin meal with orange juice, the egg was beautiful I had to order another one on its own. Egg was hot and wasn't greeny grey like last time. On my second other I also ordered a small coke zero , ketchup dips are now free whch is a bonus.

Ordered at 16:56, with estimated delivery time 15-20 minutes. Food tracker stated courier was at restaurant from 16:57, order was not delivered until 18:05. Receipt from restaurant shows order was prepared at 16:59. Food arrived cold and inedible.

My only complaint was the order for plain hamburgers with onions and gherkins were in as well and as I’m elderly I had to stand to take them out of the burghers but other than that everything was great thankyou

Went in for Take out food. Waited 20 minutes from ordering, Didn't know it, but took away a cold burger, and chips that you could hammer into concrete. Drink was fine.

Not received order. Driver updated food as delivered but didn't deliver it, there was an issue with the map showing a different house I advised he was at the wrong address as I could see where he was on the tracker and told him he needs to come onto my road not the one he's on but he cut off the chat and drove off

McDonald left items out but we have to raise a complaint with ubber

Ordered at 12.14 arrived 1.45 your app said delivery in 10 to 25 mins, food was cold and courier said just microwave it. Shocking service and I won't be using that restaurant again, even though it's probably more the couriers fault

Food was cold. Took over an hour to be delivered. Staff hadn’t put mcchicken sandwich in. So my nanna didn’t have a meal. Expect more for paying £35. Staff need to be trained more clearly.

What a legend of a driver, very professional and polite, and food nice and fresh

Absolutely awful experience. Had a lovely festive afternoon out with my nieces, went bowling, shopping around cwmbran and then they wanted mcdonalds. Decided to sit in. Initially we were sat in some seats until a pile of teenagers came and sat next to us so we moved. Food came , and the teenagers were all stood around our seats again. Vaping and swearing. My nieces are 8 and 4. I asked the teens to move somewhere else and ended up being verbally abused and very intimidated. It was not a nice experience. Staff couldn't care less and these teens had the run of the place. We left it was that bad. My nieces were traumatised.

Milkshake machine wasn't working so instead of my son being offered an alternative & an apology, the staff just said "the milkshake machine ain't working, ul have tu wait" my son politely asked how long the staff thought it would be & instead of either saying an estimated time they just shrugged & said "we'll refund u instead then" & started tapping on the till screen, My son was a bit taken back but finally got the courage to say... "No its OK I can wait for a little while Thanks " they just shrugged n carried on with the next customer, I takes a fair amount to shock my son but he even came out to the car to let off some steam... "the staff were so horrible mum" he said before taking a deep breath & going back in to ge his milkshake, still no apology 4 the wait or thanks 4 ur patience, just "yew ar" when it was finally ready for him, I avoid the place like COVID-19 myself, but my son likes their milkshakes & its the closest one to us, much prefe the custome service at the Pontypool or Lynn Rd, Newport stores by a mile. (they could of at least said "sorry I don't know" or "if ur in a rush w could offer you a refund instead if u like?")
